There were two employees working a male and female. Both very attentive. We offered the potstickers and scallion pancakes for appetizers. I got the spicy Okami Spicy Miso Ramen. My husband got the Spicy Paitan Ramen, and my daughter got the Paitan Ramen. The portions are generous and it's favorable. I also love that it cozy. The is a big table that seats 8 and what I love, it's in the middle and you can share with others. We sat across from another family of 3. It was a nice touch.

From the start, the service stood out--Tiffany was warm, personable, and super helpful, which made the experience even better. We originally came for the ramen, but the appetizers were too tempting to pass up. The shrimp mango salad was fresh and flavorful, a great way to kick things off. The karaage chicken was hands-down amazing--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside--and the gyoza hit the mark, too. Prices were more than fair for the quality, and now I've got even more reason to go back and finally try the ramen. With food and service this good, it's great knowing a place like this is so close by.

This is definitely not the best ramen I've ever had but it definitely satisfies the cravings I have. The broth is alright, nothing too special to mention or praise. The char sui was way too lean, no fatty parts to it and dry. Noodles were cooked perfectly, what we were more amazed by was the quality of appetizers. Kani salad, huge portions and great fresh quality. Meat lover skewers; the meat was a bit small wish they gave bigger pieces but the sauce was also pretty good.

Like any buffet, there's endless options until you get tired of eating the same food over and over. Unlimited lobster and they replenish the trays pretty often -- great deal. The sushi bar was pretty big but taste was only meh to me. There's unlimited drinks and desserts to choose from. You can also order hot pot or ramen, all included. I didn't try the ramen but I would suggest not wasting your calories on the hot pot. They come out with a small pot warmed by a candle for you to cook the food. However, the soup base is super watered down and basically flavorless. Don't waste your time. Stand out dishes were the crab legs, herbal soup with abalone, cold appetizers, endless lobsters. Service was okay and standard for a buffet.
