Starbucks is an Seattle-based coffeehouse chain known for its signature roasts, light bites and WiFi availability. I was here to get my traditional Misto coffee. Usually you don't find it on the menu card, you need to ask at the counter, they know it and made the way I want. It's kind of a filter coffee. Very yummy and tasty. I also, had a Chicken Bacon Sandwich which is great in taste, but overall it's bit pricey. Ample free parking in and around the shop. The staff is always smiling and greet you as you come in. The inside sitting is great with individual chairs and table on one side and a long sofa with long table on the other side. You also have outside sitting with canopy tops. I would love it, if you guys put out a tip jar to help the staff. I would definitely recommend this place and should try it if you are in this area. read more

Thank you to Anna who was the first barista in many Starbucks visits (not this location) to greet me when I walked in and that she would be right with me. She also offered of her own accord to brew a fresh pot, which was completely unexpected. I appreciated her attention to the customer and quality. This was the original Sbux I know. Thank you, Anna! Starbucks has put drive-thru customers as their priority and has made walks-up customers almost invisible...which is why I largely stopped going. I've had to wait at many a counters without being recognized until they had the drive-thru sorted..taking up to what felt like several minutes. It's a bit of a joke in all honesty. I despise drove-thru culture and will always be a walk-in customer. I have only had good service both times I've come to this location. I've picked up a drink inside and have been through the drive thru also. Never had any issues. While waiting in the drive thru yesterday, I had a super friendly and attentive worker tending to my order. Even though I saw someone carrying out 15+ drinks (obviously adding to the already busy line up of orders), they still managed to put out other people's orders at a decent, steady pace. The only thing I see a slight inconvenience with is the way the parking lot and drive thru lane is set up. It got a bit congested yesterday, with cars having to carefully make their way around other cars that were sticking out from the drive thru lane. A few other drivers were coming from the opposite way also, so if they were speeding they could potentially go head on with someone trying to pass the drive thru. In any case, just take caution going around the drive thru lane and you should be okay. I continue to come back to this location as it is convenient for me. read more

This morning I went to Starbucks and I order an iced coffee, cheese danish, and a blonde vanilla latte (I order online so it can get a little confusing when you do sometimes) anywho as I was saying I asked for no dairy in my blonde latte. So once I got that I drank almost half of it then felt sick I went to school but once I got there I felt fine anywho after school my mom drank some and said "oh yea that definitely has lots of half and half in it." I'm very glad that this Starbucks has been added to a rather coffee-desolate area of Tucker/Lawrenceville Hwy - I've visited a handful to times since it's opened. In general the staff struck me as indifferent - it seems to stay very busy so locals may have a better experience. It has a drive-through but in general I tend to stay away from drive-throughs due to all the extra pollutants your (and my) vehicles spew into the air while idle. As with all Starbucks, you can expect and will receive a fairly knowledgeable and well-trained barista to make your drinks. No exceptions here, rest assured your skinny soy latte will be produced to your expectations. This location can be a bit hard to get into and out of, not sure who planned the traffic flow but they should get a D - also parking can be a bit scarce. Since there wasn't anything particularly exceptional about this location, I've given it 3 stars. I thought the register mavens could have been a bit more friendly, but I probably don't warrant more than a simple greeting since this isn't a location I frequent. Two of the five or so times I've visited I encountered something unusual - black-with-turtleneck skinny guys wearing berets - guess there's a local beatnik or wantabebeatnik colony nearby - might be worth the visit to see this rare breed (I thought they only hung out at the Plaza theater)... read more

I'm doing this review mainly for the new pink drink. But I'll get to that in a second. For starters, I always enjoy coming here. Yes, it's true that this place does get packed with people studying and hanging out but is that a bad thing? Free wifi plus the smell of coffee, who wouldn't mind chilling here for a bit. As for the service, I've never had a bad experience here. The baristas are pretty friendly and they make the drinks quickly, so you can't ask for too much more. The place is clean from what I can see and the drive-through is fast and efficient. As for the pink drink, I want to say that it exceeded my expectation. Basically, it's Starbucks' strawberry acai refresher with coconut milk. The drink was very refreshing (go figure) and not too sweet. This may differ at other locations but the one I ordered was made just right. I also got the trenta size (30 oz.) and it was only $5.72 and 270 calories. With the summer coming up in Georgia, I can definitely see this drink as a favorite with many people. Definitely try it out if you're at all curious. And I'm sure you can request a different milk if coconut is not your thing. I, however, couldn't really taste the coconut milk so it was no big deal. read more

