My husband's favorite cake is German Chocolate, though it's not mine. I was asking them to fudge it up a bit around the edges, so I could enjoy it. I have to tell you that my husband said it was one of the best German Chocolate cakes he had ever had, if not the BEST! We all LOVED it, which made it go very quickly. Don't know what they used in the middle, but it was like a rich dark chocolate pudding & it was the most delicious touch. We were all very pleased, so I highly recommend this bakery!

Service is always friendly and helpful, and efficient too, even with a store full of folks they keep things moving. I have placed orders for pick up, but normally swing by to grab a few bundlets. Even when the case is empty, they usually have what you are after in the back. In those cases, there may be a little wait while they finish preparing/frosting the cakes, but it is never too long. The cakes themselves are always on point. My absolute favorite is the lemon, with the Oreo being a close second! The store is small, but always well laid out and clean. Overall, we love NBC and this location is solid!

This is the first time I had used this company and wasn't sure what to expect, but based upon the reviews, it felt promising. We were able to pick up our cupcakes from the farmers market in Senoia, which is not that far for me. They were beautifully packed in a box well decorated in the colors that I had envisioned. I showcase these cupcakes for my daughter's 3rd birthday party she said , "Wowwww" when she saw them. I wasn't sure what to expect with a dairy free gluten-free cupcake, but let me tell you. It was so delicious. The frosting was incredible and the cake part itself was a delicious kind of different. I heard people in the party saying, "Dang these are good", and got it on video haha. I will definitely be using this company again and will be referring them to people. I am very grateful I used them. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday party perfect !

Let me just list a few things for…read moreyou: First off, Tanae who works there is a HORRIBLE human being and should be fired immediately. Clearly an unhappy person in life that takes it out on everyone else, including children! - RUDEST and most immature employees in existence - Would not allow me to try more than one flavor before I chose what I wanted. - Spoke meanly to a little boy in front of us about his order. - Stopped serving milkshakes at 7 pm. - Didn't change spades between ice cream flavors so they were all getting mixed together (cotton candy, mint, pink lemonade sorbet, etc. all getting mixed together). - Made a mistake in my order (put Reeses cups when I had asked for peanut butter) and angrily flicked them off the top of my ice cream. - Talked crap about me right in front of my face to the employee next to her the entire time she mixed my ice cream. - Gave me half a scoop of ice cream for a medium sized order. - Lied about adding more ice cream after I told her my mix ins. - My order barely filled the cup it was in. - Touched the register with gloves on that she used to grab my food items. Touched food items without gloves on as well. - Left a mess all over my cup. - Threw away receipt so that I could not have it and would not reprint another one or grab the other for me (probably scared of the bad review). - Slammed register shut angrily after checking my order out. - Did not clean off counter after last order so it was mixed into mine as well. - Did not tap water off of spades so dirty ice cream water was mixed into mine which made it soup practically. - The person in front of me ordered a smaller size than me and she gave them double the ice cream than what she gave me. Literally insane that this place is running this way. And she even claimed to be a shift lead!!! DO NOT GO HERE
