This Dunkin location is fine and good friendly quick service. The only thing that I did not like was their donut fries! They advertise this everywhere and it looked good but when I ate it I was pretty disappointed. It tasted fried, baked, and confused, with hint of cinnamon. I did not like the texture as well. It was $2.18 for 5 pieces. Everything else at Dunkin is lit, I'd get a pumpkin donut next time. read more

I was at the Dunkin Dec 8th, 2025. I came in to pick up two iced coffees. As I was walking out, I held the door for another customer, and one of my coffees spilled onto the floor. I turned to the woman who works there, told her what happened and asked if she could please make me another. She flat out said no! Additionally, I order from that location several times a week and the woman knows me. I work at a school across the street where many of the faculty patronize the Dunkin there as well. Terrible customer service! read more

This place still doesn't have indoor seating as of yesterday. I went for a quick dessert fixed and got ice cream. I had to change the flavor because the pralines ice cream was almost melting and didn't roll or stayed in cone. read more

I asked for a vanilla chai with no foam but end up I got a vanilla chai mix with coffee. Went back to the store to ask for a new one . Well , I got a half cup of vanilla chai :( my fault read more

Dunkin' - :( - Donuts Near Me - Staten Island, New York

I never get disappointed whenever I come here. Unlike other Dunkin' donut stores in Staten Island, it seems like this place has an appropriate amount of workers in this busy plaza. Everytime I come, there's always a long line but the workers take and make your orders fast. Even when there is a long line, you order and get your food in less than ten minutes which is pretty impressive compared to other Dunkin' stores ive been to on the island that is super busy as well. read more

Dont let paying customers use the bathroom, and love to tell you about it. Coffee is worse than other dunkins as well

Horrible service very rude annoying, doesn't know how to work , lazy , this is my third time with him serving me being rude and being rude with other customers very nice place good food but horrible service read more

Every time i order from this dunkin especially, there is always an item missing. They are rude nasty and on top of it all charge extra if you dont want an egg on your sandwich. Not an extra egg, NO. No egg is extra.. fix your website be more attentive to peoples orders and if something is old and is growing mold, Maybe call the customer and explain youre out of this item instead of giving it out for delivery anyway. Also when i order an Iced coffee maybe give me a straw with that. read more

This place is a hit or miss for me... Opens twenty four hours so I get to grab sweets after midnight! I usually come here after I study or craveinggggg a late night sweets... The place is clean and lots of people come here morning till night ... They run out of stuff pretty often around noonish... There's not that many options donut wise...this is one of those joint dunk in donuts and baskein robin types of stores... Which is great two types of things to choose from and yes ice cream is 24 hours as well... The prices are reasonable...but the staff here isn't...they don't now what they are doing half the time ...when i come here I'm always waiting on a person to get my order and it takes about five minutes to get there attention...it's not suppose to work like that... Your at a fast food restaurants you should get fast service...expically when there's about three people behind the counter... Other then the staff lacking the skills to work ...everything is a ok to me... There is a big parking lot...yes to seating area and yes to restrooms! Ps: there is a tip jar...but if your not satisfied with the service don't tip! read more

Dunkin' - Pistachio and walnuts ice cream... Yumm - Donuts Near Me - Staten Island, New York

This is actually the wrong address. Dunkin Donuts closed down at this location years ago and is now on the other side of Victory Blvd. The old DD used to actually make donuts on site. This new one doesn't and therefore the donuts are never fresh. The old DD used to brew coffee in pots not machines like the new one. The old DD used to be special because it was the only one around. Now you can't go a few blocks in any direction without finding one. Enough about the old DD, since the past is the past and we all know it makes no sense to dwell on the past. The new DD has the worst designed parking lot ever. It's not even debatable. THE worst. So bad that they designed the building to have a drive through and later realized that it would be disastrous at that intersection and basically just impossible. So you're probably wondering why I gave this Dunkin Donuts a 3 star A-OK rating aren't you? Simple, I get coffee from here all the time and the girls there know how i like my coffee and take care of me. I may sometimes dwell on the past but I'm no fool!! read more

When you get a delivery from this specific location it's like they don't care how the food looks or even if the order needs anything with it. I just ordered for the 3rd time and my food looked crappy no napkins or condiments and I ordered an iced coffee and it came with no straw... how am I suppose to drink the coffee? read more

Feeling good about these folks and decided to write a story: Once upon a time a sleepy princess dropped in and had good coffee here, saw some friendly faces. She lived happily caffeinated ever after. The End. read more

They recently relocated across the street into the plaza. I come here once in awhile to switch it up from my norm, of daily Starbucks coffee. Idk I'm not a fan of Dunkin Donuts coffee. No matter how much I try to concoct different things to try to make their coffee taste good, it just doesn't. I do however enjoy their hot chocolate. Their hot chocolates are better than Starbucks hot chocolate. I especially love their salted caramel hot chocolate, that's my current fave drink there. In my opinion, I think the French cruller is their best donut! read more

Dunkin' - a storefront at night - Donuts Near Me - Staten Island, New York

the food is disgusting. i got a wrapper from the cheese in my wrap. the service is horrible, they take things as jokes.

