I've been a regular here for about a year and I plan on staying one well into the future. As someone else mentioned, they are under new ownership and the new managers really do take pride in their business. I typically use the mobile app to place my orders beforehand and pick them up via the drive thru, which moves at a fairly quick pace. My go-to orders are the Wake Up Wrap and a customized iced coffee. Sometimes I'll switch it up and grab a bagel or muffin (they're pretty tasty!). The staff has always greeted me warmly with a cheerful tone and provided me with great service. Special shout out to manager Sara Belasco! She's both very kind and dedicated to making sure her customers are happier when they leave, than when they first walk through the doors. I've only once had an issue with my order and she made sure to personally address it, going above and beyond what I would have expected. Despite the numerous hours she works, she maintains a smile and good rapport both with her employees and her customers. In addition, this location went nearly A YEAR without management, placing quite the burden on the shoulders of those now in charge. Every time we go to Dunkin there is an issue. Ask for sugar free vanilla and the sticker always says vanilla. I can NOT have sugar due to my health. The employees need an attitude adjustment. Currently sitting at the outside dining area (which, by the way, is relaxing given that the temp. is up in the 70s) and thinking "this 1.5 hrs drive is worth it". Im new to Tracy. I've only gone to Dunkin' about 5 times here in Tracy. I used to get an iced macchiato with caramel swirl and one day i was waiting for them to take my order and it took a while. I saw that there was an iced cappuccino drink so it got my attention and i ordered it with caramel swirl. I fell and love and it was the best so I went back the next day and the next day to get one. Well today I went around 1pm and first of all there was Jaír one car ahead of use and it took them no joke because I kept looking at the clock since we had an appointment in 45 min, it took them 10 minutes to even take my order. The girl was rude. We ordered 2 bagels and she only gave us 1. When we asked her about it she said no she can't ring us up for the other one because it's not fair to the customers when we had asked for 2 in the first place!y cappuccino was disgusting this time that I literally threw it away!! Where do I begin- I called in to see if I could put in a large order. The lady I spoke with on the phone says come to the store because it needs to be prepaid. I get to the store and tell the man at the counter I need 9 dozen donuts. Another associate steps in and she tells me he can't honor my "monochromatic order". THEN another associate steps in and says he can! Two points -(1) I got my donuts, (2) the other point is they need to get their facts straight and communicate better. Honestly, I didn't even finish my sentence, I could have been ordering for another day.. On another occasion, going through drive thru, the lady on the speaker was very rude. She was very impatient in taking my order, tone of voice was not very pleasant. After ordering an item she would not ask if that completed my order, she would give me my total. When I finally pulled up to the window, I needed to order more things and she loudly spoke to her other associate saying- "Umm. I'm going to call it like it is. Dunkin's really suck. I don't want to hate but there products really do suck. I went in to use the bathroom. I decided to grab a doughnut and coffee. I ordered a small decaf and chocolate cake doughnut. I think I paid $3.45 or something close to that amount. I got my coffee and it was barely warm. I showed the young girl how not hot it was by sticking my finger in the coffee. I was told they don't normally have fresh decaf after a certain time. The general manager is allowing his staff to prepare sandwiches and drinks without masks and gloves. I ordered a sandwich and coffee..and when I got to the pickup window, NO ONE inside was wearing a mask or gloves. I called for the manager, who put on a mask, told me that his staff did not wear masks or gloves before covid 19 so he does not see a reason for them to wear them now. The flavor was terrible, the dough was dense and tasted old. The maple was barley coving the donut and had NO maple flavor. The glaze was flavorless and barley covering the donut both maple and glaze seemed to be the same donut just covered with different toppings. So both were terrible. Had the most horrible experience at Dunkin Donuts yesterday. This is the reason why I don't frequent there. It was my very first time, the line was long thru the drive thru so I pulled up in parking lot not knowing the lobby was closed so to staff shortages. This is my first time ever going to this location, I first ordered a frozen chocolate drink a regular size. Me and my friend were waiting for our drinks and while we were waiting my friend had to go to the restroom and they took forever to finally open up the restroom for her so she can go inside. When they handed us our drink I tried mine and it was so sugary that I asked if I could get it replaced since I was unsatisfied with the drink they charge me for another drink and was told that he could get in trouble for giving me what they considered a "free drink". My boyfriend and I were in the area about a week ago and decided to try the dunkin' frozen iced coffee. We didn't get any flavors, just straight coffee. It was SO good. For $2? Hell yeah! Forget starbucks lol. We also bought two donuts; one sugar, one boston cream. They were NOT fresh at all. It was disgusting. I came back today with my brother raving about their frozen coffees.. well, it was definitely a miss. He ordered a small mocha frozen coffee and I got the regular coffee. I'm so glad we opted for the small size. $4 isn't that big of a loss. 2 stars, because of the first visit. That older white man really made our drinks perfect.
