We've been having water pressure issues for years. A couple other contractors told us this was…read morenormal on a well. I had another guy working at the house last year, and he said it was definitely not normal, and recommended we call Ricky. I put in a call and Ricky called me right back. He had a guy out the next morning, who did a deep look into our system and explained everything that was going on with the system. They made a recommendation to replace the well tank. We had actually scheduled a few days out to replace the tank, but something came up and we were not going to be around. So they offered to come in the day before in the evening and get it done. They were quick and thorough, with quality work. Cleaned up when they were done, and even changed my whole house filter I'd been neglecting... Prices were reasonable too. It's not something you want to have to spend money on, but you want it done right. Bottom line: Nobody likes dealing with well issues, but if you have to, Reliable makes it easy, and they do an excellent job. I would call them again.

Within 2 hours of my code red call to Frank because we had NO Water and no clue as to why - Andrew was here within 2 hours ( shocking because we live in a remote area of CT and rarely do folks show up on time and in some cases they don't show up at all) to quickly assess the problem, propose a resolution and provide transparent AND fair pricing. Frank and Andrew return early the next morning with all the necessary equipment and removed and replaced the broken pump and had water back up and running to our home by 3 PM that afternoon!!! This was no easy task- the well was literally in the forest, far from our home and the area around the well overgrown so access was tricky and difficult- this did not dissuade them in any way, nor did it drive the price up.
