They got my wife's order wrong after asking her like 4 to 5 times and what she wants and they write it on the receipt which I'll put in the pictures and you can clearly see that they're confused . I love how fresh and nutritious the juices and smoothies are, (not sweetened with ice cream and frozen yogurt) truly tasty and good for you with fruit and veggies. Love their fresh ingredients and how clean the place is but it takes quite a while to get your order if you order more than 1 item. Today when I went in and ordered 5 items it took over 20 minutes. Three customers had come in and ordered at the counter and received their single orders before I did. I have loved visiting Nekter since they first opened. The drinks have always been both healthy and tasty. The service was also delightful each time I visited. I especially appreciate that each time, following my visit, the manager reaches out to me via text, ensuring I had a pleasant experience. I've recently ordered the raspberry smoothie with the green tea metabolism boost and l-carnitine. During my most recent visit, I noticed that my drink didn't taste like it had either the green tea or l-carnitine (which I pay extra for). When asking one of the employees if they added either, they informed me that they haven't had either the l-carnitine or green tea for quite some time, as it was a seasonal special. They offered no refund or apology for not having told me. So disappointed that this location blatantly charged me for who knows how long on something they didn't even have. read more

Warning, if you want to be yelled at by a teenager go here and then receive no apology even from their superior. And, the ambiance was so dark and grimm, roughly about 2-3 customers on a Saturday. My recent experience from over the weekend: While waiting in line, another customer who arrived after me was helped before I was. I had to speak up to let the staff know I was next, and the cashier acknowledged she was aware but still bypassed me. It was uncomfortable having to assert myself just to be served. When I placed my order, the same cashier prepared my drink. During the process, she dropped fruit, which raised concerns about sanitation. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted the drink and requested a refund. However, I had to wait until another customer was done before I could even ask. When I finally spoke with the Lead on duty, she refused to issue a refund, stating the drink had already been made. She raised her voice at me, and I had to ask her not to yell, I insisted on speaking with a manager, which she was reluctant to do. When the manager Jessica was called, / had to repeat the entire situation, and neither the Lead nor the manager offered an apology for the poor service. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, took up at least 30 minutes of my day, and left me feeling disrespected. As soon as we walked through the door, no one was at the register. All 3 girls were in the back doing other things ignoring us in the front for 10 full minutes and when someone else came in thats when one of the girls came out and serviced them before us. Very unprofessional how you girls put others above others. I will not be back nor would I recommend anyone else to come here unless you want to be treated like you are very unimportant. They make the same great smoothies and juices that i can find back home. Was so exciting and comforting to be able to find something that was familiar and tasty. Nektar uses healthier sweeteners and more fruits. On a hot day, Nektar was a great choice. However, a 16 oz drink and a large protein yogurt bowl costed me $25 with tax. I love how everything is non-dairy, the coconut vanilla yogurt in the açaí bowl was the cherry on top for me. They were accommodating with my severe peanut allergy and accepted my request to use clean blenders and tools since they serve peanut butter in their blends. The interior is clean, chic, and modern. The girl working was very straight faced, monotone, and unenthusiastic. However, everyone deserves a pass right now so that doesn't matter to me. The only thing that bothered me is masks aren't required and there were too many people coming in without masks and it made us extremely uncomfortable, but that is specific to this current time. Really great atmosphere and clean space. Really like their "Nekter kids corner." Thought that was a cute addition. Now- smoothie bowls are all the rage right now. They're everywhere, and I like to try them all. I got the Acai Peanut Butter Bowl and it's fantastic. The right balance of sweetness, and I am seriously obsessed with the granola they use!
