Ok maybe I spoke too soon. Makes me sad because Alex was really great. After his visit Wednesday our toilets and faucets got worse. The hot water tank started leaking heavily and we ended up with no hot water. We called this company repeatedly on their EMERGENCY line and never got a response. After several days of no hit water they answered on Sunday to say they were too busy. Why can't you return a call to tell us that? So they said they'd be out Monday morning early since we haven't had hot water and we have children. Monday morning they call to cancel. WHAT? I mean this is what I was talking about with contractors in the first post. Thank you for letting days pass without calling back and for putting g us in a terrible position waiting for you. suddenly losing your water in the middle of a shower when you're on a deadline for a show an hour plus drive away, is STRESSFUL AS HELL!! Mother's Day right around the corner, wife not a happy camper!! I sent a message to Shaun at Well Pump Pro, and he messaged me back within minutes!! how rare is that?? Talk about courtesy and communication, I had been talking to Shaun since the day before Thanksgiving. They actually assisted me on things to check for prior to having to pull the trigger on a replacement. They did their very best to FIND out exactly what was wrong, instead of assuming what was wrong, with the system before we commenced with the work ,(well pump, grounding issues on direct burial power, etc.). Shawn the owner was very responsive & sent technicians Andrew and Alex and then Nicholas. Perform the casing then search began & diagnosed and perform the game plan 6 hrs. Extremely professional and responsive! Bought a house in Brewster Heights a year ago and the well tank and pump wore out and left us with no water.
