Went to a Volleyball Tournament at 7:15 AM and knew it would be a long day so needed a pick me upper. Quickly punched in the nearest Starbucks and it was 7 minutes away. The barista that took my order was really nice and after my coffee order, I changed my mind and wanted a hot coffee and he was cool with taking my new drink. I ordered a regular coffee, a Chocolate Pistachio Loaf, Strawberry Matcha Loaf. The coffee was good a normal. I liked the Chocolate Pistachio Loaf was well more balanced on the chocolate but had Pistachios on the top. It was good. I really loved the Strawberry Matcha Loaf, the strawberry icing was very tasty and the matcha was not a prominent. You just get a hint of the matcha. The barista made our day when he wrote "Ingat Po" my drink and "Salmat" on my wife's drink. The service and food was great. Next volleyball tournament, we will be sure to stop here for drinks. read more

Wish I could leave zero stars. I used to get Starbucks every morning. After this location denied me access to the restroom without paying for a ridiculously overpriced beverage, it will be an easy switch to ANY of the 100s of other coffee places and never set foot in a Starbucks again. WTF is going on with the long lines at this location?! Can we tell people who order complicated drinks (or too darn many) to move to the FRONT of the store and you can walk the drinks out? I waited 15 minutes for a simple cold brew, which is absolutely crazy when all Starbucks does is serve coffee. Can you imagine McDonald's taking 15 minutes for each order? I should shut off and say that I'm not a very big Starbucks fan. I find the coffee a little too deeply roasted for my taste. But I do find them convenient and that they have a wide variety of things on their menu so I do go there and get lattes and my favorite thing is they're very berry hibiscus cooler. But the last few times I've been to Starbucks not only this one but others None of them seem to have the ingredients to make the very berry hibiscus cooler. The staff is always friendly but if you can't get the ingredients for this drink I would say take it off the menu but they say they don't have it at this time but this has been happening over five months. read more

The first time I was here, the baristas were so friendly and helpful that I went out of my way to come back here this morning for some green tea (I guess it's that time of year when people start getting sick). Again, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt valued, which is important as a Starbucks customer. This location also has some comfortable, simple seating and large windows for the sunlight to stream through. I'm glad this wonderful location is here! (On a side note, I tried the oatmeal for the first time today. It's kind of bland and tasteless. Don't bother getting Starbucks oatmeal. Blah.) read more

Although I got my drink and it was made well (it was in the wrong size cup though) when I asked for a straw I was told no. WHAT? If customers are paying $4-5 for one drink, shouldn't that include the cost of a straw?? Maybe this Starbucks needs to lower their prices slightly to accommodate the lack of straws. Terrible! Staff is rude. I've been there three times and not once did they not neglect to give me the sweetener I specifically asked for. Last time I even stayed there knocking at the window for a solid five minutes to see if someone could get it to me. No one came. I had to get off the car and go inside the store to get it, even though it was raining heavily. What's the point of having a drive through if you'll have to park and go inside the store regardless? Even worse, when I went inside both employees just looked at me without acknowledging me and kept gossiping. So basically, they get paid to be rude and gossip. Nice! read more

I do not approve this location. Every time I use a $20 bill my change is off by at least $5. At first I thought it was an accident, now it seems to be some scam they are doing at this location. Beware, they are not trustworthy. Then when I call them out, they act all confused and say oh my bad. Then they try to laugh it off. This is so weird, they have my change already in their other hand. This has to be by far the worst service I have ever had from Starbucks. A couple things worth mentioning I am a customer so if I have to say thank you and not get a you're welcome back that's already bad. My order is never correct, they are never stocked with ingredients they need to make certain drinks or they lie because they do t want to make them. The young short light skinned guy always has a look on his face like you owe him something or he just smelled something funky. Overall just always a bad experience. I've given this place three tries and they stuck out. Offer a cup holder once in awhile and smile at your customers you are sometime the first people they see in the morning. When I review chains, I try to focus on what is difference about this branch than it's other franchise branches. At this branch I found the staff are extremely friendly and thoughtful. I've been to other Starbucks that never offered to toast my bagel, never offered to ask regular or non-fat cream cheese, or even provided with a plastic knife to spread my cream cheese! Every time I visited them for 10 weeks every Wednesday morning for my community pharmacy rotations at the CVS next door, this staff always had my caramel creme brulee latte and my bagel with cream cheese with everything I needed. I really appreciated that. I also appreciated them saying "Hope you have a great day" each time. read more

