Ardmore charges $250 for the visit whether or not they do anything, but if they can fix it, they don't charge anything extra. Long story short, they arrived on time, took the door apart, fixed it by replacing the wheels and locking mechanism for nothing extra. They were polite, prompt, and very professional.

Since then, I went back to the store in person (two more times), and finally got someone to come out to fix the item. It was not an elegant fix, but the item now works. Interestingly enough, I got a call from the owner today asking me to print a retraction of this review, since the problem has been solved. He didn't challenge what I wrote, so obviously he recognized the situation. At first I deleted the original review, but I'm reposting it with the revision. So my revised review is: Stan's Glass can probably solve any glass problem you might have. They don't take credit cards, so you don't have any leverage if something goes wrong - you're on your own, and you'd better be persistent. If you are, they will make good. The original transaction went smoothly and in a timely manner, and if the item had not been defective, I would have been quite satisfied.

Representative from Gold Glass and Mirror would not replace broken window until glass was removed and cleaned up. They asked the tenant who runs the business to clean glass. The lady can not clean up a broken glass window. Then, Gold Glass and Mirror told the business to go to Home Depot and get tape and plastic to cover window until they could get back to the job. Due to open broken window, cold air was blowing into the business for a few hours. The business had to close for a while.

When they returned the panel that they were supposed to drill had no hole in it - again. They then tried to convince us to glue the towel bar. They have stopped returning calls after taking a $1K deposit. They have horrible customer service, care little about their customers, and have no pride in their work. It is difficult to state how bad this company do not do business with these clowns.
