Wow. No one in line. 6 baristas behind the counter, like 3 people waiting for drinks. No eye contact no greeting as I wait at the counter. I waited a cool minute, which isn't long at all! However with 6 baristas that's a damn long time. Finally I get a welcome greeting, I thought was for me.. But it was for the people behind me. I called that out! I said "where was my hello?!" Barista just said "oh hi" ‍ Finally ordered to a very unenthusiastic cashier. Waited and a barista greeted other people waiting, just not me. This Starbucks is usually quick and friendly. I tend to go through the drive thru and sometimes it can be hard to hear them on the intercom. The inside is really friendly for studying and they have some cool cups to buy inside. At Starbucks my favorite foods to get are the bacon gruyere egg bites, ask for hot sauce, and the cheese danishes. read more

Not the first time this has happened... I went thru their drive-thru at noon on a Saturday and waited 8 minutes for them to brew coffee. I timed it. The most basic of basic things for a coffee shop to have is fresh brewed coffee. While I waited (as the only car) I had to endure awkward chit-chat with a teenager. She was nice enough but if I wanted mindless banter I'd go to Dutch. No apologies. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I like building up Starbucks points for free drinks but I'll be switching over to Camas' Squeeze and Grind drive thru on 6th when I want something close by. Either this location's management needs to step it up with better training and oversight or corporate needs to take a closer look at management. read more

They are usually nice at this location, but today after making a simple request at the window the girl with curly brown red-ish hair rolled her eyes as she walked away. I went in yesterday to get just a pink drink and one of those Washington mugs and had a great experience with Jake and another barista I didn't catch the name of. The team there is great! Very quick and friendly! The condiment bar was sparkling clean and well stocked, mug selection was great and the drink came out fast and delicious! Highly recommend and if I wasn't just visiting i would probably become a regular here! read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for a couple of years now when I need a place in the area to work. They have always been nice, and the product and service consistent. It's Starbucks so you know what you are getting when you walk in the door but they do seem to have a little more of a home town feel here that they try and foster and there are a lot of people coming and going but they have done a good job at laying out the tables and places to work and have a decent outside areas for those elusive PNW sunny days. read more

I didn't log in here thinking I would be doing a review today but I had to when I saw the other comments. I am slightly embarrassed to admit how often we go to Starbucks, especially when I have a great coffee maker at home. That being said, this location has always been friendly, pleasant, and not one time have I ever received the wrong order. I will actually go out of my way to go here. I live closer to another location but will wait and head to Washougal instead. They have got super busy over the course of the last couple of years, and more so since Covid, in my opinion. The sweetest baristas work at this Starbucks. I'd like to give a shout out to Roberto in particular for being incredibly awesome and helpful. Everyone needs to be patient with our food service friends, they are under staffed and over worked. It's a Starbucks so that's what you're going to get. Drive thru seems to move along well enough. Staff is friendly and helpful. Inside and outside sitting is plentiful though it's just off SR14 so there is a lot of traffic noise outside. the music playlists are pretty good. WiFi is great. I do wish they had a wider selection of coffee. I much much much prefer darker roasts than offered. read more

I of course, had to stick with the trend of reviewing the newest installment of Washougal's businesses. This is a great location, even if we are on the smaller side. It is right next to the highway and has a drive-thru for those quick getaways. We even noticed the sign saying it opens at 5AM! There is also a large parking lot since Starbucks shares a building with a Quiznos and of course another salon. The service was fast and friendly. The ladies that work here are people I've never seen before so they are probably from another branch. That is also probably why the drinks tasted so good. Typically things from Washougal aren't that fantastic. One downside to the latte was the fact that there was a lot of foam. EXCEPTIONALLY NICE STAFF. Maybe I've been living in California too long, but employees who say hello and ask you how you're doing are a refreshing change from he snobbery I've become accustomed to. I'm going to give this place 5 stars, because we're rating THIS Starbucks not the Starbucks COMPANY. I'm pretty sure we've already established that Starbucks is naughty and small independent shops need more support, but the two and three star reviews here are really unfair. The people working here are doing a great job and that reflects highly on the management/hiring team at this location. My wife and I love this Starbucks. The employees are really friendly and they usually get our orders correct. You might think all Starbucks are the same, but this one is particularly good in my wife's opinion. Her favorite things are the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte and Gingerbread Latte and they apparently do them correctly and deliciously compared to subpar ones she's had before. I've come the past two days since I'm visiting my husband nearby at his work. Both times, baristas were nice, just busy so it's understandable that they're doing other things. Judi was great the first day at the register, and Liam today got my drinks out quickly even though you could see the table was swamped with mobile drinks as well. I received poor customer service upon my visit to this location. The barista was slightly rude while taking my order. When I pulled up to the window she didn't offer any pleasantries. Took my debit card that I offered to her and handed me my drinks, one of which being hot. I politely asked for a sleeve and stopper for the hot beverage. She handed them through the window and said bye. I pulled away from the window and suddenly realized she forgot to return my debit card to me. There was a car behind me and I was unable to reverse back to the window. I pulled around the front of the shop and went in and told the barista at the counter that was was missing my card. The barista who helped me at the window did not offer any apologies, just rudely handed the card over to her coworker who then handled it to me. A simple acknowledgement of her mistake would've been appreciated. read more

