That sounded good so I got the raspberry mocha latte with oat milk. I asked if they had any vegan food items, and currently they don't offer any. Their baked goods are homemade, but I was told there's a possibility they will offer vegan items in the future. I read in another review that dogs are welcome, which was evident with the dog hairs on the sofa I sat on. There was street parking, not abundantly so on the day I visited. Since it's attached to an apartment building, there seems to be a lot of regulars too. Hot fall latte (4/5) too sweet but good espresso flavor. I would ask for less syrup next time. Iced chai (4/5) good milk ratio so the chai spices aren't lost.

Once I got the parking figured out, I went in and got a Chaga Matcha. I saw that it had monk fruit sweetener and was a bit apprehensive, as I never really jived with the taste of it. I could not distinguish it from any other sweetener. The bring was smooth and gone too quick. The shop was a pretty good side and very quiet when I went, late afternoon. It felt like a great place to get so work done. My only note, is that as a medium it was a bit smaller than the norm. So I would advise expecting smaller sizing.

But they seem to take their time in a way that meticulous and not inconsiderate. I did have to wait longer than expected, but without asking, the barista gave me a coupon for a free drink on my next visit for the inconvenience. Outstanding customer service! The bathrooms are clean. Parking is easy. And there's something undeniably comfortable about this atmosphere that's just right regardless of your mood. My favorite this month is a pumpkin chai with a lavender scone or bacon jalapeno quiche; these are always delicious. The best part about this location are the employees. They are friendly, even when standing out in the rain taking our orders if there is a line. Their service is quick and they always get my orders right even when I order with modifications. From the outside it's unassuming, but inside it's inviting, warm, and buzzing with good energy. I was greeted by the most welcoming human, Sara Marie. We ended up having a lovely conversation, they shared a bit about the neighborhood and even suggested some local thrift shops to check out. The chai latte was absolutely delicious, and the overall experience was genuinely delightful. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

I first ordered a drip coffee, both selections looked and tasted like coffee flavored hot water. So I went back to the store, told the clerk their coffee was not brewed correctly and asked for an Americano. Which was not any better. It is rare I won't drink coffee, even vending machine coffee, so this coffee was really THAT BAD. Especially for almost $5. So I threw it away, walked down to stomping grounds and got a coffee.

Feedback from coworkers were that we would not go there again because there are better options. One had a Reuben with fries that looked fabulous and she really enjoyed it. Two of them had omelettes and kept adding salt. They both commented how nothing on the plate had flavor. One had avocado toast that was absolutely beautiful and she liked that. And the other had some type of breakfast sandwich and she said she would not get that again. We tried it and it seems to do well just not for us. Not for me.
