Great place for the morning coffee and bagel, pick up a bagel box for the office. Stopped in for coffee and Bagel before heading to work. Well it was good coffee. It was fresh and good flavor, Real served hot. If you're looking for your favorite Caribou drinks or a bagel, Tucker finally has one. It's everything you would expect in a Caribou/Einstein Bro's Bagels, coffee and WiFi in a clean, modern building with a friendly staff. I love this place. Options for food and beverages are great here and are always delicious, fairly convenient. Nice and modern design interiors. Try it and you won't be disappointed. Food; My order was wrong twice. I waited for 30 minutes before someone got it right. Service; Atrocious. Worse anywhere. While I was there, a fight broke out between employees. All of the employees left the store to go outside and fight. I had to call the police. It was just crazy. The manager should be fired. He had no control over his store. The only employee there who seemed to have any sense at all was a young lady who wore a hijab. I felt sorry for her. I used to frequent this establishment on a regular basis. I left for a year because of the lack of decent service. I came back to try again. It is worse. I will not go back. read more

This is my second and last visit to a Caribou coffee. I wanted a Nova Lox combo, and was told it can't be served as a combo, even though the menu lists it under its "Signature Creations". Then, I ordered a Ho Ho Mint Mocha, pictured on the poster next to the Signature Creations poster. Was told they can't make it because they don't have the ingredients. I get my coffee (a vanilla latte) and it burns my tongue. I get my food and it's missing the side order of fruit. I gave this place 2 stars instead of one because the Green Chile club sandwich was delicious. read more

I would consider myself a regular here. I've had nothing but good, quick and accurate service here. There are peak times when things can be slow but hey that's to be expected. I enjoy their app which lets me build up points to use for free items. The food is always fresh and delicious, the coffee is always a good change up from the other coffee shop.... I really like the bakers dozen box when I want to treat my employees. read more

This is a combination that I have dreamed about.. awesome caribou coffee which has so much flavor and not bitter like Starbucks. Bagels are the best. Different flavors and styles. Caribou is far superior to Starbucks.bagels and coffee is always fresh and flavor full. Very good I learned something about Einstein / Cariboubagel & coffee. The coffee is far superior to Starbucks In the respect one can get free refills. The coffees are better tasting than Starbucks. The employees at Starbucks are very snooty. Both companies have one thing in common. Neigh one makes their bagels. The bagel come from a vendor already made and flavored. All the individual location does thaw them and bake them to make each location constantly the same. To compare Einstein's and Goldberg's, Goldberg's is a far superior bagel because Goldberg's know how to make, bake, & create different flavors thru and thru each bagel whereas Einstein's are flavored on top only. Another thing is that the employees at Einstein's aren't that intelligent in the knowhow to construct and bake a bagel. Goldberg's has Caribou / Einstein's beat hands down. Bathroom seems to never get cleaned. I was in here two days ago and had to clean it myself before I can use it. And today, I had to clean it again. To be such a nice and new location, there seems to be lack when it comes to sanitation and cleanliness. As a food safety instructor, I look at and consider these things before I order. If your restrooms are not clean, then your kitchen must be nasty as well. It's not that difficult to clean a restroom. As a restaurant management consultant, I lead by example and manage when it gets difficult. I clean toilets and scrub them and I do all the other necessary work required of me. If you can not clean your restrooms, then you should not be a manager. Practice what you preach and believe. If the company standards are high for cleanliness, then it is a managers responsibility to make sure that happens. Also, get some paper towels so people can open the door after they dry their hands and turn off faucets per handwashing regulations and to control spreading bacteria and viruses. read more

I stalked this location for weeks before it opened. I usually travel to the Duluth location for bagels. Finally an Einsteins Bagel within minutes of my house!! My ecstatic state was short lived. Note I've visited this location 9 times during the week and weekends, various times a day for a true picture of its operations. Location = Great Staff = They are all kind and courteous. Bathroom = Quite clean, single stall. Sauna level temperatures in the winter Interior = Nice decor, modern clean. Good place to hang out or work. The ordering area near the door is bizarre. Installing some stantions would help to clearly define the line especially for those who have already placed their order. Wi-Fi = The password isn't posted anywhere and rarely does the staff know it. Phone Number = The phone number is 678.722.3131. Call that toll free number and you'll find yourself with a deep understanding of Dante's Inferno. Selection = Well the menu lists the normal Einstein products. However for a place that remains open until 7pm you will find that apparently they only make 2 dozen bagels to last an entire 12 hour day. Unless you arrive by 8am they are sure to have smears only, no bagels to be found. It is simply appalling. If you are so lucky to snag a bagel, then forget about the most popular the Asiago or 6-cheese. They have yet to figure out that they should make triple batches. Speed of Service= Incomprehensible how slow they are here. I've called ahead twice for a single bagel sandwich order arrived 15 minutes after calling and still waited 15 minutes for a single bagel sandwich order. Since I've visited 9 times, I can accurately state if you have time to work and hang out this is a decent place. If you need to place an order, might I suggest beginning volume one of Jules Romains "Men of Goodwill". For me, I'm returning to the Duluth location. read more

Caribou beats out Starbucks hands down in my opinion. This is a new location. I love the comfy cabin decor. It's warm and friendly and cozy. The prices are cheaper than fancier coffee spots. I love that it's also with Einstein Bagels. There have been times when I've been working at a coffee shop and get hungry. Now I can grab a bagel sandwich or something and keep on working. It's my new favorite coffee shop! read more

Normal lattes are super sweet - too sweet! Got the lite version with sugar free syrup and it tasted weird. Hot sandwich came with cold cheese. Not going back anytime soon. read more

Bagels are small and mediocre. Coffee is overpriced, even by Starbucks standards and I just had a bad customer service by which they didn't toast my bagel as requested and the manager went on to argue with me after fixing it, that it had been toasted the first time. I spent almost $10 on a large coffee and two toasted bagels with cream cheese and the customer service sucked and I left angry. read more

I was sooo excited a Caribou was opening near me, I love their coffee over Starbucks any day. It's a new store with a Einstein bagel attached, the lady making the coffee was awesome and fast, BUT don't order any food! I waited over 20 min just for a bagel with cream cheese, it wasn't even a sandwich with egg or meat product that had to be cooked! After almost finishing my coffee drink, I decided I had to go and asked the manager, why it was taking so long to get a bagel?. He replied very nonchalantly..."We make them in order and we also have the drive thru".. Ok so if I would had gone through the drive thru I would have sat there over 20 min?? A lady at the bar with me also stated she had been waiting for her bagel w/ cream cheese for a while as well and she owned a restaurant for 30 years and said how ill-ran the back was. She even notices 2 ppl just standing in place for several minutes..doing nothing! Ive worked in food establishment before there is a process , even taking order as they come, if an order can be prepared quickly that requires no cooking, then why make other customers wait? Great coffee, but ppl's time is valuable. Ive Never waited in Starbucks for anything over 5 minutes, with lines out the door. Step it up Caribou/Einstein's in Tucker!! read more

I love Caribou Coffee. I was driving to the Peachtree location before they built one in Tucker. I'm so happy they did! I still have to drive there sometimes because this location doesn't have the full menu.I stopped drinking Starbucks because it was too bitter for me. My mom likes the strong coffee not me.
