Almost flavorless iced coffee, dry bagel that tasted like it was stale. There was a guy behind the corner with bad teeth looking angrily at me with a woman who had racoon circles around her eyes. The little guy, who I think was the manager, had a gap between his teeth and kept looking at me smiling. Fix that gap first buddy. In addition, some of the other customers look at you like they have an issue with you. The place has the feel of a hostile environment and the subpar food can't save it. read more

Tried the $5 meal deal. What a disappointment. Two microwaved taco looking things, supposedly with bacon, which I couldn't find. Also got a coffee, which was ok and ten glazed munchkins. The guy behind the counter put a glove on his hand and proceeded to take my money, but with the same gloved hand, he picked out the munchkins...Not cool at all...:( read more

I go out of my way only to go to this Dunkin location because of Ezra in drive through shes literally the best and makes me day to see her!!! Always knows my order and is always so kind and sweet even early in the morning. Genuinely makes this Dunkin amazing. read more

They gave me extra hashbrowns for no reason. This location was super quick, the workers were kind, and food was great. Thankfully they have a drive-thru, the drive-thru menu could use some love but other than that great location read more

we moved to the area 5 years ago. Tried this location multiple times at first and gave up after numerous attempts to have them just get our orders right and started going to the one on Market. mind you we live 2 minutes from this location and we order standard items on the menu, small coffee with cream and sugar, small sweet ice tea, maybe a donut or a wake up wrap sausage egg and cheese. Cream would be missing or sausage, the donut, or ice coffee instead of hot. Made the mistake again today in a hurry to get to our grandson's game we stopped here. Sweet Tea not sweet only knew this after having to stop at another store to get a straw because they forgot the straw, and one of our two wraps was missing the sausage. I've gone here multiple times on my way to work and every time I've had a good experience with the staff and my food and coffee is always spot on! I think the curb appeal could use some work, there's large potholes in the drive thru, but other than that I don't understand why this store has been rated so low. read more

Well, I went to redeem my birthday coffee. I ordered ahead on the app and went to the drive-thru to get it. I ordered a large iced caramel swirl latte. The sad part, a good amount of my coffee is just straight coffee grounds, or I hope espresso grounds, but my big mouthful didn't taste like espresso. I am really sad about this. I used my free coffee on this on my birthday. There was no customers inside and I was one out of the two cars in the drive thru and I ordered ahead, so i don't know why there was any stress or rush on my order. read more

I NEVER write reviews... like EVER but this place is the absolute worst. I come here very often as it's on my way to work. There is never NOT something wrong with my order. If you ask for extra, they give you less than normal. If you ask for sweet cold foam, they give you whipped cream (i know it's practically the same thing, but i didn't ask for just whipped cream). place is a joke tbh. read more

I don't know what happened to the original staff back in the day, but I am glad they got rid of them. You can tell they did an employee purge because some people are still getting the hang of it, but normally pretty fast. The guy that greets the drive thru is absolutely awesome and friendly! If you just say good morning to him in a pleasant voice instead of barking demands, he will put a smile to your face! I will go here every week or so and they are great? Seriously for the reviews that gave one star come back and try it. read more

Long lines, locked doors, out of things a lot. Really not a great location. Sometimes after placing an online order, the doors are locked when I go to pick it up, forcing me into the long drive through line, which defeats the purpose of ordering through the app in the first place. read more

Went over there this morning a lady 2 cars in front of me was sitting there for 10 minutes. Until she finally got tired of no one answering and left. The lady in front of me orders next and they finally decide to answer?? and i don't know how that went. It was finally my turn and I kept have to repeat every single thing a million times till they finally got the order.... When I pulled up to the window they didn't get the full order and at that point I was about to blow. Very bad service and I don't recommend..... read more

What is up with the employees at this Dunkin?! they ignore you to curse to each other and joke around, then when you finally get your order it's wrong. read more

I've never gone at 6am when it was open on time. I don't write reviews, so certainly wouldn't rate anyone this bad if it wasn't over a long period of time (about 3 years) and on such s as consistent basis. I've driven by even 10-15 minutes after 6 and no one was there. I would love to get coffee before work, but can't take 10-15 minutes out of my commute to stop at the Dunkin right next to my house. They're expensive. They're slow here. More than half the time the breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and roll ups are not heated all the way through. I think they expect heat trapped in a paper bag to be what actually melts the cheese or makes the eggs warm enough not to seem like they just came out of the fridge. It hasn't seemed to be managed well at all, and there seems to be lot of young people employed but not enough of them actually moving behind the counter. read more

Place sucks!!! Awful service I go drive 3x as far to avoid this Dunkin to go to another.. Corporate would be disappointed if they audited this location read more

