Hi everyone! I'm a local teacher, & on weekends I tutor a student - sometimes we do our sessions at Dunkin in Tavernier. I just wanted to give the biggest shout out to Victoria there! She is truly a light to everyone who walks through the door. Every time we visit, we leave feeling the love. Watching her positively impact so many people is such a heartwarming experience. It's 615am and there are only using the drive through. I'm in truck with a trailer so I can't go through there. When I walked to the window the employees said to walk to the front they were about to open the door. There is two employees inside and a third just arrived for his shift and they made him wait for about 10 minutes. When the employee open the door they told me drive through only very rudely. After yelp earlier led me to a pseudo Dunkin' Donuts staged in a gas station, I was looking for the real deal with all the fixings. Fortunately I was able to find this one with the old MK I eyeball. Apparently I'm the first to review it, and it was very clean, ergo the high rating. They had their flatbreads, they had their lattes, and they had their donuts. Last two times we've been to this location the donuts have been hard and cold. After getting the donuts, we asked if they were made today (it was 9am) and they kept saying they got there on a truck at 5am. Apparently they don't make them in house. The manager, "Ms. Liz" at the Tavineer location needs a psychiatric evaluation and anger management classes and should be immediately terminated. Today, at 10:30 AM, I was getting doughnuts for my church on Sunday morning with my two small grandchildren in the car and asked for the Halloween doughnuts. The attendant at the drive-through asked that I drive up to the window and give my order there and I obliged her. For some reason, "Ms. LIz" was standing over her and began with calling me, "Honey" and "Sweetie" (in a rude manner) and yelling at me (for no apparent reason) and I asked her not to address me in that way and to stop yelling at me.. The attendant was able to get my order exactly right and handed me the doughnuts when "Ms. Liz" reached over and grabbed the doughnuts out of my hands and squeezed them all over my car and the floor and on my church outfit. My 3 year old granddaughter began to cry (they were the last 5 of the "spider doughnuts) and said she refused to wait on me and slammed the sliding glass door shut. The police got involved and I have a case number and asked that they review the surveillance camera which would show what happened. I intend to contact Corporate regarding this because of the trauma it caused my grandchildren and myself. She wasted food, company money, and set a bad example for the employees who were very accomodating. If she did not lose control of her temper in the last five seconds of my order, everybody would have been happy and we would have been on our merry way to church. I wanted to press charges because she effectively assaulted me and waiting for the police report as I asked them to review the surveillance tapes and include that in their report. I frequent that store with all of my family and want to be able to return there but not if she is any part of it. Thanks. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Went through the drive thru because the door was locked at 4:00 in the afternoon. Ordered 1 large HOT coffee with milk. Pull up to the window and the girl says $5.36. I am instantly shocked and I asked her, for a large coffee?? She gets all snooty and say yes! I pull out my receipt to go back and get HOT coffee, and I look at the receipt, She charged me for a Large LATTE, not coffee...but she gave me a coffee. Hmmmm... sounds a little scammy to me. I go back to the window and I explain to her that I ordered a coffee, she gave me a coffee, and she charged me for a latte. AND gave me a cold coffee. I pass her the receipt and the coffee and she takes it and instantly give me an attitude. "Well, what do you want me to do?" So I tell her I want my money back. She tells me that she can't do that! "My manager is not here and I don't know how to do that, so you are going to have to come back in the morning." I explain that I am driving home and will not still be there in the morning and she says, "Oh well, I don't know what to tell you, because I am not giving you your money back!" So I tell her, take it out of your tip jar and you speak to the manager in the morning to get YOUR money back, since you will be here and I will not. She has the nerve to tell me, " I don't like your attitude, come back in the morning if you want your money back." and proceeds to slam the window in my face! So...she took my money, my coffee and the receipt and I got nothing! They have thieves working for them there. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!! Pulled up 12 minutes before closing and they literally turned the lights off while I was sitting at the box to order.

Don't use the drive-through. Slow, as slow as possible. Either you pull up and they ask you to wait then don't take your order. OR they don't even say anything, after 10 minutes you go up to the window and see the employee with their headset around their neck. I understand there are other customers, I get it. But when you see someone who walked in after the fact you had been sitting in the drive-through, come back out with their drink or food, its frustrating. Bad customer service. read more

Worst service by far from any dunkin we've ever been to and we love our dunkin coffee. Ordered multiple sandwiches and drinks, 2/4 of the sandwiches was wrong, one was cold and had half an egg on it. Coffee was completely wrong and we repeated our order multiple times AND read it back to us and still handed it to us wrong. We went back in to have the cold sandwich fixed along with the other sandwich made wrong, and they proceeded to reheat the same sandwich burning the bagel 3 times because they wouldn't listen to the correct order, got an attitude because it was incorrect to the point where we just left. Customer service is crap. Could barely bother to take our order the first time we came through on Friday at 5 pm. Then we came by today Monday, at 12 pm - LUNCH HOUR and 3 staff members were sitting outside. As we pulled up to order at the drive thru we were told that they were going to be closed for an hour and they were sorry no other explanation on why so I am assuming they were all taking lunch at the same time during the busiest time of day for coffee runs.