I've been to plenty Starbucks before this is the first Starbucks that has charged me for sugar syrup after I made a purchase.. for the description :The guy that took my order was Caucasian and overweight.I asked him before I left if I could get some sugar in my tea because it is very sour even though I paid for four pumps of honey, which did not taste like anything! Why he pointed me to the fake sugar that causes health problems.. I asked him for sugar syrup and he said he would have to charge me 88 fing cent y'all.. he was charging me like he snack on it in the middle of his shift... mind you other Starbucks I've went to have had better hospitality. This Starbucks location is your average shop, plus a drive through. Parking is limited since its shared with so many other shops like Five Guys (the only one I can remember off the top of my head) but I have never had trouble finding a spot. The drive thru line can make parking difficult because of the traffic, but hey, I can't complain anymore about the drive thru because of its convenience, right? Wrong. A line at the drive thru also means longer wait for my drink. I don't mind waiting a couple minutes but when it comes down to it, I shouldn't be waiting more than five minutes for my drink, especially when there are only one or two people ahead of me in the store line. The cheerful baristas were the only people able to knock me out of my sleep deprived-caffeine deprived mood. I ordered a Chai Tea Latte for some warm and soothing notes to the afternoon. I settled into one of the couch seats before I was rudely interrupted by a text from my friend to meet up immediately. I was enjoying the white noise of Starbucks and the hot latte between my hands. The rainy weather deterred people from sitting in the outdoor seating area. It didn't look very comfy to me, so only some extremely beautiful climate changes could have lured me out there. My friend ended up taking a big sip of my Chai Tea Latte and thought it was Pumpkin Spice. Oops. I definitely could tell when she could make that mistake. Even so. I'm basic but not THAT basic. This Starbucks is conveniently located near my church so this is definitely my Sunday go-to after service. It's not the quietest spot for studying or working but if you're looking for a place to hang out, I'm sure this is the place for you. read more

I LOVE this Starbucks and the people that work in it, but ever since the store remodel, the temperature of the store has been so cold, it's unbearable! The area where the workers are is bearable, but once you get beyond the bar, it's ice cold (like gloves-and-hat cold) and certainly not conducive to dining or encouraging conversations with friends. My favorite Starbucks! I often use their drive-thru in the morning right when they open and am greeted so cheerfully by Crystal, who always recognizes my voice. Every single person here is so kind and professional. Though they are often super busy, they never rush you and are always pleasant. The coffee & food is fresh every single time & my order has never been wrong. Now, the parking lot can be a little tricky because they are in a very small and busy shopping plaza that they share with other food establishments. Just follow the signs and drive slow. If you don't want to wait in their drive thru line (which is usually pretty long), just order ahead. I've done so while waiting while parked and my order is usually ready in 3 minutes or so. read more

I guess you could say this is my Starbucks as it is less than a mile down the road. I have always had exceptionally friendly service both in dine-in and drive-thru. It is clean and has plenty of outdoor seating. Drinks are consistently good. I would say that this place is ALWAYS busy so if you are looking for a quiet spot to sit down with a good book or have a polite conversation - this isn't the location. My all-time Starbucks favorite are iced caramel macchiatos, iced Americanos with whole milk, black and white mochas, and pumpkin spice lattes. read more

This is my local location but I'm going to have to stop coming here. It's getting from bad to worse. The staff are so rude! I've had 3 different baristas be rude to me after they have made mistakes and I have had to ask for the drink to be remade. They give half cups of hot drinks and fill it with whipped cream......try saying anything about it and u get straight attitude.
