If I could give negative stars I would. I can not eat pork, and ordered my food with turkey sausage. Everything was with bacon. I drove home and found out after biting into it. I called the store 10 TIMES!!! everytime got hung up. Now I'm $15 out of luck because they can not pick up the phone and customer service is with a lousy AI system saying there is now agent available. As you can see from the ratings of this location, it's a total and utter scam at this location. They are always rude and today is the last straw. We ordered a large latte and get to the window and are handed a small. The lady is arguing that we paid for a small. The large is a $1 more, why on earth would anyone order a small when they fill the drinks more than halfway with ice at this location. She proceeds to argue it instead of providing good customer service and pouring the small into a large and giving us the extra on the house for the mistake. Ordered an iced chai latte with hash browns. Appreciated how crispy the hash brown were as well as with a little burnt(ness). The fact that I have no option but to give this place one star already aggravates me. This place deserves NEGATIVE stars. First and foremost, I've been living in the area for years and have NEVER had my order right. Not once. So today, I stop through the drive through (thinking after renovations maybe new management? Wrong) after my son's swimming lessons. All I wanted was 2 one scoop strawberry sundaes with everything on top (meaning whipped cream Nuts and cherry). He responded, "you said you wanted everything " I said "I have never gone to a baskin where if I order a sundae the employee reads it as every topping you have what I mean is I want whipped cream nuts and a cherry which I specifically said" He goes, "do you want a refund?" I said "no I want you to write what I want down all I want is my sundaes he said very rudely "I CANT WRITE IT DOWN" oh I didn't know this baskin didn't have pen and paper? So I got even more pissed. Long story short he gave me my still not correct sundaes with an attitude and like I said, still messed up my order. At this point, I think whoever the owner or management is are idiots and don't train these 16 year old that they hire. They either hire STUPID or they hire kids off the street and just start them without training them. Another thing.. they never have anything. Today they didn't have hot fudge or chocolate syrup and they didn't have the signature sundaes that they display in the drive through. As a long time resident I'm shocked how long this place has been open and surprised at how they have the funds to keep the place open. I keep giving this place a try because it's at a spot that I pass all the time and my boys ask for ice cream every time we pass it. 3/23/23 at around 6pm. I wanted to order ice cream through baskin robins but couldn't go inside due to renovations, so we had to order through the drive thru. I needed a minute to look through the menu and the person taking my order seemed impatient and rude. There was one car in front of us and no one behind us. I took about 15 seconds to look through the menu. Since I didn't see a menu for ice cream, I asked if cookies and cream was available and all the employee said was "no" and when asked for other options he replied very bluntly and sarcastically "we have a lot of ice cream flavors". At this point, I didn't feel like this employee wanted to serve me so I decided to leave. I've never experienced such rude customer service. I don't expect much, but basic respect and kindness when talking to another human isn't too much to ask for. read more

I know this probably goes without saying given the overall rating, but I thought I'd come add my two cents because I think there's potential here. I've only come to this Dunkin a handful of times, but it has been a real struggle each time. You wait FOREVER regardless of what you're ordering, so I'm not sure if it's a workflow issue or a staffing issue, but if those things could get worked out, I think this Dunkin could really serve the community better. My order, luckily, has never been wrong, but getting that order each time has been painstakingly slow. I went today, and the woman in front of me said, "Oh, come on!!" when she saw we still would not have our orders taken after waiting quite a bit and another straight up left as she said to whoever was on the other end of her phone call, "I'm leaving. I don't even know if anyone is working. No one has taken an order in the last 5 minutes!" All the other Dunkins I've ever gone to have focused on speed because people stop by usually on our way to work or while running errands, so to have to wait forever and then, based on the other reviews, have your order be wrong, is not right. I've lived in the area for years, and to still have these types of issues might also suggest a management issue, in which case, I suggest just going to the downtown Elk Grove