I later learned the locations are franchised, and I believe the owners may have been present during my visit. Unfortunately, there was very little warmth or friendliness from them. There were no smiles or welcoming gestures, and at times I felt stared at, which made the experience feel awkward and uninviting. I tried to brush it off, took a few photos, and carried on, but the lack of friendliness continued, which left me feeling uneasy.
