    Eggs Benedict
    MJ R.

This place is on the up and coming list, and I'm glad I got here now before people find out how good it is. Located in the former My Sister's Kitchen location, on Main Street in Duryea, the new owners are keeping with the tradition of serving the finest. The seating is limited since it's a small location, about 30 seats max. The Sunday morning service was impeccable. The waitress was pleasant, got all the orders spot on correct & delivered promptly for a party of 4. Hubby had the Eggs Benedict and he said the eggs were prepared perfectly, along with the hollandaise sauce, which was buttery and delicious as it should be. I had the breakfast special where you can choose the number of eggs (1,2 or 3), choice of ham, sausage or bacon, choice of toast, and a choice of either hashbrowns or homefries. I chose the hashbrowns, and they were a good choice. Eggs were a perfect over medium, as I had requested, 3 large nicely cooked and flavorful straps of bacon and wheat toast. But the hash browns stole the show! They were light, crispy, not greasy, and had a great potato taste! I shouldn't have more... but I wish I had more! They were delicious. We enjoyed our Sunday brunch at this cozy little spot. it was perfect. I can only imagine how good their lunches are...hopefully...if I get back to visit the area, I may get to try it again. If ur local...don't miss this place!!

We frequently stop down for breakfast. The food selection is very good. It changes periodically. Great service, friendly staff.

Nice small little location but parking is limited and traffic coming off bridge can be a pain if heavy traffic times. Seating inside with a few tables/bar stools and walk up counter service. Now, pizza... my fav is Grandma's style and it did not disappoint! Nice portion sizes and flavor was great. Will def be back next visit to PA and can't wait to try more things.

I am trying their Old-World Italiano which has Prosciutto di Parma, Suppressant, Genda Salami, Ham & Provolone cheese. You know I had to do "mayo no dressing" because I hate when my sub gets soggy. Today's video is a subscriber request from Tyler who watches us from the great city of Chicago Illinois. This was a great tasting sub, I was able to taste the freshness of the meats and cheese, I also had some of their chicken soup which hit the spot on a cold night, it was loaded with rice, carrots, celery, and of course chicken. Service and food were quick even though the soup never came. $7 for a kids meal that consisted of all sauce on a plate with 3 raviolis. Not large ones. The generic small ones. That's something for a 2 year old. Not 10. The fries tasted and looked like they were fried multiple times. The spaghetti was so overcooked it was just mush. The chicken fingers were actually chicken patties (if you have kids you know this is an issue). I got the hot roast beef sandwich. It had a very wierd taste to it. I assumed it was the beef bc it was fatty I kept spitting it in my napkin. Then I realized it was actually the gravy. I was crossing my fingers it wasn't spoiled. I ordered a pizza for the table. Omg the sauce. It was like an extremely garlic-y (and I like garlic but this was wierd) pasty pasta sauce. It left a taste in our mouths for hours. Needless to say all of our food went in the trash. I didn't say anything. We just paid and left quietly. Not sure how to tell someone the entire meal was the worst we've ever had. Anyway, thought I'd spare someone their money if they were never there. On the positive side the interior was cute.
