I can still say the quality is A+ always. Ambiance is cool and invites you to stay and enjoy your drink and/or food. They have really great options, including for vegetarians. Service is always top notch from the counter, drive thru and barista. Lots of parking so no issue there. High end drinks, pastries, coffees and Signature delicious Matchas.

The Pistachio cake in my first bite was hard and stale. Horrible. This place used to be the best and it's sad they would serve old cake. And for $8. Not going back to the bakery. It's located in a strip mall near Harbor Freight and Ixfinity. There's plenty of parking available. I came in with a friend on a Wednesday around 9am. It was actually busier than I thought it would be mid-week. They have a variety of seating available, from couches, to high and normal height tables, to swings in the windows. Very cute! The lady at the counter was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We ordered some hot and cold coffee beverages and crepes for breakfast. The drinks came quickly and the food didn't take long either! After reading some of the other Yelp reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The drinks and food were absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. I will definitely be coming back here to try some of their other menu items. I highly recommend!

It wasn't busy at all. There are two large displays to your right and left of the donuts offered. I'm a classic donut person so I went with the chocolate ring. The donut was so puffy and fresh. The chocolate was perfect. Similar to Randy's donuts (in CA) but better! William was such a great employee. He took care of us and was super patient with all our questions. He kept a cheery attitude and smile on his face and made us feel super welcome. He seemed excited about his job too. It was a great way to start our late morning.

She did not smile. She was quite unpleasant actually. I felt uncomfortable being there and definitely not wanted. If it wasn't for William C I would have just left. There was a line behind us, but she was reluctant to help anyone. She was great at micromanaging, but not being a good manager and supporting her team. I found it quite disappointing and she should definitely be reevaluated as a manager. You should definitely think about William C being a manager because he knows how to treat customers. Besides the Donuts, he is a reason why we come back because he is so kind and considerate. Genuinely that is the kind of person that you want as a manager and greeting customers coming into your establishment.

The bathroom has been "temporarily closed" for quite some time. Their boba beverages are on the sweet side, especially compared to more traditional versions. But we love them.
