Brown sugar shakin espresso and a shakin'espresso are two very different drinks. One comes with brown sugar and OAT milk, the other is plain with whole milk. I always order a plain shakin' espresso and there's almost always a mix up. Doesn't matter if I order in person or on the app. The drink is delicious when made correctly but I'm not going to keep wasting my time and money. The taller, lighter skinned Indian guy is the only one who consistently makes it correctly. read more

I've gone to this Dunkin'several times already and have not experienced any real issues yet. The service is consistently good and food is always fresh when I go. This Dunkin'and the one on Chamblee-Tucker by Northcrest both were out of French Cruller donuts when I went recently, so I'm guessing that's a popular one. I finally tried it when they had it and enjoyed it. It reminded me of a glazed, twisted version of a cream puff (minus the cream) - just the dough was reminiscent of a cream puff. Conveniently located off of Lawrenceville Highway in the heart of Tucker, it's a good quick stop for an afternoon or morning pick me up. read more

I've been to this location a few times(early mornings between 5:30am-6am) for their drive thru in the past and I have mixed feelings about this review. I dislike when I'm placing my order in the drive thru, have it repeated back to me correctly and then given the incorrect items and not noticing until I'm already down the street. My usual go to order is a French vanilla ice coffee (cream and liquid cane sugar), turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich, with an order of hash browns. Pretty simple order My first visit the drink was incorrect (they used granulated sugar) no biggie I can tolerate it, however, meal was hot and perfect. My second visit entire order was amazing no mistakes at all made you consider going back later that afternoon. Now this morning for my third visit, let's just say I was better off not coming at all. I was given an ice coffee with Hazelnut flavoring no sugar at all(imagine a Lukewarm/cold coffee) with ice and no flavor/sweetness. The sandwich and hash browns were warm but taste like it's been sitting because someone didn't want it as well as some hash-browns were smashed.. If you are pregnant, you would be upset because the cravings are already all over the place and your expectations of a specific meal isn't correct. Already don't have the patience for them to fix it when it should've been correct in the first place.. I rather the staff take the time to give the correct items than someone getting out of there car to come inside to get it fix or going back into the drive thru. I can tell you this location re uses washed cups that people have drank from. Uses single use towels for months, has roaches, uses parchment paper over and over until it turns black, employees don't wash their hands regularly, they mix old product (like flavor syrups) with new and a lot more. I advise to never come to this location. They even wash out cups if they've made a mistake for ex:// Accidentally puts almond milk instead of regular. They wash out the almond and puts the regular milk in the same cup. What if the customer has a nut allergy??? Careless and disgusting read more

I previously wrote one of these reviews about them and it was not a good one, so they started doing better. Well I thought that, yesterday my boss told me to get her a Dunkin' we ordered on the app thinking it was going to be ready prior to us getting there, I was sadly mistaken I got there 15 minutes later just to realize my food was not ready. I told them and they started making it, It took over 10 minutes for them for my food to be ready and even with that my order was not right or cooked right. I had uncooked bacon , the cheese melt that was ordered was not done right the cheese melt did not include bacon but the worker put bacon on melt. read more

Ive always had issues with this location on order accuracy and customer service (Morning only) but kept quiet bc I love my dd coffee. Today I swung by to get my two coworkers a Valentine donut and got a donut that literally looked like someone sat on it and wiped half the sprinkles and glaze off. I threw it away bc it would have been embarrasing to give to them. It just makes me mad that I know they saw it when they picked it up. They were also circular and not the pictured heart shape. If you want good service and a variety of products, do NOT come to this location. From the young lady at the register to the manager; poor attitudes are common practice here. Upon entering the location the person in front of me was having a negative interaction with the young lady at the register. She left sighing and shaking her head. I approached the counter and was not acknowledged by the young lady standing directly on the other side for about a full 2 minutes. She was engaged in a discussion/disagreement about who dropped something witb someone in the back. She stood there rolling her eyes and neck and looking at and talking to that person while I waited on her to actually do her job. When she finally acknowledged me I asked her for a gift card and she said yes we have them. I asked to see them and she brought back one stating that was all they had and no they don't have envelopes for them either. I observed her interaction with the man behind me and it was worse. She sucked her teeth and rolled her neck at him too. I tried to talk to the manager about her behavior and she just blinked after I was done talking. This location will not get another dime from me. Worst DD experience in 55 years. No plain cinnamon donuts or donut holes. Given the wrong 2 donuts initially, went back to the drive through window, employee ARGUED with me that the contents were correct, they were not. The replacement 2 donuts were also incorrect. How difficult is it to get a bluberry glazed & a creme filled from full trays of each? In the 8 minutes it took me to discover the error, turn around & go back they could not have sold out. In fact both were available after a SECOND ARGUMENT concerning the replacement bag's contents. I didn't leave, checked contents immediately, they are wrong AGAIN. On their THIRD Attempt, I finally received the products I ordered. No apology, no regrets, no remorse, only lies & bluster. I am unaccustomed to contemptuous food service workers berating me, then telling me the wrong products were correct. I KNEW they weren't, & so did the sorry excuses for 'friendly helpful staff'. I was appalled. The situation was so ludicrous I couldn't even get angry. The pathetic performance at this DD location defies description. Since when is the customer always wrong? I'll drive further to go to a different location, I sincerely doubt I'll be spending any money withe store # 352613 in future, simply not worth the effort. tl/dr Miserable experience, rude staff, poor service, got order wrong twice, very unsatisfied. This location's staff is firstly very rude and hard of hearing. They need to seriously invest in a better speakerphone because they got my entire order wrong and almost served it to me without repeating my order. I had to ASK for them to read back what I ordered. Then when I corrected my order they gave me half of what I paid for and said good day.. they never finished cooking the rest of my order. I had to wait an extra 10 mins just waiting for them to make a FROZEN chocolate after they made a hot chocolate which I didn't order, then also wait for hash browns which they never started making in the first place.. that I also paid for. The only good thing that came out of this is they gave me the hot chocolate they accidentally made. They need to work on a lot of things.. -they need to invest in better equipment to hear people better. -start checking their order list before they hand the customers their bag. -start nicely talking to the customer when they get the order wrong. read more

