My go-to in town. Fairly reasonable prices for the size and options. It can get really busy, so plan accordingly! If you walk up or go through the drive-thru, the staff are friendly and quick. If you walk up, prepare to be a bit cold during windy or winter days. I do feel like a heater would be appreciated. One thing I love here specifically that's missing in the local coffee shops around town are sugar free options. For Dutch, this isn't a problem at all. I'm sorry. I get so tired of just having SF vanilla with the local places. You can almost get any flavor here SF, which I love. Keep up the great work! The only not-so-great thing is the parking and line location. Locals get irritated by how the line can wind/block through out the nearby shops and roads. Some parked cars get stuck and can never get out due to how the line backs right up to them. I wish there was a bit more planning related to this area. read more

I was so impressed with this drive through Dutch Bros! The employees were very friendly and the service was fast even though the line was long. I got a Caramelizer Freeze which I highly recommend. It tastes almost like a chocolate shake with a hint of coffee. The barista left this note and drawing on my lid which made me smile. They also gave our dog some treats! After a long day I ordered a Medium Blended Tigers blood Rebel and a medium surprise rebel for my girlfriend. After placing our order and approaching the drive thru window, we received a SMALL Tigers blood and a very questionable surprise rebel. I told the barista that I ordered a medium drink in the most polite and respectful way possible, the girl proceeded to give me a dirty look and informed me that they can upgrade my drink to a medium for $4.51, or to refund the drink. I understand that mistakes happen but I will be damned to pay for mistakes made by the service team. Where I live, we have two Dutch bros locations with this being one of them and one around 4th street as well. I absolutely love these guys! They are always so kind towards me whether I'm showing up at 4am to grab a drink before work or if I'm there at 7pm for a late night pick me up. They've always got some fun music playing and it's always something the helps with the chill vibe they've got going on. In terms of my order, this can change from the Golden Eagle Freeze (if you're looking for the caramel Frappuccino type drink, this is the go to!) to the mango smoothie or even the banana split shake (literally it tastes exactly like a banana split and I don't know how they accomplished that). I've also tried their chocolate chip muffin top before and it is perfection, especially since I have a low chocolate tolerance. It isn't too chocolatey or too sweet. The people are always sweet, the drinks are always good and they always have a muffin top for me if I order one. This is one place that was introduced to me last September and I've been a repeat customer ever since. I also want to say that their rewards program is gorgeous! SUPER EASY to earn points and to earn a free drink - they give so many points per drink that it feels like I'm going maybe 4 times before I get a free one which is much better than other places. Their lines go quick and they're always happy to chat! If you're looking for a friendly coffee place where you don't have to leave your car, but you also want multiple options for different drinks - this is the place for you! Their menu is big (get the app - it's a lifesaver!) and they almost always have seasonal drinks to try! This was my first time trying this coffee chain. I've never heard of it, and when I first saw a Dutch Bros sign in Phoenix, I honestly though it was a paint shop (Dutch Boy). Once my husband told me it was a coffee shop, I decided that we should try it when we saw a location in Flagstaff. It shocked me when I discovered the drive thru line was like In-N-Out! There was a girl taking orders on her device towards the back of the line...way around the corner of the pick up window. First thought: is this place really worth waiting in this line? Second thought: What kind of drinks do they have? And she's coming, so we have to check the online menu QUICK! I decided on the Large Iced White Chocolate Lavender Cold Brew, my hubby got the Large Iced Double Torture. Our total for our two drinks was over $14! So Expensive! But when we received our drinks, we could see why. The Large is equivalent to a Trenta at Starbucks. The quality of the drinks are also really good. I thought the Double Torture was better than my cold brew, but I enjoyed both! The drive thru line was split in two once you placed your order, but converged into one as you got close to the pick up window. It moved pretty quickly, and service was efficient and friendly. Dutch Bros offers drinks that are different than the chains here in L.A. I wish there was a Dutch Bros. in L.A. so I could try their Annihilator (Chocolate Macadamia Nut Breve), the Cocomo (Coconut Mocha), and the Golden