This is my absolute favorite Dunkin Donuts. And it is because of the people. They are awesome. My food is always the way I ask for it to be, and if not, they MAKE IT RIGHT!! My coffee is CONSISTENTLY perfect, as they make it exactly how I request (number of creams, sweetner, etc) I pass probably 20 Dunkin's on my commute to work (about 40 miles worth of commute one way, so lots of Dunkins along the way), and will skip every single one of them to go to this one because they actually care about the quality and service, and provide consistency in both. I will say the parking lot is super sketchy and hard to get in and out of on the corner lot, so I just park at the far side of the Kroger parking lot and walk up the stairs, by the DD, and have no problems with parking since. read more

I'm going to offer another star after receiving the type of above and beyond service you rarely see anymore from a young man working here. I have only been in this location a few times, and every single one was a loathesome experience like my previous review, but we're stuck in traffic on the corner and kiddo is begging for a donut, so in we go.. A sincere greeting from everyone up front. The young man offered my son a handful of free munchkin donuts. When my drink was ready he brought it to me instead of calling my name, as well as a few napkins for my son. Those few small things leave such a great impression and I will now consider visiting this location more often. read more

Pulled into their parking lot craving a simple cup of coffee to go with my thumbprint, strawberry filled cookies but alas as I was backing up and debating whether to do a mobile order or go inside and order they promptly closed shop. So at about 1pm on a Saturday I stopped into Dunkin' Donuts and noticed there were two students and two employees here. I walked up and said just give me the most caffeine you got. She laughed and hit me with....well...I don't know what this is. It's just coffee. But she did ask if I wanted a double shot. Sure, why not, for just a buck. Cream and sugar added to my medium cup o' joe had me at about $3 and change. IT's strong, but that's what I needed! Bottom line, very cool staff, very chill environment, though I can't tell you how it is when the place picks up. Oh yea free wifi too! Call me a fan! read more

This location was recently remodeled. The stuff is usually friendly and they try to move everyone through the line quickly. They have a really nice outdoor patio area. Since they remodeled the place, it seems like there is a more efficient use of space for the patio area. They also have upgraded their patio furniture and it's a lot nicer! A downside to this location sometimes is the parking and leaving the parking lot. We come to this location somewhat often. read more

I'm not being racist but seriously the lady she might be Chinese or Japanese... so when I go in and see if they could accept the old Dunkin' donut punch card since they change everything to online. When I asked she abruptly cut me off and said " no no! We don't accept those card!" I tried to explained that it's DD Point punch card and ... again she interrupted and kept saying no no we don't take it. RUDE! can't respond in a nice way. So left without buying anything. There's usually a drink special going on so just look around the store for signage are asked the cashier. Be sure to sign up for the Dunkin' Donuts per card it's free. Okay, well it is obviously a Dunkin' Donuts, so I won't waste your time telling you about the food, etc. Here is why this particular location rocks: the regulars and the awesome staff. The place has a very friendly, multi-cultural staff that remembers not only your face, but your order. The regulars that come there (same time, same day) nod at each other in a friendly manner, and will occasionally strike up conversations about whatever news item is being displayed on the large-screen, flat-panel TV (usually tuned to CNN, with subtitles). Oh, did I mention the free wi-fi? Yeah, donuts, coffee, CNN, and wi-fi -- why go to the office? I highly recommend this location if you work anywhere near the Northlake Mall area. Make this part of your morning commute and you won't be disappointed. read more

Just received very poor customer service. Had a drink made incorrectly 20 minutes prior at a different Dunkin, and stopped at this one to see if they could re-make it. I was heading in the opposite direction for work as the original Dunkin that messed up my drink. When I asked the woman at the register when it was my turn of my request to have my drink re-made, I was told she couldn't because the Dunkin's are owned by different people. Not only that, but I was greeted with a pouty overwhelmed face and no smile or sense that my business would be welcomed. I'll never come back. I could have ordered a new drink at this one, but didn't feel I should. Starbucks would have definitely remade a drink even if a different store made it incorrectly. Regardless of Dunkin being franchised with different owners, they all represent the same company and brand. Very disappointed with their service here. read more

I work in the Northlake area, and there's not much in this submarket for a foodie. That being said, this Dunkin Donuts is a cut above the typical DD due to the staff. Everyone working here is super friendly, and they know their regulars well. The lines can get long in the am, but I would say they know half of the customers orders before they reach the cash register. The only downside to this location is no drive-thru. read more

Bought a $25 gift card here for my Dad and when he went to use it there was no value on it. Went back to the store to remedy the situation and was told "there is nothing they can do without the receipt." Spoke to the owner and just ended up very frustrated (not to mention insulted) that he chose not to make good on my purchase. Needless to say, I will never dunk at that location again. Yells what she is putting on the counter and you can't understand her at all cause of her English language deficiency. When you ask her what she said, she doesn't seem to like it.
