We stopped by on our way back from a late lunch and am very glad we did. All natural ingredients made for delicious ice cream and we enjoyed the different flavors we each had. We went here 3 times while in the Keys. Mr. C waited on us as well as the Mrs. They are kind and very patient with all their guests. The icecream parlor is a store front in a small strip mall. There are benches to sit on outside while you enjoy your treat. It is clean and good parking. I love the mix of gelato and italian ice so that's what I got. Super refreshing after a day of fishing. The cone was the best part though. It was warm crunchy and chewy at the same time. My other half had Swiss almond chocolate and something else but I can't remember what it was. The ice cream is amazing here! It has such good flavor and consistency. The owners are VERY nice, they're passionate about their homemade ice cream/gelato/sorbet. Mr. C mentioned he uses 6 lbs of fruit to produce his fruit sorbet. There is a good variety of flavors. Their waffle cones are made fresh on the spot. Boy did that make me happy getting a warm cone in my hand. My boys were all happy with their ice creams and gelatos. My littlest guy stole the last bites of my cone. It was that good! The ice cream flavor I selected was mint chip which was very fluffy like some of the reviews mentioned. So natural and delicious. You can taste the ricotta in it, so it was very unique. The service was ok. Not too friendly but just answered any question we had. It was super quiet inside (no music) with only one employee, so we just decided to take the ice cream to where we were staying. However, it may have been because it was 45 min to closing? I will definitely be back! The one star ratings are quite silly. I didn't come to the ice cream shop to go to the bathroom. There is a sign outside and another inside stating that masks should be worn. If you refuse to wear a mask, you should get barked at. I was not given a lecture about Biden or Catholicism. I bet those that were, brought either up in a derogatory manner. The shop also has antique toys and an original coin-operated horse kiddie ride. If you want to know more about these, ask.