Eagle Chai (Vanilla & Caramel Breve w/ Caramel drizzle). I would be amiss for not reviewing Dutch Brothers. Every time I travel, I MUST HAVE A DUTCH BROS Coffee! Call it an addiction, an obsession, but it's what I look forward to when I travel. As I exited Arizona, we stopped by this Dutch Brothers located next to a nice mall. Of course there's a line, like always, but it moves pretty quickly since the staff is pretty efficient and also always super friendly. I get my usual - the annhilator which has macadamia goodness within. It's creamy and lightly sweet with a hint of macadamia flavoring. Does it wake me up? No, I'm still tired but it makes me happy. I created a cult within my friend group because I always recommend they try a Dutch Brothers. The coffee and the shop is like no other. They're always a fun and friendly group with great coffee. And so pulled our barely alive/ barely awake bodies to the drive thru before starting our adventure. Here's the thing. Neither of our orders were correct. I ordered a black coffee with a little mocha in it. I received a straight up latte. With questionable amounts of coffee in it. My husband got a latte with almond milk and he was given regular milk. It's not like me to not check the order before leaving but these coffees were too hot to taste, and considering how sleepy I was I didn't want to risk opening the lid with piping hot liquid in the car. Soooo I didn't realize my coffee was completely undrinkable until on the highway. I forced myself through some of my husbands since it was to me the lesser of the evils. And I needed the caffeine. Overall the drinks tasted like hot frappuccinos and that's just not my vibe. If you're a sweet coffee drinker you'll probably love it? But triple check your order before pulling away. read more

We came over after eating at the nearby Poke place and thought about going through the drive-thru but the line of cars was unbelievable. We walked around to the walk-up window with a few people there as well. Soon Melanie (who was super crazy but super cool) took our orders. For me I got a large Dutch Cocoa (hot chocolate) the others got similar items. It took around 10 minutes to get them but not surprised given the number of people in the drive-thru and now walk-up. My first Dutch Bros experience! The drive-through line was so long, so I ended up hopping out of my car to order at the window. The girl who took my order was SO nice - she greeted me with an amazingly positive attitude and was so patient and kind while I was trying to decide what to order. I told her that it was my first time at a Dutch Bros, and she actually comped my drink for me! The only thing better than coffee in the AM is free coffee in the AM + amazing customer service :) Shoutout to the Dutch Bros team at this location! In terms of the coffee itself, it was creamier than I expected (I got the Kicker, which has half and half + Irish cream syrup), but really tasty! It was like an extra creamy and rich latte. My family and I ordered all of the winter seasonal drinks and we loved them all especially the Hazelnut drink. I work overnights at my job and Dutch is far and away the best place to visit. I don't know if management ever reads yelp reviews, but they really need to give their overnight workers appreciation. It's 3am, you'd think you'd get some cranky kid. But everytime it is an amazing experience. Drink always made with urgency, made correctly and tasty too! I get a variety of drinks, but I usually stick with a Dragon Slayer Rebel! It's super tasty!! The coffee is sometimes meh, but I'm a coffee snob, the rebels are tasty tho! The highlight is the conversations too. There's a young girl with glasses, a kid always wearing a beanie, and a kid named Alfredo well as a few others that are always kind, always fun. Especially Alfredo and the young man with the beanie (I believe his name is Luke or Logan?) Those young men, ALWAYS have a smile, ALWAYS have a conversation with me. We were here for Black Friday and needed some beverages for the long drive back to San Diego. We got some great drink advice from the cashier, especially for the kids beverages. So overall we were very satisfied.. One thing that was a bummer was that (unbeknownst to us) that if you bought a large drink on black Friday you got a Christmas tree ornament. Whenever I'm in Flagstaff, I visit this Dutch Bros Coffee Drive-thru almost daily... the only exception is if we go to Macy's for our coffee instead. You cannot go wrong with either one. Pretty amazing that this place is open 24 hours. The employees are always super friendly, even when they are stuck outside in the freezing cold rain taking orders! The lines can take awhile, but the coffee is worth the wait! My only suggestion is to add a healthy option or two to the food menu... I learned that this location doesn't even have oatmeal, while other Dutch Bros Coffee locations do. Even so, you can't go wrong with a coffee or tea from this DBC! read more
