I had an incredible spinach and cheese croissant with feta cheese, but I forgot to take a picture. I ate it so fast but it was delicious. It was fresh peanut butter jelly cookie, which is in the picture. We're just sitting here waiting for my car out the garage across the street within walking distance like a block so it worked out really perfect. the service has always exceptional. They have like eight people behind the counter between making sandwiches and making pick up orders and foam orders and drive-through and customer services the front register so no one ever has to wait more than the time it takes you to put in your order and walk to the next window and pick it up everybody's fast the fisher right on top of things everything is freshly made every day. They have more than one location. I believe it's made in the house. It's quiet as this one is the only ones in the restaurant, but there's a lot of traffic and drive to traffic coming in and out, but still move very efficient. It's clean. It looks like it has just been taken care of. They're using a couch. Everything is perfect this morning. I always like coming here because everyone is friendly. Also, they carry the company kneed donuts out of Providence. It's an all organic gluten-free donut shop. Plus, they opened up super early at 6 AM. read more

ordered a ice vanilla latte with oat milk. Had to ask for it to be remade because it tasted like burnt coffee beans. After it was remade it tasted nearly the same so I was trying to ask for more vanilla syrup to mask the burnt flavor and the lady at the women was trying to go back and forward with me asking if I just wanted someone else to make it because she was following the recipe. Asking if I wanted a new shot or a new person to make it. She wouldn't stop talking to hear me asking for more syrup so I could be on my way as I was in the drive through. She came off as annoyed and frustrated. I should be the one annoyed and frustrated seeing as I just paid $7 for a coffee from this chain the same way I've ordered it for 4 years and never had this issue. Lacking customer service skills, this location has gone down hill in the past 2 years and I'd rather go to the prov location. This place is becoming just like Dunkin lacking customer service and a roll of the dice of whether your coffee is gonna be the best you've ever had or taste like mud water. The coffee is good and they have pretty cool smoothies and protein drinks, but the service is poor. The last two times I have been, there are at least 3 teens working, but they are all talking across the tall counter with their friends who are in the shop after school. Today, one kid who works there but was not working today, went behind the counter to "fix" his friend's drink that she had already sipped from. (kind of unsanitary...) Each time I have come here, my order (just 1 drink) takes forever, and today they skipped me and served the people who ordered after I did (one cashier kid taking the orders). I put in an online order for three sandwiches. One of them was chicken salad and it was pretty tasty, but I was surprised to see that the pickles in the sandwich were shaped more like spears and were abundant which for some reason I did not like. I got a wrap and it was rolled so that the ingredients were unevenly distributed in the wrap so it low-key bugged me. Oh and the tomato was not delicious at all. Basically it was OK but nothing to write home about. The chicken salad tasted good. It's willow tree brand. The reason I'm writing this review is to warn you about the donuts. I paid almost $10 for two donuts and my donut tasted like it was from yesterday. If I'm paying five dollars for a doughnut it better be fresh. I didn't finish it and just threw it out. I didn't try any of the coffee, but I might come back and try the coffee sometime if they have non-dairy options. But I will be hard pressed to come back for lunch. Also, the website says Attleboro as a headline, and then I had to search through the listing on the website to find North Attleboro, not realizing that it's listed under Attleboro and then shows the North Attleboro address in smaller print. So it was a small hindrance to trying to place an online order. The staff was friendly, and the food was made promptly. Again, it wasn't necessarily that it was bad and I could see how somebody might really love it, but it wasn't really my cup of coffee. read more

They are the house of my favorite iced chai - no spice - just the way I like it! Lots of yummy looking pastries on display. Fast & efficient service. FYI Hours say they are open until 6 pm however the staff is unable to provide any food or drink after 5:30. I was there with 4 women prior to heading to a concert at Gillette, due some gluten allergies we had suggested the spot for sandwiches and knew that hot sandwiches may not be available due to the time of our 5:40 arrival. Chairs were stacked rugs rolled and the counter help said that they would not prepare anything for us. I asked maybe, even begged, even offering a big tip to be able to have our sandwiches made up. We were just looking to pick something up! They refused, 6-8 staff working and I guess they all wanted to leave at 6. UPDATE Management contacted and made things right. It could have been a touch more flavorful and was served lukewarm. The egg and cheese bagel was good and hearty. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Service is professional; the food is good but I'm confused as to the prices.... They are a mystery. There are no prices on the boards where you choose your order. I asked a young man for a price sheet and he said " we have them but, they are probably wrong". I asked why the prices aren't available and he said "they change every day because the prices of food go up". I'm sorry but that is weird. They are not working off the stock market, it is a Greek salad or a frozen drink. You have to ask the price of every item you are interested in. This is one of my top choices. Coffee connection in itself has never disappointed me, but the service at this one especially was unlike anything I've experienced. The ambience and the way I was greeted by the young workers immediately boosted my mood. They were accommodating and assisted me with all of my questions, even when I may have been repetitive, lol! On Saturday 1/11, my husband was treated rudely because we placed a to go order through Door Dash, which is advertised on Coffee Connection's website. When we went to pick up the order, the manager curtly said he had told someone to turn off Door Dash. After reviewing the receipt and confirming that the address matched,he told my husband that he would not honor the paid for order. We would have been fine with this and placed the order in the store had the manager not been so unwilling to help and dismissive of my husband, as if we were at fault because we ordered with Door Dash. This was our first interaction at this location, so I have no idea whether the coffee is great or terrible. I reached out via email with a copy of the receipt and an explanation of the encounter to both Coffee Connection and Door Dash to find out how to get a refund, as we've never had an issue like this before. I got no response from Coffee Connection regarding either the service we received or the order status and Door Dash is still advertised on their website, so clearly there is a disconnect somewhere. I am a huge fan of coffee connection. I was so excited when I saw there opening sign go up over mikes coffee because it's so convenient to stop there on the way to work. This is by far the best location for best tasting iced coffee. Personally, I think it varies by location. I used to go to the Cumberland one all the time but I haven't had the time to recently but with this one being so accessible I will for sure be stopping in more often!