I have never had a consistently bad experience the same way I have at this Dunkin. I have been there about 5 times in the last 2 years after going to the pediatrician around the corner and it has been something different every time. I hadn't been here in about a year and decided to give them another shot only to decide I will never go back. In all my visits I have had a burnt muffin, grounds in my iced coffee, and been given the wrong donuts. Today I went in and the donut selection was minimal and when I handed them my cup for coffee they said they couldn't do it because of Covid but they could pour it from the paper cup into my cup which completely defeats the purpose of bringing my cup in the first place. Over the past year I have taken my own cup to countless coffee places including multiple other Dunkin locations and never had a problem. This place is ridiculous and by far the worst Dunkin. I'll just drive the couple extra minutes to get to one of the good ones close by. read more

So this is my first ever food or restaurant review ive ever made in my life. I went to this locations drive through today and waited 45 minutes to get a coffee and a donut. I was not frustrated, as I used to work in the food industry and understand how busy things can get sometimes. But, after realizing there were only three cars in line, and after pulling up to the window seeing only one of the three On shift actually working, while the other two were cussing about customers in complaining about how busy it was in front of my face, I decided I will no longer be returning to this location. read more

My boyfriend was at the drive thru last Saturday morning.. he said it took forever to get his order, because half of their staff(maybe more) were outside in the parking lot legitimately beating the crap out of each other. One of the girls who was involved ran inside, and came out holding a massive bread knife. All of them were in uniform. The poor girl who was trying to take care of customers kept apologizing, and seemed terrified(I don't really blame her.) He called the police, and they said they had already been called and were on their way. Not exactly professional. If the knife wielding, fight club isn't enough to steer you elsewhere, I had a strawberry banana smoothie that really sucked. read more

Let me start off by saying I am a Dunkin Junkie. I grew up close to a 5 Star Dunkin. I know what good food and drink is. Overall, this Dunkin is not a 5, but I am giving it that to balance out all the hate this location gets. I've eaten here three times in all. The first two times were probably about a 3/5. This time however, it is a 5/5. The first two times was in the morning hours. The staff wasn't very friendly, and the coffee wasn't mixed and the bacon egg and cheese sandwich was a little under cooked. That being said, they were quick, got my orders completely right, and the food was still pretty good, despite all that. This last time though, wow. They really stepped up their game. I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an onion bagel and a sausage egg and cheese on an onion bagel (I like onion bagels), and a medium sweetened ice coffee, just cream. They got the order completely right once again. The food was cooked perfectly and was even nice and hot when I ate it. The coffee was also mixed perfectly. The staff was incredibly nice too and the dude who packed my sandwiches even told me that my bacon sandwich was on top. Wow, that's thoughtful! So, in conclusion, no this isn't the best Dunkin in the world. However, it is a lot better than the previous review writers are making it out to be. I feel bad that they had poor experiences, but my experiences have been okay, and they've gotten even better the more I go! read more

My friend and I went through the drive thru this morning and asked if we could place two orders. The attendant hesitated and said "no". We sat in silence for a few seconds and then the attendant said "we're busy, actually you can, go." After placing our order and pulling up to the window, the girl said "hi" and immediately stuck her hand out for payment without telling us the total. When giving us our food, she was extremely rude. She didn't say anything but rather aggressively handed/threw the bags into my friend's hand. While waiting for the remaining items in our order, the attendant was on her phone not paying attention to potential customer needs. After checking our food, the hash browns ordered were burnt and hard enough to break a tooth. Both bagels, plain and cinnamon raisin, were also burnt. The mocha latte was also incorrect. read more

Lizzy is such a great person. Every time I come in she is so friendly and always make sure I leave with a smile.

Started going to this dunkin' this summer because it is closer to my work. Service was awesome, the people working there during the summer were very kind and efficient. Fast forward to now, I guess all the staff from the summer had gone back to school because now the staff is different and a mess. It is so disorganized and so slow now that I have been late to work twice and have had to leave before even having a chance to order after waiting 8+ minutes. Used to be a convenient stop, but now they are always dealing with an issue that holds up their customers. I saw the owner there plenty over the summer working the drive thru; where is he now that they need him? read more

Worst cold brew ever. Looks like milkshake. Send it back and they gave it back to me like a milkshake. Worst experience ever in a coffee store. Never go. Save your money. Horrible service. read more

This Dunkin' is the worst. The drinks taste like straight up sugar and the food is stale and is either overcooked or undercooked. I had to throw my drink out last week because it was horrible. I've never been to a worse Dunkin. Everyone is also unprofessional and just stand there starring at each other. Don't go here and waste your money. read more

I hate to be negative but stopping at this Dunkin is consistency a bad experience. Doughnuts are stale, service is super-slow and the operation seems poorly managed compared to other Dunkins. Workers (college students) are friendly but they are more consumed with talking with each other than with doing a job! read more