I am actually shocked at the other reviews given on here for this location. I thought for sure this location would have all 5 star reviews. This is by far the FASTEST Starbucks I have ever been to. They always get my order correct, always ask if I want a stopper for my drink at the window, and always make sure I have napkins and a fork for my food before I pull away. Every time I order at the drive through in the morning, I am out of the drive through within three minutes (I can time it every single time). They are absolutely amazing at what they do! Drive through is just as bad as my local McDs drive through. The big difference Starbucks has workers that don't have an accent. Orders are done poorly. This last time my order was screwed up big time. The supervisor made the excuse that the girl was new. First off I hate supervisors who make excuses for their incompetent workers. Second the person who instructed this "new employee" didn't do a very good job of instructing. Also DON't buy their pumpkin scone. It's dry and the frosting is hard. Not tasty at all. read more

Meh. I've experience better at other locations. If you have the time don't use the drive-thru before 12p. In a week, my order was incorrect 3 times including the frozen cream cheese and the choice of the person taking my order choosing if I should have sweetener or not even after I've asked for it. Seeing that this is a regular practice for that shift I just chalk it up. Not much of a difference for the items that I order. Additionally, I've experienced going inside and the Baristas don't give off that welcoming vibe I get at other locations. I have to say - I've never gone into a Starbucks early for morning rush hour but I thought I'd stop in for a sandwich on a Friday when the drive thru was too long. Holy rude customers! I held the door going in for a girl who only responded with a look up & down (no acknowledgement) and walked into a couple scolding an employee (while rushing to make their coffee I must add) for asking them how they were doing (as he recognized them as regulars). I was then cut in front of by two women, who very clearly saw me standing there, and they BOTH stepped on my feet backing into to me to move me without an apology. Ok so I am normally satisfied with all Starbucks I visit. However this establishment is always either getting my order incorrect or serving less than warm coffee. This morning sadly is no exception. I ordered a simple decaf with steamed soy and raw sugar. I receive a luke warm coffee. When I told them this they said, ok it will be a few min since we are brewing a new pot. Which means I got the bottom of the barrel. I wait. And I wait. No one caring that there are numerous people behind me. Get the new coffee and guess what, no sugar. Good grief. Love this Starbucks- super friendly, fast service and they always get my drink right! (The previous Starbucks I went to NEVER got it right, so this is a huge bonus for me!) They make you feel welcomed when walking in or ordering through the drive thru. There was one time I was in the drive thru and maybe waited only 2 minutes for my drink and the barista apologized up and down for it. To me, 2 minutes is fast for most Starbucks locations during the morning rush. Props to having a great crew and great customer service at this location! Me and my 5 year old son walked to this Starbucks's because we live up the road. I had just bought my son who's in special education a hyper allergenic 2 month old golden doodle to train him to be a therapeutic dog. I had put my mobile order in about 10-15 minutes prior to walking in. Me and my son get there and I didn't expect the weather to be that cold because the day prior was 50. I pick the dog up and walk in with my son planning on just grabbing my order and going. My order wasn't ready so we're waiting for it(15-20 minutes after I put it in on my phone)the place was NOT busy . I was approached by the manager Tiffany Allen who told me we weren't able to have the dog in the building. I'm not writing the review because I mad about her telling me dogs weren't allowed .. I'm perfectly fine with that . I'm annoyed about her attitude about it. She walked up told me dogs weren't allowed and then when I told her sorry I put my order in 15 minutes ago and it's not ready she didn't even apologize she just walked away with a crappy attitude. I then had to have my 5 year old hold the dog on the leash right by the door outside so I could wait for his food before his bus came. I am a business owner and if my manager treated the situation how she did they would not be working for me anymore . Very disappointed because I come here everyday to get my coffee. I miss coming to this location since I moved but on occasion I still swing by and this is still one of my favorite Starbucks. Though the staff has changed I've interacted with the old manager and the new one and both are very easy to work with. They are very supportive of their community. I never have any problems with my drinks it's always made right! It's located in a very convenient area. The shop is clean and I miss my days as a student studying here until they close! This is quite possibly the best Starbuck's in the area. They really want to sell their product! They have offered alternate drinks, and often a sample to see if we like it. My wife and I recently moved into the area and have been to this SBUX a few times, and each time the staff has been friendly, attentive, and accommodating. One time, a caramel macchiatto(sp)? was on the watery side, but other than that, drinks have been consistently well-prepared and delicious. We usually order a blonde roast and frappé and always good. We will give them another chance with an espresso drink like a macchiatto again soon. Hope we're not disappointed! :-) read more
