Fifth time I've stopped by in the morning and they still don't have half of their donut selection. Always an excuse about a baker.

My four year old son and stopped to use the restroom and buy an iced coffee and donut holes. We had to go to the bathroom so bad and we asked for the key. The male behind the counter said it's for customers only so I'd need to buy something first. Horrible customer service. I was not going to take my donuts and coffee into the bathroom. He could see we were well dressed and not taking advantage of the restroom only. They lost our business we walked across the parking lot to donuts and yogurt and gave them our business. Their sign says this Duncan is locally owned and locally run if that's the case they're doing a horrible job. Do not give these guys your business. read more

Stopped by to get a caffiene jolt before the long drive home. Have never been to a Dunkin'. Went through the drive thru and it was fast and easy. We were assisted by attendant that informed us that caramel is the most favorite flavor so we went for a small iced caramel, no sugar, yes to half and half. Let's just say that for the money, and for the taste, and the amount of product received, we will be going to Dunkin' whenever there's a choice. The size small is equivalent to a Grande elsewhere. And the quality of the coffee was spot on and it was half the price of it's competitors. No brainer. Highly recommend you do your own taste test!!!!! Just as all the other reviews. This location is slow, really slow and the customer service is non-existent. I went inside to order because the drive-thru line was long and it took 20+ minutes just to get me the 6 munchkins that were just right behind him. There was another guy who was a bit faster, so the ladies that ordered from him got their stuff right away. anyway, sadly I won't be back because the donuts and yogurt place that is just right next (or in the same parking lot, they are facing each other) has really really good donuts so that is my new spot! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I hate going here but I will occasionally just to pick up coffee for my coworker who happens to really like it. Yesterday I went and they were out of donuts ( again). That's not what bothered me, what bothered me is how rude the worker was. It's usually teens working here that act like they hate their job and treat the customers poorly. I rarely come here anymore. I used to love this avocado toast. But last 2 times I've came they forgot bacon(which is extra$). This time this bacon looks almost raw. Usually it's supposed to be crunchy like bacon bits. I don't even bother going inside or back in line because the line is wayyyy too long. As an East Coast girl I'm always excited to find out there's a Dunkin Donuts along the way. I stoped here and got the absolute most disappointing breakfast I've ever had. The only bagels they had were plain bagels, okay. So I order one with cream cheese. It tasted really dry and stale and I opened it up to find hardly a smudge of cream cheese. See photo, pathetic. Being on crutches with a broken foot it would've been a hassle to go into the store to have it remade so I just ended up throwing it out. Always ask for a receipt and check your order before you take off. The staff do not commit to ensuring the order has been properly packaged and handed off to their customers. They weren't able to split up the orders, can't order more than 2 dozen donuts through the drive thru, can't order more than $50 worth in the drive thru. Going to add on to the fire but I've been lenient with how the service is because it IS pretty understaffed. Although the leadership seems to take in affect of the employee's. My observation comes from how they talk to customers and how they may have some sort of ADHD since they cannot, for the life of them, remember minor details. I always ask for less ice but this usually never gets done. My assumption is that since more ice obviously means less time to fill the cup equals faster turnarounds. Which brings us to the fundamental issue of the place, they just don't care. I gave it a chance but this happened four times in a row. (different days) I don't know, I'm starting to think any generation past millennials for entry level jobs past millennials has poor work ethic, I could be bias but dunkin donuts shows the true nature of this stereotype. While the employees do seem nice, you can also tell they are just trying to get through the day over quality work. I get it, most likely bad management but at least hold yourself to a 'slightly' higher standard and keep the trophy to yourself. As a transplant from Boston I am overjoyed to have a location 15 min from Mountain House. Clean store, fast service and good staff. You can hang out inside or go through the super convenient drive thru. Please frequent this location to keep it going. There are so few Dunks in the East Bay. read more

Tried the brown sugar cream cold brew and the drink was delicious, but the lid on the cup does not snap on well. So whenever you take a sip, the drink dribbles from the side and onto your clothes. Stupid cup needs to be improved. I ended up removing the lid. read more

