Milk is always properly steamed/aerated, espresso is never burnt or over extracted, etc. Their competition blends are INSANE, well worth the $. Even on our home espresso machine the flavor is truly incredible. There's always people meeting up with friends, working, studying, etc. Very cozy. It feels like Compass is building true community.
