The location is well lit with friendly staff -- all young college students. I got two scoops of black cherry ice cream. It was served nicely and quickly. The icecream itself was tasty with nice chunks of black cherry. The only complain I have was the fact that there were small icicles in the ice cream. Not sure if this was because what was sent to the store from the factory or if it was due to improper storage at the store. The location has places to sit but they are all exposed to the elements. It was just above freezing when I went to this store so sitting there and consuming the ice cream was out of question! read more

The online ordering process was a breeze. I ordered a 1/2 gallon of Jamaican Me Crazy ice cream. My order was ready for pickup when I arrived as requested. Michael was very polite, he provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. The aroma coming from inside is absolutely mouthwatering. If you have sweet tooth, I would definitely recommend this location in Stone Mountain, GA. It was the delicious sweet smelling aromas for me. Enjoy!!! read more

Arrived at 9:20 and two employees inside with the lights low refusing to acknowledge us knocking at the window. They finally looked up at us and shook their heads. Didn't even open the window to say they were closed. Maybe they should update their hours to 9 instead of 10 pm. Such rude customer service. I will not return. read more

It was so disgusting, I got birthday cake ice cream and it was just blue icing in chunks. I hate icing that's overly sweet! I also got a small vanilla cone and that was just as bad. I always go to cold stone creamery but I didn't because I didn't want to drive that far. If you are craving ice cream cold stone would be your best bet. If you like frosting or strong flavors you should go but if not I do not advise you to go here. read more

I've been going here for years. I LOVE this place. The owner, and the workers are wonderful! They make you feel so welcomed. I use to come here with my mom. She loved the Oreo cookie ice cream sandwiches. They'd even let her buy only the Oreo discs! The scoops are of great proportion, they have more fixings inside of the ice cream and than others, and it's clean. There is a Nathan's here. This location is both a Nathan's Hot Dog & Brusters Real Ice Cream. Although it's no longer the closest location to me anymore, I still visit when coming from this side of town. Location: it's right next to the Dollar General and has a very annoying entrance and exit system if you're not used to it. Parking: If it's packed, people will park alongside the curb which is adjacent to the parking slots making it a pain to reverse out until the cars move! The pricing is the same as all Brusters. I bought two kids sundaes and two adult sundaes and paid slightly above $18. The main reason I wanted to write this review was to shout out my server Kareena (spelling?) She was super efficient and attentive and I'd intentionally drive to this location just for her! read more

Bruster's has great ice cream and you usually can't go wrong, no matter the location. This particular spot, nestled off a busy thoroughfare, is rarely crazy busy. The access is kind of tricky but the tasty ice cream flavors, especially the seasonal choice, are great. I'm excited about trying the Nathan's hot dogs and fast food on another visit. read more

This store needs to be shut down!! It is disgusting!! Three young people working with bad attitudes. One girl with her mask on her chin ,not mouth and nose. I told her about it and she rolled her eyes. But she put it on. The other girl took hers off!! Hot fudge and hot caramel containers cold. Not even plugged in. Just sitting there with no tops on them. If I could give them no stars I would have. Always poor service in the black neighborhood. And they wonder why you don't want to support!! read more

I have been to this Brusters once a month. I went there yesterday around 6:30 pm and it was a ghost town. The service windows appeared open but there were no employees, no trash cans out and no lights on. There were no signs saying why they were not open. I went to the Lilburn location after this and enjoyed it more than this location. read more
