I understand oil prices are increasing but i never would have had this oil delivered if i knew i would be paying $6.949 a gallon. If you go to a restaurant, the prices are on the menu. If you get an oil change they tell you what it will cost. You buy a dozen eggs you know how much you will be paying. It seems like they are intentionally trying to deceive you by not telling you what the cost of their product is. I called to see if they would do something for me and they offered a payment plan and a $.25 reduction per gallon. I also told them to come and pump it out and give me a refund which they would not do. Shame on you Burke for intentionally deceiving your customers. I will not be using them again.