Pretty nice people behind the counter. In addition to walking me through one of their menus they were courteous and were made sure I got just the right lid when I needed a second one. read more

Always grabbing donuts for the guys at work from here! Their quick and friendly.. Recently moved over to the shopping complex. Quick service all thanks to the manager! Keep it up guys! read more

This is the second time I've gone into this Dunkin' ordered something. Received something different because the tall cashier is too busy having side conversations and not listening to the customer. Not only does he start arguing and talking under his breath but his customer service skills are zero. Until he's no longer working there I will not be returning. I have a masters degree and pretty sure I know what I ordered read more

Fast & Very Friendly! I can't speak for these locals, but as a rep I deal with dunkin donuts locations all the time. Many of them are slow, not friendly, and couldn't care less in helping me out. There was this one very friendly lady in blue who was helping me out. She took care of me as if I could have been a family member. In the end, service was friendly and the coffee was hot! Donuts seemed fresh too. I will be back because of that one lady. Great smile she had too :)! read more

This is the best Dunkin's Donuts in Staten Island, hands down. I come here almost every day and have never been disappointed with my order or the service. The workers are very friendly and great at what they do. I refuse to go to any other Dunkin' Donuts location. read more

Since i drink my coffee black nothing in it i can feel the taste of the coffee I always ask them if it's fresh and they say yes and then i can tell it's not it taste so bad like it's been made from yesterday also the last time i got my coffee from there it had a weird flavor i can't tell what was it but it taste like a food flavor i wasn't close to the store other wise i was going to give it back to them to change it and the guy in the cashier he was so mean read more

The parking lot here is horrible, especially when crowded. People just park their cars in the middle of the car path. However, the coffee was good and the line moved fast, even with a crowd. The location is pretty big and spacious, with plenty of tables. Definitely one of the better locations in the area. read more

This is my favorite DD ! The people who work here become like family after being a regular at their store (which has relocated) since high school. They make the coffee perfect too. Yummy yummy read more

I order two ice cream sundaes and pay $10 for them, just to look inside the bag and see that these two idiots who have no clue what they are doing put the ice cream inside a bag and not even inside a container. Not only is the ice cream just melting in the bag, it also isn't what I asked for so when I complain to the employees they tell me no manager is present and I can't get my money back. So I ask if they can at least remake my order and they tell me that they do not know how to make it. So I basically paid $10 to leave here empty handed. This is by far the worst service I have ever gotten and I will not be returning to this Dunkin' ever again. read more

I worked at this dunkin' donuts for training yesterday, 6/26/17, and the training was supposed to be paid. When I initially wanted to work here I told the person at the front of the store that I was only interested in doing weekends, and he gave the manager my phone number. She called me, and asked to see me, and I was pretty sure she knew I could only do weekends. I worked here from 10 am to 4 pm, yesterday 6/26/17, and they told me not to come back because they only needed people for the weekdays. I came there today, Tuesday, 6/27/17 and asked the shift area manager for my training money, as compensation, and he refused to pay me for the work I had done yesterday. This Dunkin' Donuts refused to pay their employees for their training time, and expected them to work, without any compensation. Not only did these people not pay for training, but they never offered me any break time, or water, or anything. I had to work for 6 hours straight without any break time. read more

I am not sure if this is the DND on Richmond & Victory or not, but this DND is open 24/7 and has a hook-up for a drive-thru, but they do not use it. It is an incredibly small parking lot and is very inconvenient for the driving public. Every time I go in there at night, there is a group of Gypsy's loitering the place and it is a very unpleasant experience. DND gets 3 stars, because I love their Iced Latte's, but they lose 2 stars, because they have nothing healthy on their menu whatsoever. How about some low carb/sugar free donuts? How about some vegetarian items? Get with the times DND! read more

Very unfriendly people working there, they are very rude. Very over prced. Very small cup of coffee. They charge me a !.00 for butter on my muffin. Not fresh donuts.
