Just went to Dunkin and then went 0/4 on my order. My order was sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin toasted, plain bagel toasted with cream cheese, Raspberry watermelon sparkling refresher, and a vanilla bean coolatta. I received sausage, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel, an everything bagel with cream cheese, raspberry green tea refresher, and a strawberry coolatta. I sat in the drive thru waiting for my vanilla bean coolatta which they asked twice what I got in a span of 8 mins of me just waiting there. Instead of bringing out a vanilla bean coolatta the worker decided to argue over what I ordered. I just took the ordered in left. Not trying to deal with rude staff. I could've looked at the order but they could have at least made 1 thing correct. read more

This location lives up to it's 1 star previous reviews. There was a line out the door on a Saturday around 11am, not because it was busy, but because the service staff was so slow. The shelves were practically empty, which was okay because I only wanted a large cappuccino with a extra shot of espresso to use up a $5 Christmas gift card. When I got my receipt, I noticed the shot wasn't on it. I explained to the "barista" the error, and he said that's because it already comes with one... ? I thought to myself, "WTF?!, not what I asked you for fool! Did they provide a hearing test before they accepted you to Dunkin Dumbnuts College for exceptionally gifted clowns?!". ...OK, what actually came out of my mouth was, "I'm aware of how you make a cappuccino - hence the word "extra". Can we fix this?". Next came the anticipated eye-roll and dramatic sigh, followed by the insincere standard apology. I was assured the shot would be included. Of course it wasn't. Not only that, I received the smallest large cappuccino I've ever gotten from this franchise. I ended up going to Stuart's and getting a coffee to mix with the waste of $4+ I received at Dunkin Donuts. I threw the card out. They can keep the change- I won't be back. This location is up charging on items for eggs and cheese as add ons when they are normally included in the items! On the app it adds $1.20 for an egg and $.50 for cheese on s bacon egg and cheese croissant and $.50 on cheese for sausage egg and cheese wakeup wraps. Add the items to an order and you'll see the extra charges on the items in the checkout. It completely negates the Dunkin Go2's offer. No other location in the area does this. Drive thru line gets so backed up at times it over flows into 2nd ave. Not to mention the way the parking lot and drive thru are designed, people will try to cut line by entering on the south side, so unless you block the lot traffic expect some entitled ass to pull in front of you because they don't want to wait. TLDR; Up charges on food items to negate the offers. Expect line cuts and long wait times. read more

I have tried to get this place benefit of doubt, slack and several attempts to hope that things would change. This is establishment has me appalled, sure were some of the customer service may be alright they don't ever have anything in stock. They advertise for products all the time which they don't have. I go in the other day to ask for Dunkin fries to be told they have not received them yet but yet they make sure to advertise it everywhere on their signs they serve it. And so today third attempt go to go in and I'm told that they are sold out already at 10:30AM in the morning?!? That they do not have anymore? Why are you even running a business, when after 10 years myself in food industry I would have shut this building down for just not having anything.