First off, I like my franchises (Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Coffee Bean, etc). I like quick fixes but I most definitely prefer for them to be consistent. I've noticed that most of the time I'm surprised by how my drink turns out. I always order the iced caramel latte and this time it was no different. The times I've had the perfect order I could taste the slight bitterness of the coffee. This wasn't one of them. My order was very sweet with too much milk. The food is fine. I love the tuna/chicken salad croissants here. I don't care how many calories are in them. They are a very heavy meal but I never feel disappointed in the taste or quality. The croissants are freshly baked daily and the salad mix comes in pre-packaged pods. I've also had the breakfast wraps. They're lower in calories, price, and size. You get what you pay for. It's a quick breakfast with your choice of meat, egg, and cheese inside a small tortilla wrap. There are also varieties of donuts to choose from. They aren't my favorite as they can be cloyingly sweet. The service here has been alright. I've never had any issues with the employees. They come across as friendly during my visits. Then again, I've only dropped by during times they weren't too busy. This location is always kept clean and neat. Since it's summer they decorated the inside a bit to reflect the season. My 3 stars accounts for the need to be more consistent with the coffee. I've been here so many times and it's always different. read more

Now I've been a customer since the opening of this location a couple of years ago. So this morning, I come in to order. The staff working the register was courteous and polite. The problem I faced was the wait. I understand that there is a heavy morning Rush at this location but 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich? Not acceptable at all. Now the drive through was pushing orders out left and right. It took the cashier to actually step from his station and ask about my order. I don't want to make a scene, but have made my complaints known to the manager. She apologized for the wait. In my opinion, the foresight of knowing that you have a heavy crowd coming in at a certain time would make anyone in management think of scheduling staff to handle the rush. There was only 4 staff... including the manager. So one can assume that there was chaos behind the counter. And to schedule an inexperienced employee to prepare items only makes matters worse. read more

I really like Dunkin Donuts caramel latte however, this location has poor customer service. I didn't have time to drive to the one I prefer which is way out of the way so I went the one on Lawrenceville Hwy that is a block away from home. I will give a business 3 times before I decide not to return because of poor service. Well I was very disappointed again this morning. The cashier that is ALWAYS the one I get, needs to take customer service classes SHE IS HORRIBLE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKS BASIC PPL SKILLS. Very unprofessional, I was given some old munchkins that were hard and disgusting. I went back to the window and told them but the came up with lies. They also have roaches all over the place. I wouldn't even get Coffee from them. Never going back there again! If you go there you won't even see the health report up. Next time ask for the health report. I work really, really close to this location and I order the same thing every time I go. That would be nice if the same people were there and it didn't seem like the whole crew got replaced over night by trainees or whatnot. I really don't like having to specify that I don't want cream or sugar, but it always seems like I get one or the other put in my coffee. I don't see why there's not a "-sugar or -cream" on their POS. The reason I'm pointing that out is because it'll say add them, or whatever extra you want. Now if I take an order, but someone else makes the drink, will they know to not add sugar or cream automatically? I don't have anything against this location, but there are a handful of people that usually work together and get everything right, but once they leave, it's all downhill usually. read more
