To make a long story short, I had two stamp cards, one had 7 stamps and the other had 5. I thought, surely I can combine them right to get the $5 off? After all you can see on my stamp cards that I clearly came in a total of 12 times and paid money for a smoothie. I think their stamp card system is something like buy 10 and get the next one $5 off. Uh nope they don't roll that way. The cashier told me the cards couldn't be used together. Okay? That didn't make much sense to me because THEY'VE DONE IT BEFORE happily. I'm thinking what's the big deal? But ok fine I'll pay full price. I then asked them if since I had the two stamp cards, could I combine the stamps onto one card so I don't have to carry both? They've done this before as well. Again I was met with a NO. This literally makes no sense to me. If you see by the stamps that I've been here and bought something 12 times why can't the cards be used together or combined ? The two girls I dealt with made me feel stupid for my very simple requests. Then to top it all off, they didn't even give me a stamp for the purchase I had just made. By the end of it all I still had my two separate cards with the 12 stamps I started with. I mentioned this and the girl who had not even been the one to ring me up insisted that they did give me a new stamp for my today purchase. She even shouted back at the other girl "YOU STAMPED HER FOR TODAY RIGHT?" To which the girl replied "YES I DID." No, you didn't. I threw the stamp cards in the trash. These girls can't count and know nothing about basic customer service. Not that yall care, but you lost a long time customer. I was willing to overlook the fact that your breakfast sandwiches are mid and your toaster only seems to be able to produce wet soggy bread , but yall can kick rocks. Tropical smoothie down the road is better anyway.

So you can imagine my absolute delight when Chaos opened in Hazel Dell, merely three miles from my home! Chaos is an adorable bright pink truck, adorned with the coolest skeleton motif and run by a beautiful and hilarious mother-daughter(s) team, who brew Kafiex beans with the most skilled and consistent results in town! Brewed Awakenings who?? I don't know her anymore! Chaos makes Washington-style Americanos with aplomb using plenty of ice so you don't just end up with a watery mess, and the price is incredibly low, especially for the quality. Kafiex are truly one of the best roasters in the entire world, not just the county or state! I imagine the smoothies and matcha are good too, but I'm too busy slurping 32 oz of caffeinated goodness to branch out. I get something different nearly every time, and NEVER has Chaos disappointed. Rebecca, Maribel, and the other assorted family members are such a welcome and needed addition to our area. My only wish is that they'll open more locations and stay open later!

For the flight, I ordered the bumblebee latte without lavender since I am not a fan of lavender. I loved each coffee in the flight. The sweet cloud was a dulce de leche cream and it was very thick and delicious. I ended up ordering a 12 ounce cafe de olla latte because it was my favorite coffee in the flight. I loved the sweetness of the panela syrup and cinnamon. I also tried the marionberry pull apart croissant and it was served warm. It was also delicious! The employees were very friendly! The coffee shop vibe is very simple and quiet. Overall, we loved our coffees and pastry at ThreeSixty Coffee! We already want to go back for some more coffee!

There are plenty of tables of different sizes and seating for anything you need while staying at the cafe. I saw they had a seasonal flight and a coffee flight. Decided on the seasonal flight which is a collection of their seasonal drinks. Mine had 2 coffees and 2 matcha lattes: Creamsicle, Coconut Dream, Berry Delicious Matcha and Mango Breeze Matcha. Was also informed that I can switch out a matcha for another seasonal drink on the menu which was a passion fruit agua fresca or vice versa. My 2 favorite drinks from the flight were the Creamsicle and Mango Breeze Matcha. The Creamsicle was perfect, not too sweet. Subtle orange flavors with vanilla. You'd think this would be a very sweet latte but it actually wasn't. The coconut dream wasn't over the top sweet either but I'm not much of a coconut person. The mango breeze matcha was refreshing and I can imagine enjoying it on a hot day. Probably my least favorite was the berry delicious matcha. It felt overly jammy and much too sweet for my liking. I have to give major thanks to the employees who answered all my questions and were so patient with me and my friends since we were quite indecisive on what to get. It looks like they're known for their panela latte which sounded interesting as well. I didn't want to be overly caffeinated but would have tried their house flight if I had a longer stay which includes the panela latte.
