Great place to poop. Sturdy toilet, ample amount of TP, and clean facility. They also serve coffee!!!

The first time I was here, the baristas were so friendly and helpful that I went out of my way to come back here this morning for some green tea (I guess it's that time of year when people start getting sick). Again, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt valued, which is important as a Starbucks customer. This location also has some comfortable, simple seating and large windows for the sunlight to stream through. I'm glad this wonderful location is here! (On a side note, I tried the oatmeal for the first time today. It's kind of bland and tasteless. Don't bother getting Starbucks oatmeal. Blah.)

Really friendly, helpful staff, comfy leather chairs and very clean. Enjoyed one of best cacao protein blend cold brews I've had yet at a Starbucks. Lots of convenient electrical outlets including plenty of wireless charging spots. Enjoyed a well-made chicken wrap protein box for lunch. Working online here for the day while my car is at the shop.

Venti pink drink "light ice". Ha

There was one time I was in the drive thru and maybe waited only 2 minutes for my drink and the barista apologized up and down for it.

I met a friend here a few months ago for the first time and have already been back several times…read morebecause I genuinely love the food and coffee. This cafe does so many things right, starting with the spacious parking lot located in a large strip mall, which makes stopping by very convenient. Inside, the dining room is bright, elegant, and welcoming, and the staff has been consistently friendly and kind. During my first visit, my friend and I ordered for dine-in, and I immediately appreciated the thoughtful details. The ordering counter displays a variety of freshly made pastries and bakery items that are very tempting. My drink was served in a real glass, and my food came out hot on an actual plate with a fork. I love places that make dining in feel intentional and special rather than treating it like takeout. I ordered the spinach Turkish bread ($8.75), and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was generously filled with spinach, cheese, and garlic, and the flavor was outstanding. You could tell it was freshly made and homemade. Just writing this review is making me crave it again. I also ordered an iced caramel macchiato ($6.25), which had a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness and paired really well with my food. One downside is that the dining room is not very large, so tables are close together. As it got busier during our visit, I became a bit uncomfortable because I could clearly hear the conversation at the table next to us, which meant they could hear ours, as well. It is something to keep in mind if you plan to stay. Because of this, I now usually order my drink to go. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this cafe. It has quickly become one of my favorite spots for both food and coffee, and I will absolutely continue coming back.

Service was very friendly, & coffee prepared quickly. Dining area was small (max of about 30 people) but very clean. Ambiance is "coffee chic" and pristine. I stopped by when passing through the area for a coffee and to check out dt Bloomingdales new addition. I loved that this was located in an older house and had seating both inside and on the front patio. The gentleman working was filling a sub order before helping me. There was minimal signage posted so I got to ask about what they had to offer. I decided on an iced lavender latte and two donuts to go (biscoff & cannoli). Everything was ready in minutes which was great! My coffee was strong but had minimal lavender flavoring. The donuts were the real win! $2 for each, great flavor filling, and super soft! While the coffee wasn't my favorite in the area, I'd definitely come back to try other baked goods and the sub sandwiches!

The building itself appears to be a house and it gave me the sense of 'Welcome home, kick your feet up and relax.' There is an outdoor front patio and 2 small tables inside but it seems that for the most part people grab and go or sit at the patio. I was so happy to see that this place was crowded at 8:30am. This is a family owned business and it was great to see them doing well. Service was on the slower side, but again, it was busy and this spot is fairly new. I tried a cappuccino and a pistachio brioche donut. The cappuccino was the perfect temperate of hot but not overly hot. Quality wise I also enjoyed the flavors and texture of this cappuccino. That pistachio brioche donut?!?! The 1 I had must have been freshly baked bc goodness it was delicious and warm. HEAVEN IN MY MOUTH, full of flavor, light/delicate and just oh so goooood. I will say that I wish the filling was more generous but overall this was a very good donut.

This particular location has nailed it for attracting customers because it's placed right near the store entrance/exit and in the produce section. Oh, I wish I lived in a life where I can eat this every day without any health consequences. They rotate their flavors frequently, but I'm sad to learn that the Ferrero Rocher and chocolate hazelnut flavors are no longer available. The Mariano's West Loop location has the most selections, but this location has a decent variety. I love the little things added to enhance the appearance of the gelatos, such as half a real coconut placed on the coconut gelato and a couple of Andes mint chocolate bars sprinkled on the mint chocolate gelato. The size of the scoops are decent. However, I noticed that the gelato here is softer than the West Loop one. My favorite Vero location is still the West Loop one, but this is my second favorite. ***NOTE: When you purchase 10 gelatos with your Mariano's card, you get one free (including the large size)!***

The mini cups are only $1, and it's a whole scoop of gelato! Can't beat that. I'm sure I'll try many others as time goes on, but so far I've tried the Disaronno Amaretto, Opera Italiana, and Chocolate ones. All are quite good. They also make shakes with their gelato, which I'm sure are awesome. What I really want to try is the spaghetti and meatballs, which is of course gelato put through an extruder to resemble spaghetti and meatballs. :9 I'm sure it visually beats a boring old sundae any day! Coffee drinks are decent; organic hot cocoa is nice. Prices are reasonable. Oh, and the breakfast panini are only $3 and are served all day. I tried the arugula one (sorry, can't remember what they call it on the menu) that also had tomato and fresh mozzarella on toasted ciabatta. It was nice. You can see my photo of it attached to the entry for this place on Yelp. Not the best I've ever had, but definitely decent, and good value for money.

This time, I tried the spinach and feta pie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when we asked questions about the different pastries. Since we had just visited the LaGrange location and I absolutely loved the Habibti frap, I ordered it again, along with a strawberry lemonade refresher. We decided to get everything to go, it had been a long day, and we were ready to head home. When our order was ready, the staff member asked if everything looked okay, and it did, so I thanked him and we headed to the car. Unfortunately, once I took my first sip, I was disappointed. The frap wasn't cold at all and it tasted more like warm chocolate milk and was nothing like the icy cold, refreshing drink I had the day before. The pastry was also underwhelming, instead of being nicely toasted, it was just barely warm, almost as if it had been quickly microwaved, and it was a bit soggy. I'm happy to see them so busy upon walking in, that's something every business hopes for but this visit showed that the rush definitely affected the quality. I prefer a little less speed and more consistency in the products. While I really loved the atmosphere, the overall quality will probably keep me away.
