They've begun solely working out of a forward facing order window and the downstairs has been closed off to accommodate their now offered food menu. The top container is still available to work out of, but it's enough space. I'm here on a Saturday morning and there are only two people here (including myself). They still offer complimentary wifi and there are a few outlets up top which makes it super nice. I'm sipping on an iced horchata oat milk latte and thoroughly enjoying it.

Ordered - cold brew - iced horchata latte The coffee wasn't too good. It was very watery and not strong at all. The horchata latte didn't seem like it had any coffee in it ... just flavored milk. But the coffee shop itself looked really cool!

I had a really disappointing experience here, especially because there were issues with all three…read moredrinks in our order. First, my friend ordered a frappe and was never told that they were out of whipped cream. We only found out after the drink had already been made. He wanted a refund because the drink wasn't what he ordered, but the employee (Camilla) said she didn't know how to process a refund. Instead, she printed another receipt, seemingly as if she done a refund and expecting us not to notice that it was just another receipt. The Matcha and Taro drinks were also made with way too much milk and barely tasted like what we ordered. No one asked what type of milk we wanted, which was especially concerning because one person in our group is lactose intolerant. When we asked to have the full order refunded because none of us were happy with our drinks, she again said she didn't know how to issue a refund. We asked to speak with a manager, and she told us that she was the manager, which made the situation even more confusing. A manager should know how to handle a basic refund or at least know how to get assistance. What made the experience even more unprofessional was that after taking back the first drink, she drank it in front of us and then walked away. We also noticed what appeared to be a lot of cross-contamination while the drinks were being prepared, which was concerning, especially for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. Overall, the customer service, drink preparation, and handling of the refund situation were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

Recommend for lunch, a lavender latte, or just a chill spot to work or study.

When I try a new coffee shop, I always order a non-flavored latte. I'm usually nervous about drinks being too sweet, and it also lets me really taste the coffee. I loved it! My cousins ordered other drinks and enjoyed them as well. One of them did mention her chai was a little on the sweeter side, but she still finished it. I noticed they have a varied menu and even offered seasonal specialty drinks. The space is big enough for a larger group and also seems like a great place to sit and work or study. Also, their staff was really nice and helpful! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

What they could improve on: -Staff hasn't been as personable as the years have gone by but regardless the staff is still wonderful. -The outside seating could definitely improve with how long they've had what's out there. -Switching out the Sage and etc with stuff (pottery, art, prints) from local artists would be much much cooler as well.

They didn't have any prices listed, which made it hard to know how much things cost. The menu had combinations of ingredients that didn't seem like traditional tea flavors, like soda tea. When I asked for a simple tea with milk, they told me it was part of their special creations and charged extra for things like milk and sugar. The staff were friendly and tried to explain everything, but even they didn't know the prices because they varied depending on what you ordered. Had them ring up 2 to compare prices. I was surprised to find out that a small 24 oz matcha latte cost close to $7, especially since they didn't have regular boba, only popping ones, which were an additional charge if you wanted it. The place itself was cute and they sold their own accessories. They also had a convenient drive-thru and a tea bar where you could sample their teas. However, I found their teas to be weak and watery. When I ordered a coconut tea with oat milk and stevia, they called it a Madagascar drink and charged me accordingly, but it turned out to be overly sweet. It felt like I was drinking pure sugar, so I had to go back and ask them to remake it with just tea, oat milk, and a packet of Stevia. They were nice enough to do it, but I noticed that the drink was mostly ice...for around $5. Overall, it was an interesting experience, but I don't think you're getting good value for your money here. There's a Starbucks right across the street that offers better quality and transparency with their pricing. I would honestly go there in the future, or in this case, I would drive a few blocks down to the new Spill the Tea Bar for a truly great tea experience. I've tried some of their teas at a pop-up market, and the owner really knows how to blend loose leaf teas and even grows some of her own ingredients. Tea2Go TeaN'ergy is a stylish and attractive place, but it's not the right fit for me. You know I like to give honest feedback. -TODOELPASO
