The iced coffee was essentially a giant cup full of ice and we got the wrong flavor. We also got a muffin that seemed loaded with oils (definitely not butter) yet was super dry and crumbly. Ended up getting heartburn, yuck. On top of it, the 2 staff running things that day were somehow distracted and our order sat before us in the drive up window for a few minutes until someone finally came over and let us pay and go. All that, for two undrinkable drinks and a heartburn muffin. Totally underwhelming experience.
