While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. They are contractes by SunRun who replaced my roof, which has had issues 3x times in a year of service. the most recent being this past spring, I was sent over to Absolute for repairs on the roof which caused leaks in my house since March. I spoke with Destinee on 5/4 who made an appointment for 5/12- so I took the day off, waited, called and left numerous voicemails which were routed to a person who did not identify themselves as working with Absolute. So I'm stuck with no help from SunRun or Absoulte. This sucks
