This is for the Sinking Spring DD which I've gone to for years. I ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts, no sprinkles. Instead of telling me they were out of them, the idiot worker apparently simply scraped the sprinkles off with a knife along with most of the chocolate, as shown in pic! This place was good a couple months ago. But lately the afternoon/evening staff is rude, slow, and gets orders incorrect and just simply doesn't care. Today I ordered 2 lattes and they were wrong. The last time I got those same two lattes and they didn't even put the flavor in one. Ive worked fast food before so I can say, it is not that hard to get an order right and be speedy about it. We've visited here many times and overall had subpar service. Joy loves their Chocolate Munchkins when they have them -- which is about 20% of the time. We both enjoy their hot coffee. We tried their hash browns today; Joy hates them and I ended up eating them. They weren't that great. We also tried their egg, cheese, and sausage wrap which was OK. Sometimes they get my order wrong here, or there is a long wait to either order or pick up food EVEN when you're the only customer in line. Today they forgot about my chocolate munchkins, I reminded the one lady whom was about to get them but someone else told her they got it, then they forgot again and I ended up waiting 15+ minutes for munchkins that were almost within arms reach. Everytime I order from the Wyomissing, Pa location on Cheltenham Dr it is terrible. They never ever get the order right. I order extra milk in my coffee and get none. One of my favorite treats at Dunkin is a coffee roll, like a fluffy glazed donut with cinnamon swirl. The last few times I ordered the coffee roll was shriveled and hard, like it was old and also they did not let it rise the right way before frying it. The problem is that this is the only location near me that GrubHub delivers from. Not ordering from here again and I hope this review prevents others from as well. Where to start...... Came in at 330 and they have no bagels ok kinda late in the day I get it. But the staff are basically just there having one giant party. I hear them yelling in the back joking I'm gonna smack the shit out of you, someone saying how nasty something food wise was. Just yelling and carrying on. In their only defense they are probably paid pretty poorly so how much can you care. None the less I ate and got out as fast as possible. But it's not just this visit. Last time I was there they said they had absolutely no napkins. The time before that it was maybe 2 in the afternoon and they said they stopped serving food already. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time in the last 3 months I've been told early afternoon they aren't serving food anymore. I get it once or twice but it seems to be a toss up if I'm even going to be able to eat here. The only reason I come to this one is because it's on my way def not because I prefer eating here. I work in food I get keeping stock with everything can be a hit or miss right now. But there just seems to be a total lack of care in this one. I mean how do you not have napkins and not send someone to buy some? Why does your store seem to be the only one who consistently stops serving food with you are open for hours yet? Looks like they read the negative reviews and fixed the wait problem. Sat at 8:12 am and had a Latte and toasted bagel in seconds with a full staff working hard like a well oiled machine. I honestly thought I was being pranked. They didn't have NAPKINS. They were out of donuts, croissants, chocolate milk, and customer service. This place is an embarrassment and the employees are even worse. The girl in the drive through window literally laughed when I asked her name or the managers name and said she's not "giving me shit." They forgot 4 of the 8 items I ordered, I had to ask for them because she tried arguing with me. In my past two trips there I have had three bad experiences which all boil down to customer service. The food is good so there are no complaints there. My issues are 1. I ordered an iced coffee with a splash of H&H. They handed me a white coffee there was so much H&H in it. I asked for a new one and they were friendly enough to do that for me but I am almost certain they walked away and brought me the same coffee because it was just as white. I took it as to not hold up the drive-thru line. 2. I went in today and ordered a #10, Medium coffee, turkey sausage flat bread and an order of hash browns. The manager argued with me that hash browns did not come with a number ten even though it was clearly on the sign. Even after I pointed it out and she saw that I was right she still charged me for them. It was only .99 however there was no excuse for her to argue with me when the price is right there. If your sign is not correct then change it. 3. When I went to leave I tried to walk out of the door and found that it was locked. There are two doors that swing open and I'm referring to the right door only, meaning only the left one was unlocked. There were no signs stating that the door was broken, it was simply locked. To my knowledge and please correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that this is illegal. Overall food-wise this Dunkin Donuts is fine. Its quick and good but the customer service is sub-par. read more

If I can give this place zero stars I would. Every time I go there I always get a cappuccino blast. One time I went and they said sorry were out. I come back a week later and they are still out of the cappuccino blast. Last week I went there to get a cappuccino blast and they told me they couldn't do it because they don't have ice cream because they had a fire. This was Monday and the fire happened on a Friday. But it had been 10 minutes already and I had seen quite a few other cars come and go, so I parked in front of the door to see if I could grab it and go real quick and I thought maybe they just forgot about me (totally wrong of me to park on the lines, I know it, but I was thinking to be quick and leave--and I had a toddler in the car and there was nowhere else safe for me to park). So I go in and some other customer rudely reminds me I shouldn't be parked on the lines. I told him that I knew this and I had already waited 10 minutes for an order. Then I go near the pickup and wave someone down to ask if they had my sandwhich waiting. The lady by the grill had no clue what sandwhich I was talking about. I confirmed my order with her and turned to make sure my vehicle is okay and all was fine until she scoffs loudly to the girl by the window: "She says she's been waiting for ten minutes!" That pissed me off. I turned back around and yelled, "So that's MY problem??" I don't think she expected me to say anything back, and usually I wouldn't--but I don't appreciate being mocked! She just scuffled around as if she didn't know what to do for a long time, confirmed once again that I wanted NO cheese on my sandwhich, then turned to the girl at the window saying she can't make my sandwhich but because I kept my eyes on her the entire time she quickly slapped the sandwhich together anyway, placed it in the bag and said "sorry." Except for this one instance and for the haughty attitude of your one employee, your store is doing MUCH better than before. I highly appreciate the changes done to make things better--but today pissed me off. I was in the wrong for parking on the yellow lines, but your employee completely forgot about my order and mocked me for it. Because of that, I will no longer come here. My husband can get his coffee eslewhere. ------ I only go here now because my husband still likes the coffee they serve, and I pick it up for him in the mornings. This place has the worst customer service ever. Everytime I go I swear the people there sound like they hate their life and everyone in it. I ordered an ice pumpkin latte and they gave me a hot latte...I look at my receipt to make sure I didn't and my receipt even says iced. I've worked in hospitality and restaurants so I get it when someone says no that's not what I ordered but it was even documented on my receipt that I had asked for ICED. If you get any food from the drive thru here, be prepared to be asked to park and wait a few minutes. So if you're in a hurry to get to work in the morning, skip the breakfast and just get a coffee. Also, be sure to check your food to make sure that it isn't still frozen! This has happened to me twice now.
