Garage window with privacy glass.

Hugo did a great job replacing our broken garage window. Very reasonable price and quality job!

The finish product by Hugo.

I needed a glass replaced in my attic. I contacted 4 other vendors before Quick Service Glass and they all wanted to replace the entire frame which was not what I wanted or budgeted for. I send a request on here plus a picture of window. A rep named Hugo replied and stated $180 which was definitely in my price range. We scheduled for him to come out and remeasure the window and he stood by quote. Gave him 1/2 down and he said window should be ready within a week. Sure was and he installed it all by himself and did a great job. I appreciate his professionalism. His # is locked into my phone if I ever need him again.

The scope of the project changed, and Hugo was extremely communicative and upfront about the work.

Avoid at all costs…read more We paid TAR $16,000 for a full replacement of our flat roof and within a week were getting stains on our ceiling during rain when we had never had leaking before. We gave them 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. They gaslighted us consistently saying the roof wasn't the problem and had us chasing down other issues like tuckpointing, plumbing, sliding door replacements etc and nothing helped. The damage eventually got so bad that we needed a restoration company to come open up the ceiling in 3 rooms. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since then. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR.

We gave TAR 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. We could never get the workers to explain what they did when they came out, they'd simply say it was "fixed." Eventually it got so bad water started dripping through our third floor ceiling. TAR refused to accept blame and consistently said the roof wasn't the problem. TAR blamed other things like tuck-pointing, plumbing, and door replacements. Despite spending a significant amount of money replacing those things, the leaks continued. I run an HOA and our building has (unfortunately) had a few big projects the last two years - these…read moreguys were by far the best to work with. They helped us replace a sad looking front brick paver steps with concrete steps (see pic). If your experiences have been anything like mine, hiring a contractor to do ANYTHING includes three major phases to the battle: 1) obtain quotes from reputable companies, 2) select someone from thosequotes and 3) have selected company complete the job correctly. These guys made all three steps (pun intended) super easy and painless. When 1) I called for a quote I got a speedy but thorough response, when 2) we hired them bc their quote was easy to understand and a fair price and 3) when we hired them they sent an awesome crew that worked their tails off to complete the job. We also had a few minor imperfections which they quickly resolved. They didn't question 'why' we asked or debate they made sure we were happy. They didn't ask for the final payment until the HOA was 100% satisfied. What a positive experience it was working with these guys (Mike in office and Eddie the owner)! I'd highly recommend.

Eddie came out 15 minutes early to do look the place over and do measurements and came up with an estimate about 30% less than the competitors. I received an official contract proposal within 24 hours via email. Mike made sure to do a follow up to address any concerns and questions I had the day after I had received the emailed proposal. Contract was signed a few weeks later after I confirmed that E&B was licensed by the city. Work began close enough to the given estimated time frame (delayed 1 week due to daily severe thunderstorms) and job completion was a little under 4 weeks (there were a few days of thunderstorms that would've made it too dangerous to work). The work crew worked even during mid 90*F temperatures, much respect. Work entailed 5 lintel replacements, a entire front facade grind and tuckpoint with mortar matching closely to original with a 1 year warranty. Clean up was a power wash with masonry detergent. Throughout the process, any questions and concerns I had were promptly answered by Mike or Eddie within 2 hours of sending a text message or email. Customer service, communication and work is exemplary. I highly recommend.
