Great service! Great food. Definitely would come back. No reservation but was able to grab a high top in the bar.

We were in town for a conference and opted to eat dinner at the hotel for convenience. We were in the mood for sushi so dining at Dusk seemed like the perfect spot. Upon arriving, the host was nice and the location itself was decorated very nice. We were excited for dinner. Now upon seating was pretty much when everything went downhill. We were seated with no menu or water, and it took around 15 minutes for the waitress to arrive and assist us. Mind you in these 15 minutes we were had already found somewhere else to go eat and were about to get up. That's when she realized we didn't even have a menu and gave one to us. The menu was very small -- not many things to choose from. The miso soup was also about $14, which is easily the most expensive miso soup I've seen and we are used to Miami pricing. Should've figured then and there that the meal was going to be disappointing. We got 3 sushi rolls to share, all of which were very just okay. I mean the yellowtail roll had a NEON GREEN "roe" topping, which just looked insane. There is no way that's a naturally occurring color lol. Think mall sushi quality but with the prices of a fancy spot. We ended up spending close to $90 for the 3 rolls and a beer. MEH. Would def recommend eating pretty much anywhere else. Service not there, food not there, overpriced.

Dusk has a limited menu but what they offer is fresh and delicious! The service was prompt. We didn't have a reservation but the hostess was able to seat us. It's a vibe in there and you don't feel over crowded with other tables. It is on the pricier side but you are eating inside the Ritz so what do you expect? I would go back!

Dusk Sushi Restaurant is located in the beautiful Ritz Carlton Hotel in Naples. They offer Great sushi. The menu is simple and not that many choices. The service was very good. We started with Edamame. I had a Dragon Roll and my wife had the Tempura Shrimp Roll. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant is on the dark side and the tables can be a bit lower than normal but the decor is very nice. There is also a nice size bar.

Food was good but service was a lot slower than expected. Our options were limited as we weee staying in the hotel. We went back for a drink the following night and then experience was much better!

Small selection, sushi was mediocre. The lighting was awful. The management tried to cancel our reservation at 9:30 due to a private event so we came earlier at 9 only to see that there was no event. Not impressed.

Service was very nice but eating at the low top tables is very difficult. The seats are too high and the table is too low so you have to bend over to eat. The menu is also pretty small but the food was good overall.

Dusk is a sushi restaurant / bar inside the Ritz Carlton. The decor is beautiful, and even though the hotel is on the beach it's not really the kind of place you go to in your beach cover-up and flip-flops. We went on a weeknight and sat at the sushi bar. It was quite empty when we arrived at 6 PM, but by the time we left the place was jamming. A DJ started around seven and the place got progressively more like a club and less like a restaurant. People were dancing the night away which made for some fun people watching. The sushi bar has a rather small menu, but enough variety to keep most sushi lovers happy. We started with the vegetable tempura, which was lightly battered, crispy, and not heavy or greasy. Then we moved onto the Salmon Aburi which is a rectangular shaped sushi and the house specialty, the rainbow roll, and a California roll. All were good but not mind blowing. The sushi chefs were very friendly and the service was good.

Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.

-- A Rooftop Gem Where You Feel Like Family…read more I'll be upfront -- I have social anxiety, and crowds can be genuinely overwhelming for me. My first evening up at Tigress's rooftop, I walked into a packed house with no reservation, and it was simply too much. Rather than give up, I called the restaurant shortly before close and asked about reserving a table for the following night. Just one person. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu. And special recognition to the bar team -- their craft cocktails are clearly designed to complement the food beautifully. I will absolutely be back. Tigress has earned a loyal guest.

Our server was very nice and conversational, however, I think she might have a habit for forgetting to do something unless she does it right away. Before finishing explaining the sauces with the shrimp crudite, we asked a question and she immediately went to go grab another dip and didn't finish explaining the sauces. I was disappointed in the bananas foster waffles. it said there was banana caramel, and then as a separate item, it said peanut butter maple. I asked probably 2 or 3 different times where the peanut butter maple was as i had gotten my toppings on the side after seeing an order that was drenched go past my table. the first answer i received was that it was the sauce i had in front of me. it was not. it was the caramel. the next time i asked, i was told that the peanut butter and caramel are the same sauce. again, no peanut butter flavor in the sauce. the peanut butter was the thing i was looking forward to the most on the waffle, and by the time she offered to just bring me peanut butter i was almost done with it. i will say that it is a very dense waffle and difficult to cut. i'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but i had to use some force to cut into what i thought was going to be a fluffy waffle. we had empty water glasses on our table for quite some time with multiple people passing before being refilled. it wasn't until more people cleared out that we were able to get more water. the cinnamon roll thing: a very nice gesture from the restaurant for birthdays. the cinnamon toast crunch on the outside was nice and crunchy, the caramel gelato between layers was smooth, but the roll itself is a different story. like the waffle, it was dense. not sure if that's because it's served cold but we will chalk it up to that, but the cream cheese frosting has chili and paprika in it! so while we were eating it, all of our throats starting to have a spicy burny feeling in the back. imagine red hots candy for flavor profile. we didn't find out until asking that it has the extra spice in it. just something to note, it might need to be added to server explanation that there is the added spicy element, as there are a lot of people who do not enjoy spicy foods. I stand by my previous reviews that Tigress is strictly a drinks and app place.
