Within 2 hours of my code red call to Frank because we had NO Water and no clue as to why - Andrew was here within 2 hours ( shocking because we live in a remote area of CT and rarely do folks show up on time and in some cases they don't show up at all) to quickly assess the problem, propose a resolution and provide transparent AND fair pricing. Frank and Andrew return early the next morning with all the necessary equipment and removed and replaced the broken pump and had water back up and running to our home by 3 PM that afternoon!!! This was no easy task- the well was literally in the forest, far from our home and the area around the well overgrown so access was tricky and difficult- this did not dissuade them in any way, nor did it drive the price up. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10! Thank you both so much for delivering outstanding service in our dire time of need !!!

Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

The opinion expressed in my review was built over a period of time…read more We had just purchased our house in Dutchess County and soon found out that our neighborhood was known for water issues. I had called them initially and was given some sound FREE advise on what to check first before going down the road of having them visit. I always appreciated that and kept them in mind should the need occur. Speed up to this month. We had chronically low pressure with no recovery. They were able to fit us in before they went on vacation (family owned businesses are entitled to that). They did a systematic and thorough diagnosis before checking the pump itself. It turned out that our 32 year old pump was filled with sediment. They had a matching (and more powerful with a three year warranty) pump on hand thankfully. They replaced it, changed a faulty pressure gauge, and adjusted the pressure tank. As of right now we have much more water pressure than previously. Based on our experience with them, they were quick, efficient, professional, and we feel that it was money well spent. Eventually, we may have to drill deeper since we ultimately want a Constant Pressure system. If what they installed holds up, then they will hear from me again.
