Their pastries and breads taste phenomenal because everything is made the old fashioned way out of super high quality ingredients. I recently found out they source flour from a sustainable and regenerative Washington farm called Small's Family Farm. (All Small's four is additive, enricher, and GMO-free!) We love getting our weekly bread from this place and it's the perfect spot for a breakfast or lunch date. I recently hosted a baby shower and bought a bulk quantity of some of their signature pastries for the party. Everyone was raving about how good everything tasted! (Video attached.)
