They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

We gave them 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. They gaslighted us consistently saying the roof wasn't the problem and had us chasing down other issues like tuckpointing, plumbing, sliding door replacements etc and nothing helped. The damage eventually got so bad that we needed a restoration company to come open up the ceiling in 3 rooms. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since then. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR.

The glass was repaired, but they did not put my ADT security sensor back on the window frame. For people who have ADT system will know, it takes two pieces of sensors to line up on the window in order to activate the alarm. I called and spoke with a person. I told him what happened, but he pretty much blaming me. He said that I told them I have the ADT system on my other panel. Yes I do, but it is only one of the two pieces. I told them there is another sensor on the window panel that they fixed it. I asked him just to look for it. He did not. He blamed me, and said he was talking to me in a nice way. I told him all I asked is for him to look for it, but he did not. I wasn't rude at all, all I asked was that if he can look for it. If you are in the glass and mirror business, you should know that the metal piece on the window panel is the sensor for a security system. Now my security system is not working properly at all. I already paid in advance. It is pretty much he said I said. I lost because I paid for the services but now I have to pay more for ADT to fix the security system simply because of a window panel. I hung up the phone call because it is getting nowhere. I just want to warn you that if you are using their services, make sure you take pictures and write down everything you have.