That's what I get for cheating on my regular Donut & Yogurt shop from across the way (D&Y are actually several hundred feet away from Dunkin' in the same plaza). We decided on a whim one night on 8/30/16 around 8:30 pm to hit the drive-thru and try some donut holes because I love me some donut holes! And I just had to finally check this place out. Bad move. At first, I was thinking, "Wow, I can get donut holes through a drive through!" And believe it or not, I've never been to a Dunkin' Donuts before, so this was a FIRST VISIT for me. But it was all downhill from there. We ordered 24 donut holes from the drive-thru for $5.99. Yes, considerably more expensive than my regular place across the way. What did we experience for our first visit? - LACKLUSTER customer service. The guy at the drive through could have cared less. Not friendly, motivated, pleasant,or helpful at all, really. High school/college kid. - The donut holes were NOT FRESH! So not only were they pricey, but not good. We ordered an assortment - chocolate, glazed raised, and pumpkin flavor. We all agreed that the chocolate ones were *not fresh* meaning they were not spongy soft and obviously were getting stale. They shouldn't have been sold. HELLO! - QC - QUALITY CONTROL - you need to check the freshness of your pricey donut holes before you sell and serve them to people. As a result, I don't feel very motivated to come back here at all. I may be lured back to try a breakfast sandwich if I'm in desperate, hungry pinch, but I highly doubt it. I'd rather give my money to the mom and pop shop across the way. Worst Dunkin ever! Walked in this morning and had to wait nearly 10 minutes to order and mind you I was the second person waiting in line. There were 5 people working in the drive thru including the supervisor/manager and 1 counter and no one was helping her. No greetings no customer service. No one has personality. The counter was dirty. By the time I was helped there were 5 people already behind me. The whole time I was there not a single employee acknowledged the customers that were waiting or apologize for that they had to wait a long time. My husband who was waiting in the car even had to call me cause he was wondering why several of people had walked in in the last 15 minutes but no one had come out. I went to the drive-thru at Dunkin Donuts this morning.... ordered a egg bacon sandwich to go one black coffee and 1 choc glazed doughnut for the fuzzy kids to share. When I opened up my bag... I received a sugar and cream coffee.... A chocolate doughnut w glaze.... My breakfast sandwich was cold and the bread was hardly toasted.... turned around went back and told them that they gave me the wrong coffee and doughnut. When I went right back...it was apparent they gave me a coffee that had been sitting there...not hot. Held up 2 doughnuts to show me the difference of what I ordered even though they were wrong...the sandwich ....disappointment. And on top of that when I was reading menu the window person kept rushing me saying is that it...is that it...not giving me time to make a decision without being rushed when I just drive up and with that there was no one behind me. What I will say for 8 dollars and change.. DDonuts you Your Customer service leaves alot to be desired and you may want to rethink your hiring practices or who you choose to have in your franchise if that is the case. I will never go to your business again or buy your coffee in the store and I will make sure to share my experience ...as your business is actually not even a star rating.. clean up your employee's inner personal skills and present the items on your menu as they should be presented...instead of ripping customers off. So this is the second Dunkin' Donuts location I've been to in the West Coast but I have been to plenty on the East Coast when I travel. The other location was in Irvine. I was pretty happy with my purchase and experience in this store. We ordered half a dozen of donuts, all sorts, jelly filled, chocolate cake glazed, powdered, regular glazed, cream filled, and 4 little donut holes (I forgot what they call them). I also had a medium sweet and salted cold brew which was one of their newer coffee drinks. It was a Saturday and the ladies that were working at the counter were very nice and very quick with their service. Donuts tasted just the way I expected them too, the DD donuts the way we like them. My coffee was really good and right on point with my cream and sugar. I was surprised to see some of the other reviews and people it is a DD and I understand we don't have a ton of them here so our expectations may be higher since it's more of a novelty here but DD on the other side of the coast is like our 7-elevens on every corner. I didn't give it a full 5 star only because I was a little disappointed with their merchandise. I was hoping they had more Togo mugs and travel cups. I'm from Chicago (a place where you can find a DD on half as many corners as a Starbucks) and recently I realized that when someone from the Bay Area and/or Pacific Northwest uses the words 'Midwest' or 'Midwestern' they don't mean it the way I think of it (kind, polite, down-to-Earth, blue collar), they actually mean it as an insult... Usually to mean one or more of these things: 1. Midwestern people are simple. 2. Midwestern people are sheltered. 3. Midwestern people are fat. If there's anything I've learned in the last 2 years here, it's that California is a beautiful place full of gorgeous people... who are rude as f*ck. Anyway, I miss the Midwestern comfort and humbleness of Dunkin Donuts. I miss low-grade coffee that the wonderful folks behind the counter will load with extra cream and sugar so I don't have to lift a finger. There's no snobby pour-over attitude and they don't mince anything when it comes to blends- You get the standard, easy-drink DD roast that'll give you 18 hours of bad breath and a real solid BM along with a caffeine high to last through the afternoon. It seems that people here aren't loving the DD as much as we in the Midwest do and I can see how this location's presence in the same shopping center as another local donut shop would cause for some rightful bitterness. gonna have to chalk it up to being similar to In N Out. If you grew up with it, you love it, and if you didn't you know it's total garbage. So while Dunkin Donuts is hardly a 'local biz' it always feels like one to me... If you use drive thru be very careful. Even after confirming my order 2-3 times when i get home and open the box it is totally wrong!!! I would go back to fix it but its a 20-25 min. Cops love donuts. We saw 4 cop cars in the lot, perhaps they were doing a donuts run and decided to apprehend a suspect from a car in the same lot. Killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Classic. I was in Tracy, why not try the famous Dunkin Donuts, right? Yep. After driving by the 4 donut eating cop cars, we went into the drive in. We ordered 2 medium ice coffees, a mango smoothie, a classic glaze and a classic chocolate glaze. The coffee had an acid dark flavor but there must had been too much ice because it was majorly watered down and took away any robust coffee flavor that it might had had. The donuts was not to my liking, it was dense, dry and stuck to my throat. Good thing I had the watery ice coffee to wash it down with. I guess that's that. Famous donut off my list and I don't plan on returning. NOTES: Service was very kind. We asked the guy what happened with all the cops in the lot but he had no idea either.
