So, this restaurant holds a special place in my heart. It was a Friday night so I was expecting it to be a little busy, but I was so sad to see barely anyone in there around 6:30 at night. We parked and walked in the lower lot, past a beautiful outdoor patio space that looks like it's a blast to hang out at in the summer once the weather gets warmer. (Took a mental note to come back with friends!) We walked in and seated ourselves and our waitress came right over with menus and asked for our drink orders. I'm a Gin girl so I asked her for a Gimlet. Even though she admitted she hadn't made one in a while, it was delicious and strong. My fiance ordered the Italian beer on draft and was in heaven. We were starving and got an appetizer (which we rarely do) to spoil ourselves and we ordered the Cauliflower Bites instead of chicken, just to try something different. THEY WERE SO GOOD. Breaded, seasoned, and cooked to perfection, we were relieved we DIDN'T order chicken bites, these were a lighter and tasty alternative. We ordered our entrees, and didn't have to wait long at all for them to come out, we didn't even finish our bites yet. I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca and my fiancé ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese. He LOVED his dish, said the sauce was a little TOO sweet for his taste, but he finished the whole plate, he couldn't stop eating. My chicken however was a little dry. It was covered in cheese and I ordered spinach as my veggie side so those made up for the dryness, but overall, it was also delicious. Would we return? YES! The atmosphere was so nice and chill, the decor/vibe of downstairs is almost like Olive Garden but way classier. The food is just as delicious as it was 6 years ago on our fist date. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating, asked us how everything was, and made small talk as she tended to other customers and cleaned tables. The Ladies Room was also well maintained and clean. The only downside is the lack of customers! I couldn't believe how empty the room was on a Friday night for dinner and my fiance told me that for the area, that's not uncommon. People would rather visit a chain restaurant in Dickson City or just go to the bar. Common people, visit Arturo's instead, you're missing out!

The AC I think was off because it was cooler outside on a warm muggy PA night than it was inside. The bar was about 3/4 full and there was one table seated and we noticed about 3/4 of the outdoor seating was occupied as well. Not super busy at all. We waited about 20 minutes before we were approached. We ordered water until we could got our menus and reviewed them. Water never came. Someone else came over and asked us about ordering drinks. We ordered drinks and asked about our water. Water never came. Drinks came. Then yet a different person came over a few minutes later to take our food order. We ordered water again since we were planning on drinking more. My wife's appetizer came out, meatballs. Pretty good, similar but somewhat different flavor than my Italian mothers recipe. When the app came out that person finally got us silverware, napkins and our water. Food came a little later. That's described above. During dinner we had to get up to get refills on water and were never offered additional drinks or anything. We finally stopped someone and asked for our check. My wife had to go to the bar to pay the bill. No one ever came back to the table. At one point earlier we were asked who our waitress was and we all looked at each other because 4 or maybe 5 people were at our table at some point but it was like we still couldn't get stuff we needed. My wife paid with a card she had forgotten to activate and it declined. The bartender gave her the slip and the card and never noticed or told her. She realized it at the table. We had to go back to the bar and pay again because after cleaning that one table everyone except the bartender would vanish. Finally we paid, sweating our asses off in a corner table with the most bassy sound system pounding for 2 hours we got out of there and went to a local bar for drinks. I would have loved to have enjoyed this place and loved to have had more drinks because their bar was the highlight of the experience but it was clear they didn't care about us at all. And we were sweating to death.

I chatted with Skip, the owner, who mentioned they now accept EBT cards for items like bread, cereal, and milk. Today, I'm heading to the hot side of the grill for a meatball hoagie. Off camera, I asked if the meatballs were homemade, and he explained they come from another establishment--so yes, they're homemade, just not here. This was your classic meatball sub: toasted bun, melted mozzarella, and packed with flavorful, piping-hot meatballs. Even though it's a store, they have a spot where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you'd rather eat in than take out. I was told I'd be refunded but a month and a half later I've been refunded nothing. The employee who showed up to cook also let me know he does this all the time as a way to save money. This is a terrible company, stay away please. I felt so bad for the employee I helped her cook the remaining food(the new food I purchased out of pocket since his was rancid)for the guest. The staff was very welcoming and polite; one even complimented on my Hot Doggin' NEPA Shirt. Now Majestic is known for their chili mustard and onion dogs so I only got 3, a side of fries and a coke. You know the coke was awesome, very refreshing. My order of fries reminded me of the shoestring fries which were served right out of their fryer hot and fresh. The dogs are Berks brand, I do not know and couldn't find out if they were an all-beef or beef and pork mix. Their chili sauce is a good tasting chili, blended with the mustard and onions created a good blend making these dogs really good chili dogs.
