we moved to the area 5 years ago. Tried this location multiple times at first and gave up after numerous attempts to have them just get our orders right and started going to the one on Market. mind you we live 2 minutes from this location and we order standard items on the menu, small coffee with cream and sugar, small sweet ice tea, maybe a donut or a wake up wrap sausage egg and cheese. Cream would be missing or sausage, the donut, or ice coffee instead of hot. Made the mistake again today in a hurry to get to our grandson's game we stopped here. Sweet Tea not sweet only knew this after having to stop at another store to get a straw because they forgot the straw, and one of our two wraps was missing the sausage. Well, I went to redeem my birthday coffee. I ordered ahead on the app and went to the drive-thru to get it. I ordered a large iced caramel swirl latte. The sad part, a good amount of my coffee is just straight coffee grounds, or I hope espresso grounds, but my big mouthful didn't taste like espresso. I am really sad about this. I used my free coffee on this on my birthday. There was no customers inside and I was one out of the two cars in the drive thru and I ordered ahead, so i don't know why there was any stress or rush on my order. read more

I don't know what happened to the original staff back in the day, but I am glad they got rid of them. You can tell they did an employee purge because some people are still getting the hang of it, but normally pretty fast. The guy that greets the drive thru is absolutely awesome and friendly! If you just say good morning to him in a pleasant voice instead of barking demands, he will put a smile to your face! I will go here every week or so and they are great? I've never gone at 6am when it was open on time. I don't write reviews, so certainly wouldn't rate anyone this bad if it wasn't over a long period of time (about 3 years) and on such s as consistent basis. I've driven by even 10-15 minutes after 6 and no one was there. I would love to get coffee before work, but can't take 10-15 minutes out of my commute to stop at the Dunkin right next to my house. They're expensive. They're slow here. More than half the time the breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and roll ups are not heated all the way through. I think they expect heat trapped in a paper bag to be what actually melts the cheese or makes the eggs warm enough not to seem like they just came out of the fridge. It hasn't seemed to be managed well at all, and there seems to be lot of young people employed but not enough of them actually moving behind the counter. read more

I have never had a consistently bad experience the same way I have at this Dunkin. I have been there about 5 times in the last 2 years after going to the pediatrician around the corner and it has been something different every time. I hadn't been here in about a year and decided to give them another shot only to decide I will never go back. In all my visits I have had a burnt muffin, grounds in my iced coffee, and been given the wrong donuts. Today I went in and the donut selection was minimal and when I handed them my cup for coffee they said they couldn't do it because of Covid but they could pour it from the paper cup into my cup which completely defeats the purpose of bringing my cup in the first place. Over the past year I have taken my own cup to countless coffee places including multiple other Dunkin locations and never had a problem. This place is ridiculous and by far the worst Dunkin. I'll just drive the couple extra minutes to get to one of the good ones close by. read more

So this is my first ever food or restaurant review ive ever made in my life. I went to this locations drive through today and waited 45 minutes to get a coffee and a donut. I was not frustrated, as I used to work in the food industry and understand how busy things can get sometimes. But, after realizing there were only three cars in line, and after pulling up to the window seeing only one of the three On shift actually working, while the other two were cussing about customers in complaining about how busy it was in front of my face, I decided I will no longer be returning to this location. read more

My boyfriend was at the drive thru last Saturday morning.. he said it took forever to get his order, because half of their staff(maybe more) were outside in the parking lot legitimately beating the crap out of each other. One of the girls who was involved ran inside, and came out holding a massive bread knife. All of them were in uniform. The poor girl who was trying to take care of customers kept apologizing, and seemed terrified(I don't really blame her.) He called the police, and they said they had already been called and were on their way. Not exactly professional. Let me start off by saying I am a Dunkin Junkie. I grew up close to a 5 Star Dunkin. I know what good food and drink is. Overall, this Dunkin is not a 5, but I am giving it that to balance out all the hate this location gets. I've eaten here three times in all. The first two times were probably about a 3/5. This time however, it is a 5/5. The first two times was in the morning hours. The staff wasn't very friendly, and the coffee wasn't mixed and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich was a little under cooked. That being said, they were quick, got my orders completely right, and the food was still pretty good, despite all that. This last time though, wow. They really stepped up their game. I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an onion bagel and a sausage egg and cheese on an onion bagel (I like onion bagels), and a medium sweetened ice coffee, just cream. They got the order completely right once again. The food was cooked perfectly and was even nice and hot when I ate it. The coffee was also mixed perfectly. The staff was incredibly nice too and the dude who packed my sandwiches even told me that my bacon sandwich was on top. Wow, that's thoughtful! So, in conclusion, no this isn't the best Dunkin in the world. However, it is a lot better than the previous review writers are making it out to be. I feel bad that they had poor experiences, but my experiences have been okay, and they've gotten even better the more I go! read more

My friend and I went through the drive thru this morning and asked if we could place two orders. The attendant hesitated and said "no". We sat in silence for a few seconds and then the attendant said "we're busy, actually you can, go." After placing our order and pulling up to the window, the girl said "hi" and immediately stuck her hand out for payment without telling us the total. When giving us our food, she was extremely rude. She didn't say anything but rather aggressively handed/threw the bags into my friend's hand. While waiting for the remaining items in our order, the attendant was on her phone not paying attention to potential customer needs. After checking our food, the hash browns ordered were burnt and hard enough to break a tooth. Both bagels, plain and cinnamon raisin, were also burnt. The mocha latte was also incorrect. read more

Started going to this dunkin' this summer because it is closer to my work. Service was awesome, the people working there during the summer were very kind and efficient. Fast forward to now, I guess all the staff from the summer had gone back to school because now the staff is different and a mess. It is so disorganized and so slow now that I have been late to work twice and have had to leave before even having a chance to order after waiting 8+ minutes. Used to be a convenient stop, but now they are always dealing with an issue that holds up their customers. Today I go, first they don't sell some of the sandwiches that are on the board anymore wth. So I end up ordering a turkey sausage egg and cheese, hash Browns and an iced coffee. First he forgot the hash browns so I had to ask for them, nbd, then I get home and my sandwich has no sausage. Wtf I end up eating an egg and cheese sandwich. They were trending positively getting better. Hopefully this is just one dude who messed up (twice) but it's still annoying given that they were finally getting better. I gave them another chance after they were so bad and now I'm eating an egg and cheese sandwich. Ugh. They don't mix up the iced coffees so you always get a separated coffee that you then have to try to mix up in the car without spilling it everywhere. I ordered the curb side service since we are being very cautious during the pandemic. I am pregnant, hungry and rarely get to indulge due to covid. The instructions on the app clearly say to go to designated parking spots for curbside and if there is no designated parking spots, pull out front with hazards on. I circle the place, see there are no spots and go out front with my hazards on. I am waiting and waiting and waiting. At first it's a bit crowded but then it becomes completely empty. After a while I look up the phone number and I give them a call. Nobody answers and I tried calling maybe five or six times. I am out front where they can see me clearly through the glass door with my hazards on, calling, the place is empty, and nothing is happening. I finally go up to the drive-through and inquire nicely about my order. I am told that they don't do curbside, but my order is there and ready. The woman does not apologize, but just blames that it's a problem with the app. Even though it clearly lists curbside in the app. When I get the bag, I see that it says curbside on the receipt which means they knew I was sitting there and they could see me through the glass and literally just let me sit there for 35 minutes even when the place was empty. I am sure this has happened before and they could at least put a sign out front or do something crazy and abide by what was promised. Ridiculous. read more