The thinner manager was extremely rude this morning. I asked for a vanilla iced coffee, her mic cut out and all I heard was french vanilla sweet, I said yes please. To which she responds "FRENCH VAH-NELL-A..SUGAR or SWEE-TEN-ER!?" I said sugar to which her reply was "great some sugar, just pull around." Pull around, pay and her workers are dead silent. I smile anyways, because some people have off days. You know? Manager shoves the iced coffee into my hand, and I ask if that was necessary. "Yes it is now get going on with your day." When I am in town I am definitely going to the one on Market Street leaving town. read more

Wow I wish I could rate 0 stars. In my life I have never had service like this Dunkin. The made me feel like the worst person in the world there and all I wanted was some munchkins for my kiddies. I went through the drive thru at 6am. They r suppose to be open, the were not. I pulled up to the window, the thin black woman inside was literally screaming at the young girl , stating she wasn't opening and not to look at us, to ignore us, she didn't give a F$&K ! I was shocked ! The owner is never present as far as I can tell. I go across town now to the Dunkin, just to avoid dealing with the employees here. read more

Ugh I think I changed this review too soon. Now I'm switching to two stars as an average or so of the reviews. Today I go, first they don't sell some of the sandwiches that are on the board anymore wth. So I end up ordering a turkey sausage egg and cheese, hash Browns and an iced coffee. First he forgot the hash browns so I had to ask for them, nbd, then I get home and my sandwich has no sausage. Wtf I end up eating an egg and cheese sandwich. They were trending positively getting better. Hopefully this is just one dude who messed up (twice) but it's still annoying given that they were finally getting better. I gave them another chance after they were so bad and now I'm eating an egg and cheese sandwich. Ugh. Previous three star review edit: This place has gotten better so I'm bumping my review from one to three stars. Seems like they blew away the whole staff and rehired and the service is much better now. Waited a while before going back but now I've had better service a few times in a row. Original one star review: Every review so far has been a one star and I'm here to follow suit. Horrible service, I usually go in, they have a handful of people standing around in plain sight but it takes forever for them to come over to the counter to take your order without calling for them. They are constantly out of the better donuts and bagels so I can never get what I actually want. They don't mix up the iced coffees so you always get a separated coffee that you then have to try to mix up in the car without spilling it everywhere. If you can, go somewhere else this place is pretty bad. read more

The food is what you would expect for a DD but the service is HORRIBLE. They treat customers with such disrespect and don't care what they give you. I had several of the employees snarl at me thru the drive thru because I wanted to use the coupon on my DD app and their scanner wouldn't accept it, you would have thought I committed a crime! They finally just handed me an order and I was so anxious to escape I didn't check. I don't know who's order I received by not what I paid for and when I called they were just as rude! Stay away unless you enjoy abuse! read more

I ordered the curb side service since we are being very cautious during the pandemic. I am pregnant, hungry and rarely get to indulge due to covid. The instructions on the app clearly say to go to designated parking spots for curbside and if there is no designated parking spots, pull out front with hazards on. I circle the place, see there are no spots and go out front with my hazards on. I am waiting and waiting and waiting. At first it's a bit crowded but then it becomes completely empty. After a while I look up the phone number and I give them a call. Nobody answers and I tried calling maybe five or six times. I am out front where they can see me clearly through the glass door with my hazards on, calling, the place is empty, and nothing is happening. I finally go up to the drive-through and inquire nicely about my order. I am told that they don't do curbside, but my order is there and ready. The woman does not apologize, but just blames that it's a problem with the app. Even though it clearly lists curbside in the app. When I get the bag, I see that it says curbside on the receipt which means they knew I was sitting there and they could see me through the glass and literally just let me sit there for 35 minutes even when the place was empty. I am sure this has happened before and they could at least put a sign out front or do something crazy and abide by what was promised. Ridiculous. read more

This is the worst dunkin I've ever been to. 10/10 times your order is messed up or tastes plain disgusting. Don't waste your money here. read more

I ordered an egg flat wrap--it was horrible--bread burning hot, cheese ice cold, literally just thrown together. I drive back around to tell them the cheese is cold and all the employees standing around are saying doesn't she know we don't melt cheese?the manager confronts me about either getting my money back or taking the reheated sandwich back. Unreal-this place should shut down. The rude manager seems to be the on thread on here. The owner called to follow up after I filled out a customer review complaint online, very accommodating and is maiming coupons. read more

ON THE GO ORDERING!!!!!! HAHA SHOULD BE ON THE SLOW FOR THIS LOCATION. As with every other review, terrible service, attitude, and basically everything else. I literally drive 6 miles out of my way to avoid this Dunkin. For a while my family and I would go through each morning and inevitably the order was wrong. This is literally the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to! They ALL have major attitude (god forbid you ask for anything else at the window) and they're completely unprofessional. If you order their iced coffee, prepare for it to just be cream with like 3 pieces of ice and a splash of coffee. The owner of this DD should be ashamed.
