The cake was moist and flavorful with strawberry and the frosting was delicious! Decorated beautifully! Service was friendly at pick up and the store clean. The staff was super friendly and really knowledgeable about all the different kupcakes. They helped me pick out the Purple Rain and gave great descriptions of the flavors without making it feel overwhelming. I ended up getting some work done while I was there, and the window seat became my favorite part of the visit. Plenty of natural light, a calm atmosphere, and perfect for a little people-watching while you type away.

I thought I'd try a couple of cupcakes to see flavors I might like. He rudely informed me that they're only sold by the dozen. What he doesn't realize, & probably wouldn't care b/c he's just an employee, not the owner, is I will NOT return for larger cakes 5-6 times a year. I told him he could have said it in a kind way,, "I'M SORRY, these are only sold by the dozen." Instead of a snotty, pale, pimply, snickery response. Management: Customer Service is important.
