Honestly expectations were low but honestly surprised! These were hands down the BEST smoked wings I've had. My boyfriend and I went to Dunny's BBQ for dinner. This restaurant was adorned with a unique saloon theme, complete with vintage Western decorations that added to the authentic and charming atmosphere. We had the Texas Twinkies and beef chili to start. I had the Dunny's favorite Ruben with fries and my bf had cheeseburger. The restaurant was busy and there was only one waitress, Jenny, on duty. Regardless, she still did an amazing job at juggling all the customers and making sure we still had exceptional service. We're already planning our next visit. The brisket and a Chai old-fashioned which I overheard a patron at the bar order are next on our list to try. The exceptional service, delightfully unique ambiance, and delicious food make this a must-visit restaurant. We're definitely looking forward to our next visit. 4 stars for now, but will update once we get a chance to try the actual BBQ and the house sauce. read more

An absolute MUST and a local gem. If you order a dinner you BETTER BE HUNGRY!!!! Love the sauce choices. I suggest trying them all. The steak tips are perfectly smoked and cooked and pare perfectly with each sauce (so hard to choose). Even the fries go well. The pulled pork grilled cheese also goes amazing with each sauce. Nicki (sp?) was our server and amazing. She effortlessly told me the beers without question (though my husband showed me where it was clearly posted on the table AND the menue ‍‍). The atmosphere is Cheers meets Cracker Barrel with a friendly, open atmosphere but you could spend a whole day looking at the items on the walls (amazing history). A MUST TRY for any old/ new guest. Visited in a quiet mid-week night. We received a warm greeting and was told we could sit anywhere. We chose a seat away from the bar ordered a drink and a soda. The prickly-pear margaritas was delicious, it's hard to find prickly-pear flavored anything outside the southwest. The restaurant and bar had a lot of great antiques, pictures and local history. Very nice. We had a great time looking around after our meals. I tried the chili and got a couple of ribs to try as a side. It was served with a health side of tortilla chips and cheese on top, sour cream on the side, I was very happy. He had the pastrami sandwich, which he thought was good for the price. Everything was good and we will definitely be back again to try more menu items. read more

Dunny's is a hidden jewel. recently, I had a craving for a pastrami sandwich, which isn't really easy to find. I googled it and was directed to Dunny's. we entered the restaurant and immediately felt like we were there a million times. The bartender made us feel so comfortable. She introduced us to the menu and to the theme of the restaurant she made us really have a good evening. Went there and was totally not impressed. Had the Philly steak sandwich and it had the smallest amount of steak on a sub I've ever seen and it was $14. I should have gone to Jerseys Mike's for $10 and gotten more. There was also super little onions and peppers on it. Disappointed does not even describe it, since all I've seen on Facebook is how they have changed their menu. Posts all about their BBQ "equipment", lol a joke. Maybe I should have gotten the BBQ, lol. It came with fries that looked like the crumbs from a frozen French fry bag from the market. We were the only guests there so that explains it. My wife and I dined last night at Dunny's and both enjoyed a memorable meal. The meal began with a house made Sangria I had the red , she had the white. Both were fruity and delicious. Our appetizer consisted of a huge portion of rib eye nachos. Large slices of rib eye well seasoned complemented the fried nacho chips and freshly grated cheese perfectly. For our entrees we shared fish & chips and a prime rib sandwich. Both outstanding. A treat for our tastebuds. For dessert we could not decide so ended up with three. Eclair dessert flight, cinnamon bun a la mode, and blueberry cheesecake. Needless to say we have some leftovers. Chris and his team took great care of us. We felt welcomed and appreciated. read more

This was my first visit to Dunny's (after having observed the very impressive build-out). So, what's up at Dunny's? I was generally disappointed. The crowd was really young and the music was loud, euro-styled electronic dance hall thump thump thump. As it looks like a nice pub, I was expecting a different atmosphere. The offerings are rather generic, mass produced, highly recognizable international conglomerate brands; I might as well be in an airport bar in Chicago or Indianapolis or Phoenix. As a result, I didn't see anything interesting to drink. My friends ordered Bud Lights. The woodwork and buildout is nice but I don't come to bars for woodwork; I come for a nice atmosphere, socializing and for something to drink. read more

This is actually a review of the deli not the saloon. My daughter and I were in Fall River at the YMCA exercising and stopped here for lunch afterwards. The woman at the counter was very nice and gave us advice on what to order. I had a toasted tuna salad sandwich and my daughter had a meatball sub. The food was good, sandwiches were toasted and they had a good selection of bread choices. The food took a bit of time given the toasting, but not excessive. Good choice for lunch! read more

Awesome looking place. Typical young hood rats and lousy DJs blasting music for the 7 customers inside at 1am on a Friday night. 6 bucks for a jack & diet. That's reasonable. Place looks really cool though. Has potential. I would try it again, perhaps earlier with a group of friends. If they go for the young crowd with loud music it will be a failure however. read more
