Bad service, immature manager, mediocre coffee, stale bagels. This is one of those places that only stays in business due to its location. If it were near other Dunkin locations they would make next to nothing. They sit around mean mugging paying customers from behind the counter. I walked in the DD on Market Street in West Chester at 8:06. My kiosk order was completed by 8:10; just one breakfast sandwich. I waited. I waited. I waited. There was about 3 ppl waiting ahead of me and the mobile orders pickup tray was filled with completed orders. I waited. I waited. I waited. Then the woman that walk on before me asked an employee about her mobile order. The lady couldn't understand English bery well and asked her to repeat the order twice. She then showed her the order on her cellphone and the lady needed to read it a few times. The employee along with another employee sifted through mobile order receipts and couldnt find it. So they had to make her order. But she clearly made it and paid for it. I then asked about my kiosk order and they looked through mobile receipts. I emphasized...." No I made my order in the store on this kiosk and I paid $5.29 for a sausage, egg and cheese croissant." They didn't eveb receive the order or ignored it...spoke amongst each other in their language (french) and then proceeded to make the order. The manager came in and he could tell there were dissatisfied customers. He asked the employees what was going on and they mumbled something. (I couldn't hear what was said. ) She then slowly made my sandwich and wrapped in a glacial pace walking in over as slowly as she possibly could. I can't believe I waited 20 minutes for one breakfast sandwich that only gets microwaved. I have been a customer at this particular DD since I moved to this area 15 years ago. I will never return. Since the management and employee team has changed, its gone to the bottom of the barrel in food and the customer service is deplorable. No one bothered to apologize for the long wait or anything. I've been coming to this location for 6 years, and have probably spent close to $6,000 in that time. Service is horrible now. The app doesn't function correctly and the staff gets orders wrong 90% of the time now. coffee is too expensive lately to not get what I want or pay for. read more

Typical Dunkin Donuts. They have all the usual DD food and coffee. Parking was easy but we didn't go at a busy time. Workers were very friendly! I ordered the turkey, cheddar, bacon sandwich, one of my favorites from there. It was delicious as per usual. Store was clean. No complaints from me. read more

I've been going back and fourth about if i wanted to write this review but i knew i needed to. I come to this dunkin often but mostly in the AM. Recently since i started working later shifts at work i come at night. The same girl works most of them time. She is always alone and get absolutely bombarded with orders. On Friday march 24th i ordered a larger order for my coworkers and i. I had walked in and my order wasn't done but that was fine. She asked me my name and i told her and she nicely told me she had just got crazy amount of orders and would make mine now i had not issues waiting. This poor girl was running around that place like a chicken with her head cut off. After she finished my order she saw i needed help to my cat and walked me out! Never had any employee offered to help me to my car there before. This girl is a hard worker and very kind. My question to the owner/manager is why do you think it's okay to leave this poor girl ALONE every single night to be taking orders making orders when you have mobile and DoorDash. The manager at this place better start appreciating this hard worker and scheduling another person to help her. Absolutely huge failure on the managements part. Get it together before you not only start loosing hard working loyal employee but also customers. read more

Ok, I'm a really DD junkie! Because I'm On the road a lot, I visit lots of DD locations. This shop is clean! John is a tremendous asset, greeting customers, stocking, cleaning - great guy! They have consistent team, that know the menu items and produce a consistently great cup of coffee! Sounds simple - it's not! My order is always the same - what's handed to me in the cup is always right, exactly how I ordered it from this store! Kudos for good training and good product and good service! read more

Went to get a couple dozen donuts there yesterday after first trying the DD shop closer to my home. This location has maybe two donuts left at 2:15 pm in the afternoon. No munchkins either. Nada. None. Zilch. And from what the staff said - this is a regular occurrence at this location too! Seriously, you're a donut shop, with some add-on items - but your business name has the word donuts in it. But don't worry about us or the people we were planning to treat to donuts - we managed - we found another Dunkin Donuts that manages their inventory better. Guess what - you might be the second closest DD shop to my home, but you're not going to be my go-to location. Neither is the closest one, because they don't know how to have donuts in their donut shop either. read more

Don't expect to be treated like a valued customer at this place. The clerk was quite rude to my husband when my husband didn't want $19 change in one-dollar bills. (He did get the man to relent and give him a $10 and $5, but only after insisting that the man was lying by saying he didn't have any!) I went in about a month ago and brought a flyer asking for donations for an event my sorority is having to raise awareness for autism speaks. The manager told us that they would donate no problem and made it sound so easy. He told us to come the day before our event and pick up leftover donuts and then we could come again the day of and get some more. We went the night before 30 minutes before closing and the worker had already thrown out all of the donuts and then we called the next day and the same worker was extremely rude and didn't believe that we had talked to a manager about the donations. They told us to call back in an hour to talk to a manager and when we got on the phone with the manager he told us there was nothing he could do for us. If they did not want to donate to our autism speaks event that is fine but do not tell someone you will do something when you have no intentions of doing it. Horrible customer service, horrible location, horrible people. Do not recommend this location. read more
