We needed a bakery that we could trust to create a cake that would be the hit of the day. We found it. My sister checked around and learned that Debbi was the spot with the best quality and service. A few days before the party, when I was finally in town from San Diego, we stopped in to make the final payment for the cake. When you step into the playful storefront you mouth begins to water from the scent of buttercream and other treats from behind the counter. We only stopped in to pay for the cake, but we walked out with a box full of treats for later in the day. My sister's husband ate the lemon bar she bought for herself, so later I went back to pick one up for her, and came home with another box full of goodies including the best Mexican Wedding Cookies I've ever had.