Great location. I visit this location about 5 days a week and am never disappointed. I am a creature of habit and typically order the same thing most times. There is nothing worse than ordering a spinach feta wrap, driving away, and finding out its still partially frozen. I've had this happen so many times at other starbucks but never here. My drinks are always made correctly and taste delicious. I love how friendly the staff is. At times the drive thru can get backed up and it takes a while but when you get to the window and there's a friendly batista there apologizing for the wait and asking how your day is, you suddenly don't care about waiting anymore. read more

I've been here a few times for coffee and to work Wi-Fi is good it is always very warm in this particular Starbucks and it is usually pretty busy making it hard to find a table and there aren't very many outlets to plug into they could use a remodel. There is outdoor seating however again we are next to the freeway so it's a bit loud. read more

This would have been a one star review, considering the last three times I went to this location I ordered a dairy free mocha cappuccino, and i was unknowingly served dairy. I am vegan and i have to trust that the people i ask know their product, so when i asked if the mocha was dairy free and they confidently said yes i trusted them, instead of doing what i should have done and researched online. I should be writing a review that discusses how the individuals behind the counter need to be more educated/trained on what has dairy in it and what doesn't considering people have allergies and special dietary restrictions (such as myself). I am still angry that i was given something that goes against my core ethics, being that dairy contributes to the rape and murder of innocent sentient beings....Instead of writing that review, I am giving this location 5 stars, SOLELY because of Lexi! She notified us that the mocha was not dairy free and gave us a great suggestion. In addition to that already excellent customer service and awareness of her product, she then apologized for something that wasn't her mistake and comped our drinks. I am above and beyond impressed with how she handled our entire experience. I should have walked away angry that I consumed dairy unknowingly, but instead I am so impressed that I am walking away knowing my new favorite drink that she suggested and coming back to a location that I never would have returned to! read more

Just a PSA; we will not be returning to this Starbucks location again. After ordering a Venti cold brew and a coconut milk chai, we asked that the cold brew be remade because the cold foam wasn't made correctly and there was no ice in the cup. We politely asked our barista Emma to remake the drink, and she rudely criticized and questioned us about why we wanted it returned after taking it back reluctantly. When the chai was handed to us, it was actually a pike place coffee with cream and sugar for Thomas (?), not me obviously, and when we tried to get Emma's attention at the window she ignored us. After deliberately ignoring us at the window for at least a couple minutes with it open, my boyfriend honked the horn, thinking that maybe she didn't hear us. She came to the window, gave us a dirty look, and slammed the window shut. Still unaware the drink we were holding was intended for someone else! Unbelievable behavior from a service industry employee. This caused us to have to contact the manager for our money back. The manager was cordial and polite, and we drove to the Starbucks in the Camas Safeway instead. Be warned! read more

I visited this store 7/30 and I ordered a venti vanilla cream cold brew and a bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich and I was severely disappointed with my order in general. They didn't have any of the sandwiches I wanted, so I had to settle. And then when I noticed my drink not look the same as I have ordered in the past(I've ordered this dozens of times) and I asked him if it were sweetened and he said yes and I asked for some more sweetener he went ahead and did that for me and the drink ended up looking darker than when he had previously handed it to me. Not to mention I had gathered up enough stars to get my free drink (and it was a waste). First Starbucks visit out of state and my whole order was incorrect.
