The only thing I would mention is that the parking is a bit tricky. It's all street parking and the recent pile ups of snow doesn't make it any easier to access a parking spot.

And then explain to her that it was unprofessional to let me stand there for 5 minutes well none of them made eye contact with me or acknowledged my existence and let me stand there under the mobile pick up order sign and none of them bothered to tell me mobile pickups were on the other side . As a retail manager myself who runs an operation much larger than this I can honestly say that that type of customer service was severely lacking . These kids really need to be trained better . This place truly does have the customer in mind. If you don't see a flavor you expected, don't hesitate to ask the staff. They will either help you find the flavor, or if it is gone, they will check to see if they have it somewhere in the store or even in the back. Finally, the pricing is better than buying K-Cups in regular retail stores and on par with buying online (but without having to wait).

My favorite indulgence there is the chocolate hazelnut rugelach, a melt-in-your-mouth taste experience. I usually buy a bunch, then take them home, slice them in half (to pace myself!) and freeze them. They freeze beautifully. Honestly, I have not had something there I didn't like, including the coffees. It's a great place to hang, and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Due to my passion for her rugelach, the owner recognizes me now, and whenever I see her, I tell her--every single time--that she is my hero.
