I know old cream when it doesn't stir down into the coffee but still sits on the surface after you've stirred And for a bagel with plain cream cheese in just a container , and a plain hot coffee, this was over $9 !!! I was greeted warmly by the barista at 7am right when they opened. I had a hot vanilla latte with oatmilk, which was rich and creamy. The coffee beans were perfectly roasted with a nutty profile.