location. Their drive-thru is usually super quick. I've been in and out of there in less than one minute on some occasions! I went through the drive through yesterday, and service couldn't have been worse. They forgot my drink, and when I reminded them it was a large latte they gave me a caramel latte. I asked for chocolate frosted donuts and they gave me Chocolate donuts which I didn't catch until I got home. Just unbelievable incompetence. Worst service! Last week I went to the drive thru, first it took them a while to ask what I wanted and then ordered 4 iced coffees and they told me I had to come inside if I wanted anything over 2 drinks. What??? Today we went inside, there was two employees and neither of them were nice enough to say Hi or I'll be right with you, had us standing there waiting for about 10-15 min until my husband finally asked if they would take our order, still no response. This location was slightly busy, but I was served quickly and they got my order right, despite the fact that the lady couldn't hear very well over the noise level. I visited early in the morning, so their donut selection was great and I got exactly what I wanted. I even got a coconut donut, which most locations never seem to have. Don't go here unless you want the risk of catching something. Me and a friend came in to get a waffle cone and after handling a mop and other cleaning products, a teen comes to help us. As he's reaching to grab every single waffle cone in the stack, I could clearly see dirt all over his hands. Not one glove in sight at least and when we asked him if he could go put some on, he went to the back, stood there for 2 minutes and then came back and insisted that there were none. I wanted to write a review about the new Refresher drinks and ordered on the mobile app. When I arrived they informed me they don't have the materials to make the two flavors I ordered. This DD/BR is very close to home, and very convenient to stop at on my way to work. This makes it slightly dangerous. They also send out coupon books from time to time, increasing the temptation with 99c coffee/iced latte/muffin coupons. Since the building was remodeled, I have had more positive experiences here, and the place looks nicer, too. Service is usually good, although I have had a few moments where the employee in question has just sort of stared blankly at me or been rather slow. I like DD's coffee (espresso not as much) and food although I must say I'm really not a big donut eater. I'd rather have one of their gargantuan muffins or a bagel with cream cheese. The flatbread breakfast sandwiches are actually quite tasty. So are the oven-baked hashbrowns. The coffee is always hot and pretty fresh-tasting, and I like that the flavors are both free and not sweet. On the Baskin Robbins side, it's not quite as good as, say, Delia's or Culver's, but they have a decent variety. Had some refreshing and fruity mango sorbet last night, although I almost lost my scoop off the cone! Seems like the BR-side employees are a bit slower than their morning DD counterparts, but all in all I can't really complain. read more

All the 1-star reviews don't lie. This store is conveniently located, but thats about it. Every time I come here the drive thru is incredibly slow. Probably takes ~30 seconds (minimum) each time to even be acknowledged. I understand if it's a one person job and you're juggling the person at the window and the speaker box, but just a "Good morning I'll be with you in a moment" would make a huge difference. My most recent (and final) visit to the location it took much longer than 30 seconds. In fact I have no idea how long it took to be acknowledged, because I finally gave up and left. I have to estimate we were sitting there for about 6ish minutes before we gave up (we heard almost 2 full songs play that are each 4+ minutes long, so 6 minutes is a conservative guess). There was zero acknowledgement of us. There had been a car in front of us who moved forward and was waiting for their order when we drove away so I know someone at some point was working the drive thru window. To add insult to the situation, someone was inside mopping the (empty) store. She kept looking up at us so she was clearly well aware that we had been there for several minutes. If the store is empty and you've seen someone sitting at the drive thru line that long, I'm pretty sure the mopping can wait and even if you aren't trained for drive thru you should be able to get someone to take care of the situation. Instead she just kept staring at us. We finally gave up and left. As I mentioned, this constantly happens but never to this extreme. The employees are never friendly here and act like you're inconveniencing them by being there. This location is clearly mismanaged, and to top it off, clearly corporate/whoever owns this location doesn't care since these 1 star reviews have been going on for years and they aren't improving.
