They're brand new, and SO good! It's hard to get a quality espresso A) Around here, B) In a small business coffee stand, C) For a good price (that doesn't get stinky with shots). But they do it! I am a Dutch Bros Addict. I can't bear Starbucks. Outlaw is the closest quality of espresso I have found to Dutch, and I am so happy! Nice girls, convenient location before hopping on the highway, what more could you want?! Welcome them to town! Go do yourself a favor and get some coffee! (Or whatever else your heard desires)

Yummy coffee!

I have been an almost daily regular at Dutch Bros Coffee for going on eight years now for my energy…read moredrink fix, but I've grown somewhat bored of the flavors and even the over-the-top positivity. Don't get me wrong, I love talking to the baristas there, but sometimes it can be more like an interview than a conversation. When one of the barista posted about Kokomo Espresso, my girlfriend said that we should go. I figured why not, a change from the norm. When we rolled up to Kokomo Espresso for the first time, there was a lovely barista named Lauren there to take our order. She didn't have any of the overwhelming energy you would find at Dutch Bros, she was just a genuinely sweet person. She took our order, and was very helpful in choosing the flavors and type of beverage. The first thing I would like to point out is the price: Dutch Bros has been increasing the price of their drinks, incrementally throughout the last few years, to the point where a large Rebel (32oz) will set you back almost $8.00, but a large Lotus (32oz) is only $7.00, saving you a dollar per visit. The flavor is also super refreshing, and I feel somewhat healthier (as healthy as one can while drinking an energy drink) consuming it. Since the Lotus is a plant-based energy syrup, as opposed to a Rebel, which is not, it's technically at least a little bit healthier for you. The flavors also definitely stick out a lot more than the Rebel, as the Lotus base has a much less overpowering taste than the acidic Rebel. Overall, I couldn't possible recommend Kokomo Espresso enough. This is absolutely going to be my new home coffee shop, and I'm happy to call it that. I strongly recommend everyone to go give them a shot!

I've been a dedicated customer here since 2021. Today my experience was so stupid I'm probably…read morenever going to go back again. To make a long story short, I had two stamp cards, one had 7 stamps and the other had 5. I thought, surely I can combine them right to get the $5 off? After all you can see on my stamp cards that I clearly came in a total of 12 times and paid money for a smoothie. I think their stamp card system is something like buy 10 and get the next one $5 off. Uh nope they don't roll that way. The cashier told me the cards couldn't be used together. Okay? That didn't make much sense to me because THEY'VE DONE IT BEFORE happily. I'm thinking what's the big deal? But ok fine I'll pay full price. I then asked them if since I had the two stamp cards, could I combine the stamps onto one card so I don't have to carry both? They've done this before as well. Again I was met with a NO. This literally makes no sense to me. If you see by the stamps that I've been here and bought something 12 times why can't the cards be used together or combined ? The two girls I dealt with made me feel stupid for my very simple requests. Then to top it all off, they didn't even give me a stamp for the purchase I had just made. By the end of it all I still had my two separate cards with the 12 stamps I started with. I mentioned this and the girl who had not even been the one to ring me up insisted that they did give me a new stamp for my today purchase. She even shouted back at the other girl "YOU STAMPED HER FOR TODAY RIGHT?" To which the girl replied "YES I DID." No, you didn't. I threw the stamp cards in the trash. These girls can't count and know nothing about basic customer service. Not that yall care, but you lost a long time customer. I was willing to overlook the fact that your breakfast sandwiches are mid and your toaster only seems to be able to produce wet soggy bread , but yall can kick rocks. Tropical smoothie down the road is better anyway.

Overall, it's a very good coffee shop. I just have one issue, we came here about 20 minutes before, and I've worked in coffee for a while. I would have to close at 7 and people would come in three minutes before closing and order a bunch of hot lattes, so I get being a bit irritated for that, but I would still be nice and welcoming. That being said, they close at three, I don't see what the reason is to have attitude when coming in 20 minutes before closing at three. Also, the two women in the front were very verbal in front of customers about customers coming in at this time before closing and their feeling of that. I don't appreciate coming in and giving my business to an uninviting group, it was very uncomfortable. I'm not sure I will want to recommend this place anymore or be back.
