Although the wait can be long at times, the staff are always friendly and communicative. I've visited many times and have never had any issues. The Tacos Tijuana are a perfect example of just how good the food is--extremely simple, yet balanced and delicious. The shrimp in the Surf & Turf is some of the best I've ever had. I even enjoyed it reheated, which says a lot. The Enchiladas Mexico are excellent on their own and an even better way to enjoy the many sauces La Costita has to offer. The Burrito Costita Especial looks just as good as it tastes and is my personal favorite entrée. Last but not least are the Taquitos. They're something special and have kept me coming back for years. That's all I've tried so far, but will be a regular visitor for the burrito alone.
