This place truly does have the customer in mind. If you don't see a flavor you expected, don't hesitate to ask the staff. They will either help you find the flavor, or if it is gone, they will check to see if they have it somewhere in the store or even in the back. Finally, the pricing is better than buying K-Cups in regular retail stores and on par with buying online (but without having to wait).

I love the whimsical decor and the fact that that they have a full bookshelf for kiddos to enjoy. I also appreciate that they support other small local businesses. They always have a table with locally made cards, jewelry and soaps, and dog treats from Mookie's. Sometimes they will have someone with a booth set up selling their crafts.
