Disrespectful workers, very rude to my boyfriend, calling him names and being unprofessional.

Fries were undercooked. Twice. Lady at the register was also a total jerk when I went and asked if I could get just a new fry:(

They're a chain all over MA and RI with some NY locations upstate. We opted to dine indoors. Huge location with an open kitchen. Staff very friendly, attentive and keen to please especially with dietary restrictions. Ordered burgers, firecracker shrimp, calamari, sweet potato fries, Brussels sprouts and some Oreo ice cream dessert. Private free parking lot at the mall. Like nearly every restaurant in RI and MA, they've got a loyalty program. Scored a free huge dessert plus $10 off reward. Loved the burger and fries. Sprouts were too salty. Everyone enjoyed their time here. No one rushed us out on a Saturday evening.

She said " no problem", because 2 out of 3 seats in the restaurant are empty. We were seated at 5:55. Sat there with menus until 6:26, when the waitress took our drink and food order. The restaurant was still not busy so she assured us that we were still going to be able to get to our movie on time. At 6:50 we finally got our beverages. At 7:08 food finally arrived...... Thanks 110 Grill for making sure we didn't miss the beginning of the movie at 7:15. And it wasn't our waitress' fault. She was amazing

After reading months of mixed reviews of Pine House Kitchen & Bar, my friend and I decided to give…read moreit a try. We walked in just after 8 on a Friday night and were greeted by two very friendly young women at the host stand. We opted to sit at a high top table in the lively bar area. Every seat at the bar was taken. Our server was friendly and attentive, and brought our drinks, $8 for a Sam Adams seasonal draft, and $15 for a Bulleit Bourbon Old Fashioned cocktail (which was mixed well and nicely presented, sans the anticipated Luxardo cherry). My friend ordered the Fondue Burger with truffle fries. The burger was cooked perfectly (medium) and smothered with a delicious cheese sauce sprinkled with fresh bacon crumbles - decadent and delicious. The fries are thin and crispy (the best way) and served in one of those cute little metal baskets with just the right amount of truffle. I had the salmon rice bowl which was better than I expected it to be. The fish was fresh and cooked nicely, (medium, although it could have been taken off heat a minute or two earlier, but not what I consider 'overcooked' by any means), and sat atop some very delicious coconut jasmine rice. The bowl also had a heap of zingy red onions, thinly sliced perfectly ripe avocado, a yummy mango salsa, and was drizzled with a very nice cilantro crema. Perfection. I ate the whole thing, felt a bit overstuffed and unable to taste the burger (next time!) I am very happy to report that Pine House Kitchen & Bar got four thumbs up from us, and I look forward to visiting again with family and friends.

The different lemonades were quite wonderful and a bit of a surprise. Service was attentive and quick and it's clean and well maintained. When you walk in, the hostess greets you and brings you to either side of the restaurant. It is almost two separate areas, each with its own bar and seating. It is a nice layout. They have very comfortable booths with large tables. Our server came over, introduced herself, and took our drink orders. The drinks were generously sized and well made. They have a wide variety of cocktails, beers, and wine. They have an enormous menu with a variety of appetizers, burgers, salads, and entrees. They also have a "specials" sheet featuring rotating specials. We ordered their fried string beans and some Caesar salads to start. Both were very good. My wife had chicken parmigiana for her entree, our friends had salmon and cod, and I had the whole belly fried clam plate (YAY!). The portions were GENEROUS. My wife's chicken parmigiana was enough for three people. Best of all, my order of clams was enormous and perfectly made. I am a complete snob when it comes to fried clams. I rarely get them, and I can say that these were among the best I have had anywhere. Price and value were excellent. We said we would be back, and we made that official. Our second visit was just as good as the first. I had a beautifully prepared Prime Rib and my wife had salmon. Don't be like us and wait 15 years. Give this place a try ASAP.
