This Starbucks is just the absolute worst. The drive though today was ridiculous, so we went inside to get our drinks. Out of the five employees that were visible, only one was making drinks, while the rest were milling around. Then, after waiting for minutes to be acknowledged, they finally told me that they were out of the ingredients for my wife's drink. I used to love this location for it's fast service and friendliness, and I've given them more than a fair shot to redeem themselves from mistakes. Today was the last straw. After many mistakes (wrong meal, frozen meals) and over 20 minute wait times thru the drive thru, at least they have always apologized for the wait. Today was almost 30 minutes to get thru and most of my drink had spilled out by the time the obviously flustered worker handed it to me. Went here today and wow the prices are out the roof. Never ever spent $4.26 for a coffee before. My daughter wanted one so I bought it. I think the prices could be much better. I don't think I will be going back and I can't tell my friends to go here as well. read more

First let me say we've never really had a problem with this location before. My boyfriend and I go here pretty much every weekend and haven't had any complaints. Today my boyfriend ordered a cheese danish and a bagel for me. They forgot the bagel, and so he had to wait for them to make it. And of course they forgot the cream cheese to go with it, which he didn't notice until he got back home. So he had to go back up there and asked for them to make a new bagel, since the first one had gotten cold. They were trying their best to reuse the old bagel and just reheat it, after all his inconvenience. He refused to take the old bagel and they finally gave him a new one but he had to fight to get any compensation for our inconvenience. They eventually gave him a free drink coupon, for which I'm grateful, but I think the manager needs to give the employees a talk in better customer service. read more

This location is on my way to work so I stop by here often to get my daily dose of caffeine. The service is typically excellent though I will say that several times my friend through order has been wrong or burned and the redhead behind the counter talks too much. Several customers and I were waiting in line to order while she was chatting it up with another customer who had already paid and received their orders. read more

I used to come to this location and enjoyed it, but seems that recently some genius decided to rearrange the tables and armchairs so that now most of the tables are away from the walls where the outlets are. They moved all the armchairs against the walls that have outlets so now most of those outlets are going unused. Maybe management prefers it that way, idk, but now this location is unusable for me. If I'm going to sit at a table at a Starbucks, 9 times out of 10 it's because I brought my laptop and need an outlet, but maybe that's just me. read more

This is the worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks. They always get my order wrong or don't have the ingredients for drinks. The staff is rude and they take forever to make things. This has been my starbucks for about 2 years now, they are a training location so it's hit or miss on speed. They are however very friendly. The redhead on bar is very friendly and makes the drinks great! There is a new girl in dt, very friendly and a warm smile i think her name is Jennifer, also there is a guy there named aaron he's hilarious and very efficient. The dark roast coffee has an after taste that makes me think of metal. Need to pass on that but I would definitely buy the brownie.

It's a good location. Line move pretty fast most of the time. The only issue I encounter are the rotten grapes I'm the Thai Style Peanut Chicken wrap, but that is a larger issue with the product source for Starbucks. read more

I do not drink coffee but have been ordering Refreshers lately. I have been to this location a few times and they were out of Lemonade. This weekend the problem wasn't that they were out but that they were out right rude. Each employee was inattentive to customer's and lack customer service. A young boy, with a very nasty attitude, with a wool cap on as he worked, took my order. Before completing my order, he waited on an elderly gentleman who rudely jumped in front of me without saying a word. I looked at the man and said excuse me....he laughed but I wasn't laughing. The nasty attitude "boy" gave the man his order without saying "sir (lower case s) please let me finish with this customer first. He, the rude customer and the rest of the employee's acted as if I was invisible. I politely told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. One of the young ladies asked if she could still make my drinks. I informed her that I didn't need anything free and refused. I will not be back to this ghetto location. I will keep my change in my pocket and patronize another location. They need customer service training. read more

What horrible service and poor attitude. I walked in to have a mocha and after I waited, standing at the bar for fifteen minutes, Portia, the barista told me she could not give me any drink without a cover on it, as Starbucks policy. I explained to her that I ordered it "kids temperature." And a cover ruins the whipped cream and chocolate topping. So why would I want a drink that is supposed to have whipped cream and chocolate pieces on the top and have a cover ruin that? She didn't care. I asked for a refund. I will be going elsewhere for now on and I'll also be contacting a Starbucks corporate office about this to see if that really is their policy. I have to give huge props to this store and its team members. I visit the drive thru at least twice a week and go inside at least once a week. Yes, the drive thru line is sometimes long, and can get a little backed up if a customer orders multiple drinks (like 6 Frappuccinos), but I use that time to catch up on emails or schedule appointments. I wish customers with multiple (possibly complex) drink orders would go inside. The team members are always friendly, and Jeffrey is my absolute favorite! I love his sense of humor, and the fact that he always takes the time to make sure my drink is right. read more

I visit this location regularly and they are always out of bags. So today, I brought a Santa Fe chicken sandwich, Thai-style peanut chicken, nuts, chips, and a drink. When asked about putting everything in a bag, I was told that the shipment with bags did not arrive. And that they have no control over the shipments. Crazy, u have to ask for a bag every time. Maybe, the person responsible for the bags should request a bigger order since there's a possibility that shipment problems exist. It's a good thing that I had 4 hands today. Or I might have needed to make 2 trips to my car. Order the correct amount of supplies. read more

Yet another Bad experience here... I wish there was another store on my route. Several mistakes today, bad customer service is probably my biggest peeve. They are so unfriendly here, always have been, especially when you point out when they mess up. It's like they are too lazy to do their job. We wanted a decaf drink or coffee because my mom has a heart condition, but were told they didn't have decaf espresso and couldn't do any decaf coffee! I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant but received a sandwich with some egg on it too. Unfortunately I didn't notice till we arrived home. I ordered a triple mocha frap, and when she handed it to me said they didn't have the cold brew whip. If I had known, I would've ordered something else I said kindly. Barista just walked away. It's also a higher price by a few cents. I'm sure they didn't care. This happens a lot here, I guess they're too lazy to make the cold brew whip. My drink and my friend's drink were not made very well either. Maybe I'm being nit picky here, but I was by myself at the pick up, it would've been nice to have been offered a bag and drink carrier here instead of having to do it all myself with 2 food items and 3 drinks. Especially with 5 employees behind the counter. Like I said, another Bad experience here. read more

Sad to say, yet again disappointed by a Starbucks. If it's going to take 15 minutes to get an order, it would be nice if they could at least get it right. Sat through the drive through for 15 minutes to get two venti ice coffees with light cream and no sugar. Once we finally got them, we checked that they had the correct order ticket on each. We were sorely disappointed after we took our first sips. While the barista managed to be able to get one of the coffees right, the second was loaded with sugar. Yuck. Of course we were already down the road and had no interest in wasting any more time turning back to deal with the slow service again. This Starbucks is always busy. There isn't another one near by and it's on my way to work. I stop here often. However, I sometimes wait for over 15 minutes to get my coffee because there is no sense of urgency in the employees at all. They do not anticipate the busy hours and only run one register at a time. I have noticed all of the good employees I have seen there over the years have moved on and the group that is left is slow and lacks any pride in their job. I leave frustrated every time. But I really like my coffee, so I will be back. read more
