We came into the store and ordered a very simple order: two smoothies, a bowl of chili with chips and guac. Another large family came in behind us and ordered three burritos and three bowls. They were in and out of the store long before us. They got their order before us and were already driving off before we got our order when theirs was a much larger order that was purchased after we already did. The male employee who is working was a white guy probably in his 30s with black hair and black nail polish who was rude. I feel like he intentionally didn't give us our order before the other crowd because he wanted to make us wait with his glares he kept giving me as we were waiting. He didn't even give us the chips and guacamole I paid for come time the order was handed to us. When I asked for the chips and guacamole he told me I needed to pay for it, even though I already did. He went onto to the computer to check the receipt and realized I had indeed already paid for the chips and guac. I feel like he discriminated against us cause of our familial status and catered to the larger group before our needs. And then accused me of not paying for the guac and chips when I did. This is a very nice Laughing Planet! We are normally regular purveyors of the Vancouver, WA branch but they frequently shut their doors due to lack of employees. Today on our way to Lake Oswego, we stopped at this Laughing Planet Clackamas location for lunch. The service and food selection was superior to the Vancouver branch. The ambience is awesome with tons of dinosaur, Godzilla and Anime's paraphernalia. Definitely worth a visit for many reasons. Highly recommend their kale pumpkin seed salad. My favorite thing about my order was definitely the mango habanero sauce that came with my burrito. It was super tasty, so I'm interested in trying more of their sauces. The beef burrito I had wasn't bad, but it wasn't spectacular either. If you want a burrito, but also want it to be in the 'healthy' side, then this is definitely for you. I will say that $11 was rather steep for a burrito that wasn't very large and didn't have an abundance of meat. Regardless, I'll probably go again at some point and give something else a shot. read more

I loved all the ingredients! They just didn't mesh together well enough with bland dressing to create any depth nor desirable texture and flavor. Service was sufficient. Nice and big fenced outdoor sitting area to provide some privacy from the busy Sunnyside Rd with coverage roofing protection from rain and sun. I liked the the smoothies didn't used sugar juice or added syrup. It was a bit running in texture for me. I might need to add for thicker texture next time I get it. The Caesar Kale Salad was so hard to chew on, combined with roasted chickpeas was definitely a disastrous choice. I dumped all the dressing on the small bowl and it still hard to chew on and tasted like nothing. I liked the Hunger Hungarian soup enough to perhaps get them again someday. I love mushroom so this was a life saver. The Indian Sauce offered with the Bollywood Bowl added nothing to the dish! The sauce itself was running, and bland with no particular flavor whatsoever. I love chickpeas but the staled roasted chickpeas on raw cut kales salad and the forgettable Indian Sauce for Bollywood Bowl were a lose-lose creation. I might come back to give other dishes a shot only if someone else pays my bill. read more

I ordered a comfort veggie bowl and the brown rice hidden underneath was uncooked as though the rice had been pulled out off the packaging and placed in the bowl uncooked. The good: my wife had a burrito she enjoyed. My chicken quesadilla was what I expected and I wolfed it down with no complaints. The bad: My margarita was horrible. I took it back to the counter and received my money back along with the explanation from the manager that "it's just lemonade and tequila." The ugly: This location is, in my opinion, cursed. The food quality varies each time I have been there (other locations, especially Woodstock are great). The people who work here seem to have an attitude where they just don't care about the customers. (Compared to Woodstock, where everyone appears to appreciate the customer. ) Hence the three stars. Went there today and got their bowls and it was to die for! This place was not very busy even though it was the dinner hour, but it was pricey. It played not too loud music but it was good. I paid $6 for a kombucha and it was good. But they didn't tell a flavor. But the food is good. This is why I gave them four stars. read more

I felt unsure about how my to go order was going to turn out after waiting for pickup. 1st the dining room was dirty, the floor needed to be swept up and 3 tables still needed to be wiped down and picked up. The kitchen staff is exposed to the public and you can hear their personal conversations the entire time you wait. It didn't sound like there was a lot of focus on production. Meanwhile 4 other customers besides myself are waiting for orders. I ordered a Thai Bowl and the rice was cooked ok but watery at the bottom of my bowl. The sauce was watered down too and barely there ( I've had this bowl at other LP's so I know what it's supposed to taste like ) My husbands was the worse though, he got a Korean Bowl and I asked for no broccoli which they did but they also didn't give him any rice.
